Laine was friendly, professional, communicative, and extremely competent. We were looking to produce a fun, festive, and beautiful weekend involving two major events with very different themes, and she made it happen with her keen eye for design. Laine helped us navigate decisions about which vendors to engage. She has great relationships with vendors in the broad Twin Cities area but is also willing to research and recommend alternatives. She was hired to plan our daughter’s wedding in Minneapolis. We live in Wisconsin and the bride-to-be was living on the East Coast. Planning a wedding from a distance was a daunting task, but Laine made it not only easy for us, but a joyful and stress-free process as well. In the months and days prior to the wedding, so many people commented on how busy and/or stressed I must be. Quite the contrary! I was full of anticipation and eager to see it all come together. From the moment we arrived at the venue to get ready and do photos, to the church and then the reception and dinner, everything was perfect! That includes the rehearsal as well. Did it all go without a hitch? Of course not! No one should ever expect to avoid some hiccups on the big day. However, Laine always had everything under control and whatever wasn’t going according to plan, she had it covered. She is a consummate professional, a presence of calm in a day full of expectation and has the ability to multi-task and manage a plethora of details all while being present to those who need her at any given moment. The details were breathtaking and I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our daughter and son-in-law’s special day. It was beyond our expectations and I will be forever grateful and thankful that we chose Laine as our wedding planner. Despite the length of this review, I still feel like I haven’t done justice in expressing how gifted she is.

My wedding day was very different from how I dreamed it as a little girl, because what Laine gave me was SO much more. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I was honestly really worried about planning my wedding. I was actually sort of dreading it... It was supposed to be something I looked forward to, but at the beginning, all I could see was the never-ending list of things that needed to be done. What's weird though, is those feelings I was so worried about experiencing, they never came. And I know for a fact, that is all thanks to Laine. She started to finish my sentences when I would explain an idea I saw on Pinterest. Any questions I would have at the beginning of a meeting would be melted away by the end as if she were somehow reading my mind. I never had to worry about one thing. Laine's ability to understand exactly what her clients want is unmatched. Her attention to detail is what got me 185044451 compliments on my wedding. I owe so much to her for making my wedding day not what I had expected, but for making my wedding something I didn't even know was possible. On top of her extreme talent, how she treats her clients will literally melt your heart. We've heard other couples say it, but it's worth repeating (and shouting from the rooftops!), "choosing Laine was the best decision we ever made." From the start through the end, Laine and her amazing team were with us every step of the way and made planning a wedding as simple (and enjoyable!) as possible. We had a particularly complex multi-cultural wedding and Laine was all over every detail from the colors of the fonts to the number of chairs in an aisle. No task was too big or too small and no amount of emails/texts ever got on her nerves! She worked with us to assemble an AMAZING team of vendors that truly gave us our dream wedding. We are forever grateful to Laine and her team! The only downside is that with our wedding over, we will sincerely miss talking to Laine and her team all the time!

We ended up moving our event to The Whim (for ease and expense), and Laine worked diligently with me and my family to bring my vision to life. The online planning interface Laine provides is so easy to follow and makes it easy for involved family members to also see exactly where we are in the process. On the day of the wedding I was excited to see all the touches Laine added that we hadn't even discussed, but that were absolute perfection! She and her team brought a calm to the day of - they kept everything running smoothly, troubleshooting any issues that popped up before we even knew anything happened, and thoughtfully kept an eye on us and our families to go above and beyond. Additionally, she helped to manage the COVID protocols that emerged two weeks prior to the wedding. We never had to remind her about details which was pretty impressive given the number of vendors she had to coordinate the number of details involved in our wedding. The day of the wedding could not have been smoother as Laine insured things continued along the timeline without being overbearing. She has impressive social intelligence, and we cannot emphasize her services enough.

From the first consultation, she could sense Laine’s talent for executing perfectly the ideas for their wedding. With the engaged couple located out of state, Laine accommodated planning meetings to fit their schedules. Laine is exceptional in communication and ability to manage problems that arise! With the date of January 29, 2022, the couple understood the possibility of COVID related accommodations and issues. When the Minneapolis mandate for mandatory vaccination or proof of negative test was announced shortly before the wedding date, Laine was able to pivot quicky. She organized the guest list, assigning the necessary task of contacting each guest personally to ensure everyone had the correct information to avoid a wedding day disaster. The couple had 208 guests attend the wedding with no issues, which is quite remarkable given that two-thirds were from out of town. As the mother of the bride, I was excited to see my daughter and Laine working together effectively, knowing with assurance they would include me where needed (which they did!) She and the Lynhall staff were perceptive to when the apps were gone and moving up dinner which I appreciated because I never would have noticed and it kept all of our guests happy. I also want to point out she uses Aisle Planner for sharing details and keeping the wedding day running smoothly. It was great to use for keeping organized, storing invoices and receipts, keeping the timeline and you can choose to track guests here if you aren't using another website or doing it on your own. And a huge bonus, you can see all of Laine's work on Instagram, she is very active and I appreciated before the wedding because you see exactly how she works with vendors and couples and the pride she takes in every single wedding. If it's not obvious yet, I'd highly recommend Laine for your wedding day. Her attention to detail is on another level, her personality couldn't be any better, and she goes above and beyond for you and your family and friends. Experiencia fantástica: Getting married? A word of advice: HIRE LAINE! One of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding was to hire Laine as my day-of-coordinator. We could not have had the beautiful and seamless wedding day without her. To say she is responsive, prompt, detail oriented and insanely organized is an understatement. She is kind, thoughtful, creative, and gets things done. Although I hired her for day-of coordination, she met me in person 6 months prior to our wedding, provided an indispensable online wedding planning program that I used daily to keep me on track, and answered any questions I had leading up to the big day. The day of my walk through at my reception venue, I arrived on time and Laine was already there with her laptop out, sending the meal tracker to the event manager. She reached out to all the vendors, sent timelines to everyone and made sure everyone knew where to be and when. If there were problems on my wedding day, I didn’t know about them! When I arrived at the venue, Laine was already there setting up and making sure everything was running smoothly. She did everything from setting up of escort cards alphabetically, telling us when to walk down the aisle, assisting with the room flip, when to cut the cake and loaded our cards and gifts into our car. I did not worry about one thing because Laine was there taking care of everything. My mom and I kept saying, “What would we do without Laine?!” Ladies and gentlemen getting married, do yourself a favor. Hire Laine!

You can be the most organized type-A person but you still can't plan for what you don't know. When it came down to it we were rookies. The idea of executing a wedding day set up and take down was daunting, and we soon realized the wedding business is it's own beast and we were out of our league. A few months before the day my mom found Laine online to help us with day-of coordination. One of my biggest takeaways from our day is to really invest in good vendors. Laine's knowledge of the business, her experience, and her willingness to go above and beyond was amazing. I can't put into words how much her help meant to us. We had about the worst weather we could've dreamed up for our day, crazy rain and thunderstorms, and she showed up ready to go. I sipped mimosas in the morning and got ready with all my bridesmaids and my mom. I have priceless memories because nobody had to worry about organizing vendors or setting things up. Laine and her assistant took care of everything from the big stuff to the small details. It could've been a very stressful day with the weather, but we had the best time. You can't plan for a lot of stuff that happens on wedding day. Our weather was bad, our caterer didn't do their best work, but we didn't have to worry about it.
