Experiencia fantástica: It's been a month since we got married, and my husband and I are still just in awe of the most perfect weekend of our lives. We came to Misty at Luxe Productions with a venue and a vision and she took that vision and turned it into an unforgettable weekend---and with only a four month lead time! We're so grateful for the thoughtful and kind communication throughout the whole process. I can't overstate how wonderful it was to have her expert advise and guidance. I had a lot of fun in the planning process and a huge part of that was kicking around ideas with Misty. You can tell that she genuinely cares and that means so much when it's such a big moment for us. My husband and I got married on a beautiful day, during the first weekend of October at Wind Mountain Ranch. We rented out the whole venue for a full weekend of events. On Friday we hosted our guests in the main building for a night of wine tasting from our favorite wineries and paired it with an Indian Buffet from local restaurant Kirpas Indian Cuisine. We also had Alex from Soothe Folk customizing vintage handkerchiefs for our guests. Saturday morning we hosted yoga + soundbath, followed by a beautiful French-inspired picnic on the lawn. Misty and team really outdid themselves with the setup. It was so, so good! Kids and adults alike flew kites and threw frisbees and soaked in the scenery. We really wanted to take advantage of the whole venue, so we had welcome cocktails by the pond, and followed with the ceremony on the main lawn. We couldn't pick a favorite view, so chose to have all of them and had the ceremony in the round. Afterwards, we had a seated, family-style dinner catered by Grand Cru in the main building. Misty's vision for table set-up and suggestion for our seating chart was impeccable. Our guests loved it and haven't stopped talking about all the details from the event. The only negative was that it was over too soon. ;) Highly recommend Misty and the team at Luxe Productions. They are passionate, kind, resourceful and will bring your dream wedding to life. When planning started 2 years ago, I knew I needed to hire a team that was well versed in putting on weddings at my incredible venue, the Griffin House. LUXE stuck out to me from the beginning because of the number of weddings they’ve put on at the Griffin House. After my first initial phone call with LUXE, Brooke Garbett specifically, it was a no brainer. I booked them on the spot. Brooke’s attention to detail, focus on bringing my vision to life, endless support for almost two full years, constant willingness to answer any questions I had (I had more questions than one can count), and kindness towards me and my fiancé is why I was able to have a relaxing, stress free, wedding day. Brooke, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you’ve done for me. I will never know how you successfully keep everything in your head straight, it is an absolute work of art. But I am forever grateful that you were MY wedding planner Claire was the day of coordinator who was assigned to my wedding, and she was just as amazing. Experiencia fantástica: Easily the Greatest Investment for our Wedding! Luxe was easily the best investment in our wedding. We had a two year engagement and Luxe worked with us for over a year and a half of that. Brooke (who we worked with primarily) was instrumental in how well our wedding turned out. With how much work we had put into our wedding ourselves, we couldn't have imagined if we hadn't also had Brooke to help guide us along. Not only did Brooke help us with figuring out all of the little details to make sure our wedding ran smoothly, but she helped us find our vendors, kept us to a timeline so that we didn't miss windows of opportunity, and completely coordinated the day of the wedding. Something that was immensely helpful for the planning of the wedding was the website that they utilized for the wedding. It allowed us to keep track of all of our events, timelines, due dates, budget, guests, inspirations, and design. We were able to use this during all of our meetings, whether digital or in person. Brooke and the rest of those we worked with in Luxe were incredibly professional, kind, responsive, and we incredibly appreciated them for everything they did. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is even thinking of utilizing a planner/coordinator. Experiencia fantástica: Brooke is incredible. Her can-do attitude and attention to detail is second to none, and we would have been totally out to sea without her. I've always loved art and wanted to design our signage myself, but hadn't ever produced at such a large scale. Brooke was there every step of the way, helping me through each iteration and patiently responding to the approximately 40 billion texts and emails I sent. We wanted our wedding to feel like an extension of our home; Brooke took a few pictures and phone calls and turned it into a whole vision, helping us plan the space & source the best vendors for the job. I don't imagine many people would be willing to construct a 40' gallery wall, but Brooke did. I had friends pull me aside at the end of the night to tell me how flawlessly the event was run; everyone knew what to do and when to do it. Brooke and team allowed my husband and I to be fully present on our wedding day, and we couldn't be more grateful. As an East Coast couple planning a wedding in our home town (Portland, OR), we recruited Luxe's services in 2019 with the hope of an easier time at planning a wedding across country, and man oh man did they deliver... in ways we never would have seen coming. Every monthly planning call was seamless and straight forward, with a range of vetted vendors who were absolutely fantastic and on a scale of price ranges, so we could decide where to allocate money towards what was important to us. When our original planning timeline shifted due to the pandemic, LUXE handled the transition with grace and ease, laying out every possibility on the table so that we wouldn’t have to compromise anything unless it was a conscious decision. Drew and I decided to have an intimate ceremony followed by a larger one with family and friends in 2021, and in both instances, from start to finish, Luxe made sure that the only things on our minds on each days were each other, our family and friends, and the commitment we were making to one another. We could not have been more at ease. I can not imagine having planned a wedding without them, and when I say their full service package is worth every penny, I mean it. It is worth every cent and more. We had the wedding of our dreams (twice!!), nobody got sick, and we have memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Luxe is in the business of making dream events a reality, and we would recommend them, without hesitation, to anybody, anywhere. We LOVE Luxe!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were living in Chicago when we started to plan our August 2020 wedding. It was a challenge planning a wedding while being so far away. We quickly found that we needed help in our planning process and started to look into wedding planners. In our first conversation, we knew we wanted to hire Luxe. We immediately hired Luxe for full-service wedding planning. In May we notified Luxe that we were going to reschedule our wedding for August 2021, and they made that whole process seem like a breeze. I am so grateful for their guidance through that challenging time. Misty was incredible during the planning. She made our visions for the weekend come to life. My husband and I wanted to have a large rehearsal dinner on my family's property with all our wedding guests. It was no easy task, and Misty helped us every step of the way. I think she ran a mile on the day of our wedding, making sure everything was perfect. She even caught my veil as it flew off as I walked down the aisle (saving it from ending up somewhere in the Gorge). :) All of our guests raved about the weekend, and that is because of Misty, so we are incredibly grateful. Misty took our visions for the whole weekend and exceeded our expectations. If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend your first gift to yourself should be to hire Misty and her team for full-service planning. You will not regret it!!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even begin to express the immeasurable gratitude I have for the girls at Luxe Event Productions, they are absolutely amazing, and dream-come-true wedding planners!! This is going to be a long review because they deserve the same thought and detail that they put into our wedding. Brooke was my ‘before the wedding’ coordinator and Lex was my day of wedding coordinator. To give a little background, I am a high anxiety kind of person, and the kind of bride who was very indecisive, didn't have a clear vision and required a lot of guidance with decision making. I knew I needed full wedding planning services. Brooke and I worked together for an entire 14 months!! On our first phone call I noticed how warm, friendly and kind Brooke was. All communication with Brooke was smooth, open and she was easily accessible through email and text if I had a more urgent question/concern. The whole process was highly organized. I was provided a detailed checklist/planner that kept me on top of the many tasks that overwhelmed me. Almost every part of this wedding planning stressed me out and I had some "freak out” moments especially in regards to planning a wedding during a pandemic, but whether it'd be through email or via phone during one of our check-in meetings, Brooke always put me at ease, continued to encourage me, was patient with me, and had this confidence and grace about her that made me know that everything would be OK. I really feel like I don't have the words to describe how much of an angel she was to me for over the year we worked together. Some staffing changes resulted in Brooke having to pass the duties to Lex for the actual day. Brooke took several meetings to hand off to Lex in preparation for day-of duties, but even up to the day of, Brooke was making sure that information was getting to the right people and tying up loose ends. I met Lex at our rehearsal the day before the wedding. Lex was so personable, warm and friendly and knew how to take control of my 20 person bridal party while remaining extremely professional, patient and kind. During rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Lex would frequently check in on me and knew exactly how to handle my anxiousness. Our wedding had a lot of performances and surprises, including multiple hula dances, a surprise dance for the groom and a surprise flashmob by our guests! She was essential in planning the cueing and getting everyone in place. I don't know how I could have remained sane without her and this wedding would not have been the amazingness that it was if not for both Brooke and Lex. I cannot thank them enough. Choosing Luxe was one of the best decisions I made. I am more than happy with the outcome and I HIGHLY recommend these girls if you want a smooth running, magical wedding. They are literally the best.

My husband and I are *very* detailed oriented and have high expectations - Allison managed to make us feel educated about decisions we needed to make and somehow didn't get frustrated with the numerous questions we had throughout the process. Allison + Misty and team were beyond helpful and aided us throughout each step of the process with attentiveness to our needs and reassurance that our big day would go without any issue. We are out of towners, but had a specific list of details we wanted at the wedding, and the team took everything in stride with patience and executed all of our asks without an issue. Their coordination and recommendations created an atmosphere that was beyond words, we are forever thankful for how perfect our wedding day went. Luxe has weddings and events in Portland on lock! This was reiterated when we spoke to all of our vendors who echoed our sentiment "we love working with Luxe!!" Since we did not have any knowledge regarding vendors in Portland, Allison and team were ready with a list of their preferred vendors and even narrowed down even further after learning more about us. This paid off in dividends, as 1) we could not meet every single vendor since we’re living in another state and 2) each and every one of these vendors were at the very top of their fields in Portland. From day one, we felt as if we were extremely valued as a client, and even more so important a part of the team. Allison took the time to really get to know us, and when were finally met in person (months into the process) it's as if we'd been friends all along. (it was no easy feat: we had an forest black-tie wedding) Future brides & groom: I highly recommend it. If you were wondering if it is worth it? Yes!! You do not fully understand the production and work that goes into planning a wedding. It takes so much time and communication with the multiple (caterer, venue, florist, make-up, transportation, rental company, bakery, music, etc...) vendors you will be driven bonkers. We started with a "Enhanced Day Of" and upgraded to the "Boutique Full Service". Allison foresaw and planned for all possible scenarios including rain and it took off so much of the stress. She will listen to your vision and make it reality. You don't want just any ole planner. You want somebody that truly enjoys the art, that is cool under pressure and has a positive upbeat attitude and personality that people (other vendors) love working with. When we got engaged, the thought of planning a wedding cross-country was very daunting. I started searching for a wedding coordinator with my mom, who is a perfectionist and has a track record of being impossible to please. After our consultation with Brooke, my mom and I were blown away with Brooke’s attention to detail, warm (but no-nonsense!) personality, and excitement to create something magical and classic but ultimately, unique and edgy. From the initial consultation to the day of the wedding, Brooke continued to impress us with her ability to help make our vision a reality. While working with my husband to sort through all of the details, Brooke was so gracious with her time and expertise, always making it a priority to meet with us, come up with an amazing suggestion, or find the perfect vendor. My husband and I had a pretty unique vision for our wedding from a celestial theme, to some eclectic, modern choices, to some touches that were an homage to Chicago; Brooke knew EXACTLY how to execute this vision while keeping everything elegant and irreverent and NOT campy. Coming up with an amazing vision for a wedding is one thing, but coming up with a plan and executing it flawlessly is quite another! From the many personalities that come with blending families, to the seemingly endless tasks that go into the preparation for the perfect event, planning a wedding is a HUGE job, and I would not have been able to do it without Brooke. She made everything seem so easy (though, as you can imagine, it is far from it!) and took all of the stress off of me so that I could enjoy everything from the site visits to the catering tastings. Brooke was like my wedding planning fairy godmother! When the day of the actual wedding arrived, Brooke and the Luxe staff made the event picture perfect. To boot, Misty, the owner of Luxe, hand delivered lunch and snacks to the both halves of the bridal party at their respective “getting ready” locations. Brooke knew exactly what to say and do to keep me calm, allow me to be carefree and have fun, and to really enjoy and treasure each moment. The event from beginning to end was so seamless and wonderful. Brooke thought of EVERYTHING and even designed components of the wedding that gave it another special touch. The guests had THE BEST time and could not have been more complimentary of the event from every vendor to the coordination team. I could go on forever! Ultimately, Luxe is the best in the business, full stop. After the wedding, so many of my guests told my family that this was the best wedding that they had ever been to and EVERYONE was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the coordination staff. Furthermore, my mom (the ultimately nay-sayer) was so moved by Brooke’s coordination that she couldn’t stop telling me how much she loved Brooke and that hiring Luxe was “the best decision I made!” I couldn’t agree more! I really had the most magical night of my entire life and I cannot thank Luxe enough for giving my husband and me the best gift that we could have asked for - a perfect night. I don’t think there could be a better coordination team out there. We hired Luxe for my wedding for the Day-of coordination, which is my first regret. If budget wasn’t an issue, I would’ve hired them to do full service planning if I could. We got the pleasure of working with Allison, who ended up being a perfect match. She was very knowledgeable and was a professional throughout the process. She made sure I was on tract the entire process. I had to plan an extremely large wedding (400+) in Portland from Texas with a notoriously critical family, but she made it easy for me. She kept me on track with all of my tasks and was always available by email with any questions. Fast forward to the day of the event, Allison made sure I was completely hands off (which is hard to do since I’m kind of a control freak). She made sure that we had everything we needed at all times. She knew exactly when to pull us away from the crowds so we can just enjoy being in the moment. She made every transition go smoothly with a crazy, 400+ Asian wedding. When her time ran out, she was flexible when we asked if she could stay. We would recommend Allison to EVERYONE. Last thing about Luxe, if you are questioning whether you want the “end of the night” package, don’t even hesitate. It is your wedding day, and your family and guests are there to celebrate you, not to clean up the little details. Planning a wedding these days involves so many steps, details, and people. I can’t even begin to imagine doing it without Allison. To this day, I am sure I do not know half of the things she did behind the scenes. Our experience of wedding planning was what is was supposed to be: picking out colors, venues, and vendors, and spending time laughing over planning with friends and family. It was wedding planning without all the work required that actually goes into planning like contracts, negotiations, coming up with how to place furniture etc. I say this even after adding in the factor that I lived across the country from the wedding location and 75% of my guests had to travel to the wedding. I can only imagine the frustration of planning and the conflicts that would have been created with friends and family if we did not have the guidance of a planner. The day of the wedding my mind was only in the moment. I got to concentrate on marrying the love of my life and celebrating with those I loved. I did not for one second have to worry about where someone was, where something should be, or what time it was. My best advice after the entire experience is to hire a planner, do not skip out on this. We had a wonderful experience with Allison and Luxe and felt completely supported.

She thought of everything, from planning, to set up and clean up. She had a back-up plan in place for inclement weather, ordering beautiful white rain umbrellas (which saved the day!). Over and over again we found ourselves saying, "I don't know... Go ask Brooke," and asking ourselves "What would we do without Brooke?!" If you are on edge or unsure if you need a wedding planner day of, or during the whole process… you do, and you need Luxe. Luxe was absolutely AMAZING from the very beginning. We had the pleasure of working with Allison for the majority of the time. Allison was much much much more than a wedding planner. She is an expert in her field, ALL the vendors that we used commented on her professionalism, ability to get things done, and how they have never worked with anyone so good. They all made comments about how they have worked with many of wedding planners, but no one like Allison and Luxe and that I was so lucky to have her on my side. Allison was not only the best at her profession, but also personable and real. She has a passion for event planning as well as her clients and it shows. She was my advice giver, my rock when I got nervous and my girl when I needed things handled, she kept me on track and in line. Also, much appreciated and just if not more important, she was also my friend during this process to share joy, be excited with me and celebrate. She was just a text, call or e-mail away. She cared just as much about our wedding as we did. From the beginning I had my 100% Trust in Luxe. They let me know what actions/steps to focus on and take and what would be next. The communication was amazing and tasks started getting checked off one by one. I had a few friends get jealous that I didn’t need their help, my reply would always be, “Allison said” or “Allison did” or something along the lines of, “Allison will let me know when/if we need to” She was on top of everything. She made sure all our vendors and venue were on the same page, she made sure everything was perfect and she even made sure I knew what bills to pay. ( I am a bit unorganized) She was better than we could of dreamed of. Having a high pressure and demanding job myself, Allison really made this a fun, easy, smooth and awesome process. During this time I had received numerous comments about how relaxed of a bride I was, how I had no worries, and how I seemed so relaxed and chill. I owe that 100% to LUXE, Allsion, and CeCe. From beginning, middle to end- Luxe was there for us.Closer to the day we were introduced to CeCe. She was going to be who was there the day of our wedding, and wow. Bless. Her. Heart. I honestly was a little unsure just because of the 8 months that we had been working with Allison and the bond and trust I had developed, but if I know one thing, its that Luxe hires amazing and talented people. CeCe was phenomenal. She was able to handle our wedding party of 15 that likes to…. Celebrate, aka drink. She was patient, kind, fun, supportive and so genuinely happy for us. She lead our rehearsal and was able to come up with solutions and ideas for last minute changes. She is absolutely invaluable. She was there to make sure our day was the best day ever and she achieved that. We had her support from when we were getting ready, to making sure we were where we needed to be for pictures, to my last minute frantic phone call to walking down the aisle. I have a picture someone snapped of me right before I made that walk, and CeCe was by my side. It is one of my favorite pictures because I remember the heart filled pep talk we had, and she made it happen. It didn’t stop there, she made us plates of food to eat, guided us how to cut the cake when we looked confused, and helped with all the day of details. After the wedding you think it would stop there, but Allison and CeCe both messaged me, checked in and congratulated us. They also sent some pictures! Everything from my first meeting, to after the wedding was amazing. The day ran PERFECT. We could not of hoped or dreamed for anything different for our wedding and there was no way that it would of happened like this without Allison, CeCe and Luxe.

I had no idea the amount of work that went into putting a wedding together, but I never felt overwhelmed or lost, because they did such a good job of breaking it all down and making the process FUN! And there was no better moment than pulling up to the venue the day of our wedding and seeing all of the incredibly hard work we had done come to life. These women are badass, compassionate, warm, wonderful rockstars, who will make sure you have the day of your dreams.

We realized that, though we wanted a small and laid back party, there is much more to a wedding party than one thinks. Hiring Luxe was an eye-opener as they listened to our vision for the party and immediately let us know what were all the missing parts in order to achieve that vision. After a thorough on-site meeting, Misty and Veronica worked diligently and professionally to put us in touch with all their recommended vendors, which were all great to work with. They were flexible on working with me to find a package that met my needs AND fit my budget-- it was obvious that the business owner, Misty, actually CARES about their brides having a great experience, absolutely going the extra mile. My planner Brooke was a complete rock star-- she kept everything running smoothly on schedule, reminded me of all my deadlines, helped me stick to a budget (or decide when I needed to go out of budget), and calmed my nerves. Her design suggestions, tips on dress shopping, ideas about hairstyles, all of it...... so helpful! She was extremely responsive-- quick replies to every single email, text, and voice mail. Some of my vendors ended up being difficult to deal with, and she was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy to get things done! She thought of EVERY detail, including things that would never have occurred to me (who knows that nobody provides ice?!?) and guru-ed me through the wastelands of Pinterest. The Day Of was seamless and gorgeous, and all the Luxe staff were superb-- my mom raved afterwards about how busy and efficient they all were, as we just partied and enjoyed our event! Highly recommend!

This was a destination wedding for us and she made it so easy from the start.
