Experiencia fantástica: I used Cue the Champagne for my wedding last weekend. This was the easily the best money we spent through the whole process. We hired Cue the Champagne about 8 months out from out wedding. We had monthly check in calls with Shannon in which she made sure we were staying on track. Shannon went on maternity leave 3 months before and Shaun stepped in during that time. There were no hiccups or interruptions to the planning process during that time. In the couple weeks leading up to the wedding Shannon took over communication with out other vendors to make sure they knew where they needed to be and when! I'm not being dramatic when I say our wedding day could have not been more perfect and I think that is mainly due to Shannon, Carmen, and Madi. They made sure all the final details were perfect and helped make sure my vision came to life. While many other weddings I have been a part of have been chaotic and rushed, the timeline that Shannon created gave plenty of buffer room and included relaxation time after photographs and before the ceremony. At the end of the night they ensured that all checkboxes were ticked so that we would received our security deposit back. I have nothing but kind words to describe my experience with Cue the Champagne. I would divorce my husband just to marry him again so we can hire Shannon for the second wedding.

I live in Texas and was getting married in Chattanooga which felt very hard at first but Shannon was so amazing from the beginning with helping pick awesome vendors, down to helping with all the final details leading up to the big day, and she made the entire process feel fun and relaxing because I knew she was making sure everything stayed on track! Even though Shaun's company is based out of Tennessee, it felt as if she was right next door to us with the planning. We started off with a Zoom call with Shaun, where we got to know each other and make sure we were a good fit for each other. And then we met up for a design meeting based on our vision we discussed with her. Whenever we emailed Shaun, her responses were very quick and helpful. She also helped us find outside vendors for every aspect of our wedding including the band, photographer, videographer, photo booth, getaway car service and beyond. The florals were such an important part of our design and the Cue the Champagne team definitely delivered on the vision we had. On our wedding day, Shaun built a timeline and she made sure everything ran smooth throughout the entire day including timing for getting ready, pictures, first looks, the ceremony, first dances, bouquet tosses and beyond. Although we did the mimosa package, which is partial wedding planning services, they were available to answer any questions we had throughout the time we booked until the wedding. On the day of the wedding - we had boxes and boxes of decorations. They knew where to put some of the things, but wow - what they did to make the decor look amazing was far past my expectations. She not only was knowledgeable in her own craft and what her clients were interested in, but she was able to provide me with an inspiration board, color palette and more to review prior to our initial Zoom consultation with the clients in order to gauge their interest and overall vision.
