Experiencia fantástica: Alexis was my coordinator for my wedding in October. She was absolutely FANTASTIC throughout the entire process and made everything run so smoothly. She is very organized, professional, friendly and so fun to work with. We were able to truly enjoy our day without having to worry about anything. She decorated our space beautifully and made sure that tear down was completed in a timely manner with everything getting into our designated vehicles. I cannot imagine our wedding day without Alexis! I highly recommend her!

Alexis was the one vendor that made our lives significantly easier in the time leading up to the wedding as well as the day-of. She knew our venue (Ivory North) like the back of her hand. We had quarterly meetings to discuss event logistics (timeline, decor, hotel options, etc), answered all our questions, and even provided insight to things we had not thought of. She gave amazing recommendations and insight to decor rentals. We were blown away by how well she brought the space together, directed all our other vendors, guided the schedule, and her amazing professionalism. At the end of the night, she re-packed all our decor rentals back in their original shipping boxes to make things easy for us to return the next day. She was truly out of this world and we could not recommend her more.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t even know where to start regarding Alexis. She not only pulled everything together the day of but was so incredibly helpful leading up to the day. Alexis was recommended to us by a couple for friends who had used her for their wedding a few months earlier. Throughout the entire planning process communication was quick and easy. Alexis always had helpful input when it came to making my ideas a reality. When it came to making a timeline for the day, it was extremely easy as she walked me through the whole thing. When it came time for wedding weekend. Alexis arrived Friday night and helped us with rehearsal. The day of she arrived on time, communicated with all the vendors, and set up all the decor. She was knowledgeable regarding both our Kruu photobooth and our After the Tone audio guest book! At the end of the night, she cleaned up all the decor and packaged things back up. She is kind, professional, a great communicator, and made the entire process feel like a breeze. We would highly recommend Alexis for any event planning needs.

Experiencia fantástica: We hired Alexis as our day-of coordinator and were so pleased with her professionalism and expertise. Even our venue coordinator complimented how great she is. My biggest piece of advice to engaged couples is to have a day-of coordinator - she helped with so many logistics. She was on time for every meeting. She allowed room for things to be done the way we wanted. She offered suggestions when asked but didn't expect us to do things a certain way. On the wedding day, she picked up our linens, decorated our reception tables, ensured everything was in the proper place for the ceremony, fielded questions, and advocated for us as the bride and groom. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors on the day of the wedding and really helped minimize stress to not only the bride and groom, but also parents, family, and other people helping with the wedding. Alexis is truly gifted at what she does and a gift to have on our wedding day!

While we were not initially considering a wedding coordinator until we learned our venue required it, we quickly realized that this was the most important (and needed!) person to hire. Alexis is AMAZING and we could not be happier with her. She went above-and-beyond what we assumed a wedding coordinator would do. She helped us with vendor recommendations, many aspects of the planning process, and was sure to check in every now and then to see how we were feeling and if we needed anything. She also did a ton of work behind-the-scenes in the build-up to, and during, the wedding that made sure everything ran smoothly and all of our vendors were on the same page. She was also very accommodating in changing a meeting date/time when we had work events pop up. Our meetings with her were always super helpful for planning out the day and finalizing all of the details, and we always came away feeling better about the planning. She also helped us put together a list of things we needed to do/think about (many that we probably wouldn't have thought of until it was too late). Furthermore, she is a genuinely delightful person who actually cares about you, your vision, and ensuring that your wedding day is as stress-free as it can possibly be. I can say with 100% certainty that our wedding day would not have been as perfect as it was without her. I seriously cannot rave about her enough, but if you want more details about everything she did (setting up/unpacking decorations, re-packing decorations, handing out cards to our vendors, helping us keep pace during the processional, etc.), please let me know as I am happy to talk about her anytime. And I almost forgot to mention one of the more important things, which is that her prices are ENTIRELY reasonable, especially when you consider how much extra work she is doing! If it’s not clear by now, then let me repeat myself: hire her for your wedding. She’s truly the best.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom recommended and pushed me to hire Alexis after attending a wedding she coordinated. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator as I felt I was already over budget and was trying to manage the day on my own. Hands down, the best decision I made throughout planning my wedding was hiring Alexis as our coordinator. She met with me several times being flexible with zoom or in person. She helped problem solve and suggest alternative solutions to logistical issues I was unsure how to navigate, in addition to going over small details that I had never even thought to address. She made the day go seamless and eliminated loads of stress from not only me but also my family allowing all of us to truly enjoy and soak in the day. From reviewing the days timeline, setting up decor (I had a lot and she got it all set up exactly how I imagined and I’m a picky perfectionist), managing vendors, coordinating the rehearsals, keeping the day on track, and organizing the cleanup at the end of the night, Alexis always maintained a positive and professional attitude. Experiencia fantástica: Alexis was the best day of coordinator!! She is one of the kindest people ever and her calm and collected personality was the best to have on wedding day. Leading up to wedding day, she allowed us to text her or email with any questions related to our venue (since she had been there multiple times and knew it well), our decor, basic wedding questions, etc. It was great to have someone with a wedding background who was able to focus on my wedding in a different way than me being a bride was. She was asking all the questions I hadn’t even thought about, which was perfect and helped us pull together the best day. On wedding day, she arrived as soon as the venue opened and got to work organizing things and setting up all the decor. She was on her feet working the entire day to ensure everything was as we planned and got to where it needed to go. Even once the ceremony had happened and the night was in full swing she was still working to move around any decor we used in multiple places and she even held on to my phone for me the entire night, so I knew where it was which was so kind !!! Leading into the wedding, we put together an excel document that had every little detail she needed so that we were in the same page about everything. She also got all of the vendor contact information and was in contact with each of them the week before the wedding !! On wedding day, she helped them know where to go, what to do, and passed out the final checks to them all. She was able to take care of all the background work that I didn’t have the time for that day. If you are considering having a day of coordinator, you definitely should !!! And if you do, you should definitely hire Alexis. She is very budget friendly and you get more than you pay for working with her !! She goes above and beyond to ensure the wedding day is running as it should and that is it enjoyable for everyone attending, as well as the wedding party!!! She was so professional and kind. The best person we could have chosen to help us run the best day of our lives !!!

At the end of the night my parents got in their car and everything was already packed up and ready to go! I did not worry about the logistics of a single thing on my wedding day and that was because of Alexis working her magic behind the scenes. She coordinated everything for the ceremony so beautifully. She kept our timeline on track and gracefully managed everything. Not only is her price set at an absolute bargain, but she dedicates herself and adds more to the wedding than any other wedding planner offers. From the minute we booked her, she made herself available to discuss any questions or thoughts we had, and helped us for almost a year and a half in advance of our wedding. She worked to communicate with vendors, plan our timeline, and think of things that we may have missed. In addition to all of this, she also handled anything and everything that came up on our wedding day, from dessert setup to guiding vendors to managing gifts and assisting with cleanup. I can unequivocally say that she improved our wedding more than any other single person, and was absolutely the best vendor decision we made.

Hiring Rosewood Weddings for day of coordinating was the best gift I could have given myself on my wedding day. I don’t know how they do it, but they suddenly appeared every time I needed them or was thirsty or looking for someone or panicking about something. She was attentive from the day we had just a initial meeting with her and all the way through to the wedding day and beyond. She made me so relaxed on the day of the wedding and set up everything to more than I could have ever imagined. I now recommend her to every single Bride I know!
Experiencia fantástica: The absolute BEST. Alexis coordinated our fall 2023 wedding, and hiring her is probably the best planning decision we made. Our day felt so incredibly present, stress free, easy going, beautiful and organized. As bride and groom we didn’t think about anything else other than our marriage, and our friends and family were totally present and not swamped with any tasks. She handled everything pre-wedding, and during the wedding with such ease. She was detailed and calm and made all of us feel so comfortable with passing the torch to her. She even went above and beyond keeping our parents informed on the events of the day so they didn't miss a thing. Anything that popped up (even unwanted COVID made an appearance) and she helped us with new ideas and helped us pull a 180 on certain aspects of the day with such a fast turnaround. She single handedly made my wedding day stressless- which is incredibly difficult thing to do as I’m as anxious and type A as they get. She is kind, knowledgeable and offers great advice throughout the wedding planning process! On our wedding day, she worked seamlessly with the other vendors, and with all of my family members. I always felt like I knew what was going on, what was happening next and that everything would be timed out perfectly because of all that Alexis did! At the end of the night, everything was swiftly cleaned up and things that were brought in by myself or friends were neatly placed back in our cars. She was flexible in meeting with us before the wedding multiple times, and always answered emails when we had questions. She was great at communication, always responding quickly and with great advice or tips. She also reached out to all our vendors before the wedding so everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding she took care of EVERYTHING allowing us to relax. She used her experience and artful eye to set up our decorations more perfect than we imagined. Her attention to detail and clear communication made our wedding day perfect. The only thing that went wrong was a minor wardrobe malfunction right before the ceremony and she swiftly came to the rescue. Experiencia fantástica: Alexis is probably the most important vendor that we hired for our wedding. We were going back and forth on whether or not to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding and ultimately we decided we might as well--in hindsight, the wedding probably would not have happened without her. She was absolutely essential for our wedding!! And though she was just our "day of" coordinator, she made herself available for questions and advice for the entire year leading up the wedding. She was extremely helpful the month of the wedding, going over every detail at our venue walkthrough, and also helpful the week of the wedding, reaching out to all of our vendors and tying up any loose ends. On the day of the wedding, she ensured that the whole day went off without a hitch. From set up, to take down, to keeping us on time, to speaking with vendors, to stocking items--she did an excellent job and was well worth the money. I don't plan on getting married again, but if I did, I would hire her in a heartbeat.
Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Alexis. She is kind, friendly, professional, and was a vendor who made me feel reassured and glad we hired her over and over again. During the planning process, she was available for questions via email and always responded so promptly. She was far more than just a “day of” coordinator. She helped make those little weird decisions that were overwhelming for me as a bride and even attended our tasting. Her checklist and organization system really serve to help plan your day in addition to helping her make your vision come alive. I think that Alexis probably saves the day in tons of little ways at every wedding she works, but she saved ours in a BIG way. We found out our ballroom unexpectedly had no AC because the room kept getting hotter despite staff efforts to cool it (I guess make sure your venue checks their HVAC in advance if you have a late spring/early summer wedding). Alexis led the plan to move the party to a cooler area of the venue, came up with a way to seamlessly transition entertainment as the DJ moved equipment, got the venue to bring up industrial fans, and more. She also saved the day earlier in a slightly less major way when I realized we forgot bread for our unity sandwich. She popped by the store and got some, all while decorating both the ceremony and reception space and coordinating with other vendors in the morning. She and her team set up and cleaned up everything so nicely. Anything Alexis was fully in charge of was executed wonderfully and we did not need to give it a second thought. Beyond all of this (which would have been more than enough), she led our rehearsal in a super helpful way, kept the timeline on track (while still being flexible), greeted us with snacks and drinks at the reception, helped me remove my sleeves at the appropriate point of the night, brought me makeup and served as another set of eyes during a touch up, and so much more. She remained professional and in control in the face of stress and was truly just an ideal person to have in our corner. She should probably raise her prices because of how good she is and how much she provides throughout the process, but I also appreciate that her accessible rate makes day-of coordination more affordable for folks.
