On the day of the event, I did not have to worry about one detail. From set up, vendor coordination, time management, and clean up, everything was taken care of for us. My husband and I were blown away by their service and all of our guests have said it was the best wedding they have every attended. We are so thankful for W Events!

I cannot recommend W Events Co enough and highly recommend them for your day of coordination team. They keep things run smoothly & take all the stress off of you so you can be present & enjoy the day.

At first, I didn’t want to hire a Wedding Coordinator, and I was even kind of annoyed when my venue required in their contract that I did hire a Wedding Coordinator. So I begrudgingly hired a this wedding coordinator company, and then, through working with them, I realized how amazing they are and how much that hiring them completely saved my sanity. I realized that Wedding coordinators seem kind of expensive on the front end, but it is worth every single penny. My wedding could not have gone smoother- everything went perfectly- which is hard to do with 190 guests! These coordinators are the most organized people I have ever met. it is worth the money to hire them

The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we had a different planner initially, and no one let us know she was no longer with the company until I reached out to ask. Experiencia negativa: I have been to a wedding that Wildflower coordinated and they did a wonderful job so I wanted to use them for my wedding, so I reached out and had a few meetings with a planner named Tucker. She was wonderful, we had a great phone call talking through venues and a great virtual meeting reviewing contract options. She said she would hold my date for 1 week after the meeting and I was going to sign the contract 3 days after our meeting (within the one week) until I got a very random email that said they were actually booked for that date and "were no longer available" to coordinate my wedding. Honestly this is just very unprofessional for a business of this size, who wasted my time through several emails and a full proposal meeting and I wanted others to know my negative experience before reaching out to them!

Emilei answered several frantic texts, eased by nerves with last minute stress and was always one step ahead of me when it came to anticipating my needs. We went through the wedding stress free knowing that this team. had our vision covered and made sure that we got to truly enjoy the weekend! Experiencia fantástica: I literally would give more than 5 stars if I could. I was so blessed to have Myryah as my lead coordinator, she went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. She not only took on every wedding task that I threw at her, she made my vision and dream wedding day come true. Her constantly checking in on me, and keeping me in the loop on the wedding morning helped me feel no stress. Even with a raining morning, and our marquee letters going out she handled it all perfectly and I could seriously not thank her and Serena enough for all their hard work. My parents were also so appreciative for all the girls hard work, they too were able to relax and enjoy their daughters wedding day, which was a huge deal obviously for them. Zack and I felt like we gained a friend during our wedding planning process, and anyone would be so lucky to end up with Myryah as their coordinator! Thank you all so much again for everything!!

They captured every detail that we discussed, kept everything on time and were so helpful to our guests. They were very organized throughout our planning process, walking us step by step through our timelines, things to bring to the venue, order of ceremony, music selections, to do lists, etc. They set up everything for our ceremony and cocktail hour, flipped the ballroom to the reception and party on the dance floor. At the end of the reception we left and they cleaned and packed up all of our belongings without us having to worry about a thing. If there were any questions, they were very quick to respond. Several of our guests commented on the fact that nothing went wrong or took too long which proves how efficient this team worked. We recommend Wildflower Wedding Planning to everyone who wants to have their wedding vision come to life without the hassle of worrying about the details leading up to the day of your wedding. Experiencia fantástica: Emilei and Myryah were excellent to work with. We got married at The Hunter Museum in May 2023, and the entire day went off without any issues. We had Emilei as our lead planner, and she worked with us for a little over a year on full service planning. Myryah came on about halfway through planning, and she really added a lot to our meetings and the day of. The other awesome thing about Wildflower is that many vendors we worked with gave us a discount since we were working with their reputable team, which made things operate smoothly and saved us a little money along the way. We had a great time and have only positive things to say about the entire wedding planning experience thanks to these amazing ladies.

I can’t imagine how much pressure and stress that I would have been under without her. The day was absolutely perfect for us all! If a wedding planner is not in your budget, then I suggest that you do yourself an enormous favor and rework your budget so that you can hire Wildflower. As a side note.. I never considered how beneficial it would be if all of your vendors have a good working relationship with each other.. I found out very quickly how respected Erika is in her field. The vendors all had the best things to say about her. She was professional and responsive. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you Erika and all of the Wildflower team!

For example, upon arriving for the rehearsal, we realized the venue had not vacuumed the chapel area (and it was needed). Emilei immediately got on the phone and tracked down the crew from the venue to do it, but not before assuring me that she would go home and get her own vacuum to handle it if necessary. She really went above and beyond in all aspects and I am most grateful to her for all that she did for me. We could not have had the most perfect day we had without Wildflower Wedding Planning. Bailey Fox was our wedding planner, and she and her team made the day absolutely extraordinary and we did not want for anything! It was such a relief to know that our day was taken care of and that even though we didn't live in the same state we were getting married in, we didn't have to worry or work harder to make the day great. On top of that Wildflower has some of the BEST vendor recommendations. Each and every vendor on our fantastic day knocked it out of the park!! The flowers were gorgeous, the hair and makeup of each of the girls was flawless, the venue was to die for, and the cake was AMAZING. I would not have been able to find even half of those vendors without Wildflower and I appreciate every single thing they did for us leading up to the day of our wedding and then on the actual day. I have never felt more taken care of and less anxious than I did on my wedding day, and even though I definitely had stress the week before (I am EXTREMELY type A), Bailey made sure to answer each one of my questions and even texted me back outside of her normal working hours. Amazing, amazing service and I will forever be thankful to Wildflower and Bailey for helping me achieve everything I ever dreamed for my wedding day.

Experiencia positiva: Bailey Fox is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We really enjoyed working with her for our wedding in Knoxville. The majority of our day flowed well even though her knowlegable assistant (who was well informed about our wedding) could not be present due to being exposed to COVID. Bailey made up for her assistant not being there by bringing additional support and help...it just wasn't quite as easy ( I would think manageable) without her assistant. Nevertheless...Bailey kept everyone on schedule somehow and seemed to keep completely calm and composed throughout the day. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are not located in Knoxville where our wedding was. WWP are doing their best to break into the market in East Tennessee...but there are still some kinks to work out since Chattanooga is an hour and a half away. Our venue owner felt that was a small drawback compared to the ease of hiring someone in our town. Overall, Bailey (5 stars) was organized,extremely helpful, a fabulous communicator and best of all very calm and capable! If ours was their first Knoxville wedding...WWP did a great job pulling it off!!!

Emilei and the girls were so helpful and brought things to my mind that I had not even thought of. They took all of the stress away by coordinating with my vendors during the weeks leading up to the wedding. Most importantly, they made the day of my wedding so smooth and easy for me (and my mom), so we could just relax and enjoy it. They are seriously the best of the best!

All of our family was coming in from out of town and we wanted our wedding day to be as stress free as possible. Experiencia negativa: I’m sure WWP has successfully assisted many brides in the past with their dream weddings but unfortunately, my daughter was not one of them. My daughter, Lauren, is a meticulous planner and had her wedding layout color-coded with timelines in place. She and the wedding coordinator (who also had a copy) had discussed everything more than once before the wedding was to happen on August 30. Needless to say, we thought everything was set and we were in for a relaxing and fun wedding. In contrast, it was anything but that. The coordinator arrived at the venue at 2pm for the 5:30 wedding. And for the most part of that time, Nothing was done. The arbor/trellis/main centerpiece table (with all of its components) entryway easels, a guestbook puzzle, masks, flowers stands, flower pins, windows on easels with the seating charts were not in place. Nothing!!! There was no communication to her assistants who were trying but truly had no clue what to do. My heart broke for my daughter, who had remained calm and happy throughout the day, to see this when she arrived at the venue at ’m The actual ceremony went well except that the exit musicians were not told the correct place to be. After the photos were taken it took over an hour and a half to flip the ceremony to the reception because the wedding coordinator was no where to be found. Her sweet assistants were trying their best but just couldn’t pull it together. That’s when my daughter and son-in-law and a few of their guests pitched in to make it happen. Thank you to all of them! In the mean time the bar had to be replenished due to the long cocktail hour!! I know there are wedding day mishaps but this was so much more. I’m so disappointed that WWP allowed this to happen. It could have been a glorious day had the wedding coordinator cared to be prepared. Mother of the bride, G Lawson

Hiring this service was the best decision we made during this process, especially in this uncertain time in 2020. In spite of 2 venue changes due to issues with the pandemic, one being 4 days before the wedding, Bailey Martin and team never abandoned us. They guided us to other choices for venues and catering and found us solutions within a couple of hours of the cancellation. We could have never pulled off the wedding without them. I was flying in from out of state to shoot it, and she did such a good job of giving me as much information as possible about the day ahead of time; it can be intimidating not knowing the area very well going into a wedding, but Khloe's descriptions and info about the venue made it a smooth process. The day of the wedding Khloe was one of the most calm and easy going wedding coordinators I've ever worked with, but that didn't prohibit her from directing the day in such a smooth-like fashion.
