I’d give 100 stars if I could! The vision, execution, and attention to detail were outstanding every year. Experiencia fantástica: I feel so blessed that I found Donesha when I did! I hired her for full wedding coordination services and she was truly a Godsend. My husband and I went through a tough personal year during the planning process, and Donesha was always such an amazing, personable presence who made me feel seen and at peace. Experiencia fantástica: She helped coordinate my sisters wedding and she was 1000/10! With all the stress of weddings and makeung sure everything was going according to plan she always kept her cool and figured everything out. From ruined maid of honor dress to bouquets no where being found, she not only helped but solved all out problems with calm and care. Wedding went smoothly and we owe it all to her!

She’s extremely professional, and became a friend in the process because she’s so personable and kind. She’s always thinking 10 steps ahead and we credit her with the fact that we felt absolutely 0 stress whatsoever the entire planning process. Each vendor involved in our wedding day also credited Donesha with how seamless everything flowed, and we are still receiving compliments on our wedding day from our guests. Experiencia fantástica: From the moment we decided on our “Save The Date,” we knew that time was of the essence, and any moment wasted, even the briefest split-second, in the merest of indecision, or smidge of uncertainty could and would mean disaster on an insufferable and regrettable, immeasurable scale from which neither my husband-to-be nor I would ever recover. But…. “Donesha” was, in fact, “the perfect” answer to ALL our pre-wedding day, ceremony, reception planning, and plus all those not-readily-thought-of-nor-even’much-considered-tiny-but-really-really-BIG details no one but her incredible genius has the know-how, insane-spectacle, and wonder to pull off… All accomplished and carried and executed nearly-invisibly and unseen. Just the whisper of her name, and vendors would freeze, knowing this was not the event to not come full and correct… seriously! Every Zoom, every appointment, Donesha was in the “waiting room” and often before the host, or even me and my groom. Her professionalism, sincere respect to have everything and everyone in place and on time can never be given enough praise nor recognition. Her telepathic, near ESP-like foresight totally relieved me of any sense worry or concern… OUR DAY WAS FILLED WITH ALL THE JOY, MAGIC, AND HAPPINESS that all brides are entitled to… After all, it is our DAY…. And Donesha made it all happen. My now husband and I began planning our two weddings (one traditional Ghanaian and one American) 1 year ago. From the moment we met Donesha, she was professional, responsive, reassuring, educational and helpful! She helped us to find all of our vendors for both days, and communicated thoroughly with each of them throughout the entire process so that my husband and I wouldn’t need to! And as if Donesha wasn’t awesome enough, on the week of our wedding, Hurricane Milton came through Central Florida and she jumped into action immediately. On one of the most stressful and uncertain weeks of my husband and I’s lives, Donesha remained calm, she communicated with all of vendors, and when we needed to change the date of one of the weddings, she made the transition easy for us and allowed us to focus on communicating the changes with our family and friends. I’ll forever be grateful for the way Donesha handled what could have been a disastrous weekend. Both events turned out beautifully and I can’t thank Donesha enough for helping to make our dream weddings come true!!

We chose Donesha out of the 4 coordinators we interviewed due too her professionalism, responsiveness, trustworthness and network. Were we correct on her! Donesha was extremely helpful and also sympathetic to the many items I went through during our year together. I really appreciated her honesty with us on various items even day before items I added (sorry Donesha). She was so supportive when we were scammed by our florist and magazine photo booth. She even supported us months after our wedding was over with obtaining our photos from a less than communicative photographer. Her and her team were one of the few items, we were not worried about and according to my guests, we were correct. She ensured our wishes were carried out and our guests stated it was one of the most organized weddings they had attended. She paid great attention to detail in the areas I wasnt concerned about and I was so glad I left that up to her. She did a fabulous job. To brides, your coordinator/planner is a HUGE reflection on your day. Chose them carefully. Ensure your personalities mesh and get someone you can trust. Even though Donesha and I did not agree on everything, I really respected her, her views, and her willingness to let me be me. It created a great dynamic and an even better day for my husband and I. I was probably one of the most unconventional brides she had and I know I caused her headaches (Sorry Donesha!) Words cannot express Donesha how grateful Kyle and I are for you being a part of our day. Thank you for your patience, understanding, advocacy and directness. From the earliest communication until the very end of the celebration, she was clear, personable, and timely with communication. Before the event, Donesha initiated a meeting with us, the DJ, and Emcee. As a result, the planned entertainment and events were able to flow seamlessly from one part of the program to the next. Experiencia fantástica: To begin, I’m not easy to work with. I’m easily distracted and a comedian at heart. Donesha found a way to wrangle my limited time off of the golf course into the best party my family could have hoped for. She turned what would have been a rag tag affair into a star studded 50th birthday event for 100 of ou close friends and family. The party was complete with a band, DJ and expert catering. She leveraged her connections into the perfect event hall and handled all set up and tear down. I cannot express how profoundly impressed I am with her performance. Because of Donesha, my wife can’t give me the business for 2 years, at a minimum. If you’re thinking about hiring an event planner, your search is over. DONESHA WILL GET IT DONE FOR YOU.

Coming in at the last minute with four months til the wedding she took over calmly, organized and professionally. We hired her not knowing what was coming.
