Her attention to detail with the decorations was amazing and the videos and photos came out absolutely beautiful. On the day of the proposal she guided me through everything step by step helped keep me calm and made sure every moment was captured perfectly. Izzy was incredibly attentive responsive and friendly which made a stressful moment feel exciting and effortless. I also want to give props to Ray who helped with video and pictures and guided us through the process as well. Ray was professional patient and made sure everything was captured naturally and smoothly which truly added to the overall experience. A huge thank you as well to the photographer Clara who was absolutely amazing. She is bilingual and truly helped us so much throughout the shoot especially my fiancée. She guided us into the best poses helped us feel comfortable and made sure we captured photos we will cherish for years to come. She is nothing less than amazing and a truly talented photographer. Thank you as well to Wisteria for her assistance and support throughout the process. The entire team worked together flawlessly. I have only seen part of the footage so far and it is already incredible. I know my fiancée is going to absolutely love it. If you are thinking about using Enchanting Engagements do not hesitate. Experiencia fantástica: Chandler swooped in and assisted with less than week to pull off my engagement due to the fact that the company “Marry Me” cancelled the same week with no referral or any assistance regarding a substitution, leaving me to scramble for a replacement. Now I will admit I was still super nervous but something about the way Chandler reassured me made me trust that I was in great hands. I was slightly bummed about the lettering not being illuminated, I wasn’t given the heads up or even a follow up about the lights experiencing some malfunction because that setup is what led me to the package I picked. Experiencia positiva: I wanted to propose to my girlfriend in NYC and Enchanting Engagements helped me plan everything that I needed for the special day. I was connected with a planner who helped plan the time, arrangements, and location. For the most part, my planner was extremely informative and helpful. The one issue I had while planning my engagement was my planner had left the company and I was not notified of this change until 3 days before my engagement date, when I personally called to check in. I also did not get a call a week in advance as the team had promised. They were able to remediate the situation and assign me to a different planner but I was hoping for stress free experience especially when it was so close to the engagement. On the day of the engagement, the on site team and photographer were very professional and nice. Jacob who was the on site lead was extremely courteous and really made sure that the engagement went smoothly. I think overall the service they provided was amazing with the exception of the lack of communication.

Experiencia fantástica: I looked through a lot of proposal companies in preparation of proposing. A lot of other vendors were just a bouquet of flowers, a photographer, and that was about it. EE was a little more but it was worth it. The locations to choose from, the team, etc. made it all come together. We never met, it was all online and easy. When things went awry due to windy weather EE stepped up, made sure I got my full time, and made everything right. Ultimately my now Fiancé was so happy I highly recommend them! PS - I chose the Hell’s Kitchen rooftop!

It was so magical and as shocked and emotional as I was seeing it for the first time, my fiance was too even though he had an idea of what it would look like.
