My husband has a harder name to pronounce but Peter prepped for that. It was also windy on our wedding day, but he was able be heard clearly with our guests and didn't skip a beat (even when the wind blew his notes to the next page!). He was also very comfortable to be around and helped us (especially my husband) with prewedding nerves. Experiencia fantástica: When we decided to do a destination wedding the first and most important thing was to find the perfect officient who can help us not just with the ceremony but also with all the other services e.g. makeup, hair, flowers, musiciant, photographer. After the first zoom meeting with Peter we were sure we want to do this whole crazy thing with him. We chose his 'Full Wedding Package' that was a wise decision. I think I was the calmest bride ever. Peter organized everything how we asked. There was nothing that we would change. Even after sending just pictures and colours by e-mail I had the most beautiful bouquet in the world! Or at least how I imagined/wanted it. :) He gave very practical advices as well. Everything went smoothly on The Big Day. We had our wedding in the Central Park with our family and the closest friends on the beautiful spot of Ladies Pavilion. The ceremony was heart warming with the mixture of Peter's and my closest friend's speach. Peter supported all our wishes about the wedding and did everything to feel ourselves calm, satisfied and happy.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars isn't enough!!! From our first communication with Peter until we said our "until next times", this was a first-class experience. We were eloping and didn't really have a lot of time for planning - enter Peter. He did all of the work for us. We had the location and the rings, but nothing else. We met with Peter via Zoom twice. Our first meeting, he got to know us. He asked us questions (which we later learned would be included in our ceremony) and we talked about several options for vows and selected readings. Our next meeting was just a few days before the ceremony where we discussed final preparations. The ceremony was magical. Peter officiated our ceremony from the comfort of a carriage as we rode through Central Park. Little did we know, but he used special, personal details about us in his surprise reading. He then read the selection we chose and we read our vows to each other. It was perfect!!! Absolutely perfect!! Thank you, Peter, for everything.

Experiencia fantástica: What can I say ... the process of finding a wedding officiant can be super difficult, the ceremony is such a massive part of the wedding, and I had searched and searched and searched to find someone who was what we felt would fit our wedding vibe classic wedding vibe, who could approach this matter with seriousness but also with a touch of light heartedness and from the first phone call with Peter I knew HE WAS GOING TO BE JUST THAT. after that first phone call, he sent us a draft of the wedding script, and we edited a few things sent it back, and also needed his expertise on wording for a few others. The script was nailed down in just a few emails! The day of - he showed up early, and ready to deliver! At the ceremony he was captivating and eloquent. His voice is strong yet soft spoken, he sounds kind and caring, Peter annunciates and has a way with his words. In short - he is MEMORABLE. and who wouldn't want to remember the most important day of their lives. My guests HONESTLY could not stop talking about how wonderful the ceremony was. Some said they've been to so many weddings, and often time the ceremony is boring or drab, and that they found themselves truly listening to the words he was speaking. In addition to this we had a few mishaps (being a public setting, prospect park boathouse) with park goers being a little loud and honestly disrespectful (shouting at us from behind us, I think the guy was drunk lol) , Peter did not bat an eye, but instead rolled with the punches, and worked it into the ceremony - relaxing myself, my husband, and the guests. lastly, I remember that I wanted to ask Peter to step out of the way for our first kiss, so that we could have those photos with out the officiant in the background . naturally, with all the stresses of wedding planning I forgot. However, Peter did this on his own ... a true testament to his professionalism, expertise, and consideration. If you are looking for an officiant who is kind, caring, and captivating, that has a passion for what he does and clearly loves love - look no further! you have found him :)

Experiencia fantástica: Peter was an exceptional officiant for our NYC wedding in Central Park. Like everyone else, we scoured the internet for reputable officiants after hearing stories about officiants being late or not showing up at all (GASP!). We saw Peter's youtube videos showing the different spots to get married in Central Park which was exceptionally helpful and after seeing these videos and how generally likeable he was, we reached out to him for an interview. During the zoom-meeting interview, Peter gave an overview of getting married in NYC and reminding of us the marriage license requirements which was helpful. Just talking to him and meeting him live online, we felt he was serious about his work - that this wasn't some side hustle to make a few bucks. We wanted an officiant who looked "official" like professional but not stuffy. I've seen some women officiants dress in bold color dresses or awful print dresses - which really disrupts the photos(!) - and I didn't want that in our wedding pictures. On Peters website we could see his attire was respectful and professional, just a really well-put-together person and he delivered that on our elopement. After the interview, He provided a detailed template on how the ceremony would go, what he would say and provided options that could be included (e.g. lighting a candle, breaking the glass, etc). He also welcomed any language changes and/or additions. We changed some words and opted out of a few options to make the ceremony our own and Peter was very accepting of our changes. I definitely recommend hiring Peter for your elopement or wedding- big or small.

I found him through a google search looking for someone who was certified in New York and available on a relatively short turnaround. He was instrumental in helping us secure the permit for our wedding in Prospect Park, even though he normally doesn’t perform weddings there. He also took the time to get to know me and my fiancé (now husband). He worked with us to create a very personal wedding service and a beautiful ceremony. We booked one of his wedding packages, which included a photographer, a bouquet and a boutonnière, which took a lot of pressure off of our planning. Everything was lovely! So grateful to have him as part of our special day.

Not knowing exactly what we wanted, Peter recommended ideas and gave us a lot of variety and choice to what our ceremony could be, which was excellent. On the our wedding day, Peter was prompt and fully prepared. Our location in Central Park was booked and cordoned off for our ceremony. Peter delivered a beautifully and personal ceremony which made our wedding extra special.

His warmth, charm and impeccable public speaking skills set him apart from the other officiants we were considering. We interviewed with a few individuals but upon first speaking with Peter, we were instantly sold, and could not have been happier with the decision! He took the time to get to know us, and checked in with us a few times to ensure the ceremony was exactly how we wanted it to be. On the day of the wedding, he was professional, knowledgeable, personable, funny, poised, and genuine. Both my partner and I were nothing but impressed, and so were our guests apparently, since every single one later questioned who he was as they thought he was perfect. If you are looking for an officiant in the NYC-area, please, we cannot recommend Peter enough, and I imagine you will be just as impressed, grateful, and moved as us and our guests were. I think we probably would've answered with some version of "You should probably see a doctor about that." We had a small ceremony a few months ago so just expected a boring zoom paperwork thing along the lines of our virtual appointment with the city clerk but Peter still managed to make a very quick process feel memorable. (This is my second marriage, so that's not a totally strange comment. :) ) Peter responded to my online inquiry within an hour, and was very easy to work with regarding scheduling a time for officiating our ceremony. He has Venmo payments (among others) set up, which makes things super easy and convenient in these funny times. We requested just a license signing ceremony - no traditional wedding speech - but Peter still said some beautiful words to make it feel more special and less business-like, while still keeping things short and simple. We were also surprising our witness, and he asked ahead of time if there was anything he'd like us to do to have him play into the surprise, and then went along with it perfectly. Our witness was surprised and giddy with excitement for the rest of the day, and I fully attribute that to Peter's officiation of our ceremony. He mixed humor and sentimentality together beautifully, and made the day so very special. I will absolutely recommend him to other friends of mine, whether they're getting married over Zoom like we did, at a socially-distanced outdoor wedding, or at a bigger traditional wedding one day when this pandemic is over. It's also worth mentioning that my laptop was doing something very strange, trying to pipe the sound in and out of my external monitor, and Peter was incredibly patient while I tried to figure that out (thankfully my now-husband had seen this happen before and fixed it when I called him over). Peter kept talking while we figured it out so we'd be able to know when the sound was coming through correctly, and laughed it off with no issue. Is it really a good wedding if *something* didn't go wrong? Haha!
