Experiencia fantástica: You have to book with ANA! One of the best wedding decisions we made. To be honest, I was unsure in the beginning if we needed a planning service. Our venue came with a day of planner, and it was another expense. However, a friend highly recommended ANA, and now post-wedding I can say YOU NEED TO BOOK THEM. Mallorie helped us out with the initial planning and rentals, and Eva was our day of coordinator. Both amazing ladies that made sure everything was perfect… from running rehearsal, setting up the welcome table, coordinating vendors, keeping you on schedule, bustling your dress, etc. We had a room flip during our wedding and Eva made sure everything was in the right spot in a short amount of time. I cannot stress how thankful we are for ANA and 1000% recommend them for your wedding!

Amanda was a dream to work with leading up to our wedding and the whole team was incredible on the day of (including Mallorie who jumped in as our 2nd lead planner). Not only did my husband and I notice, but we had GUESTS complimenting us on our planners. Saying how on top of it they were but never rude or pushy. Lighthearted but always one step ahead of every variable. It rained and rained all morning and they had backup plans for everything. In the afternoon, it turned into a beautiful day but I had full confidence that the team would have been able to make the absolute best of the situation had things turned out otherwise. ANAs resources are really unmatched with an entire inventory of rentals, very well priced photo booth etc. And they created my dream seating chart in a snap. I don't know how people throw themselves a wedding without a planner. ZERO regrets about paying for a team behind you. If you are in doubt, you can book ANA with confidence. Amanda was our lead planner for 99% of our wedding, and it was so incredibly helpful to have her as a liaison with our vendors. Communication from her as a wedding planner definitely pulled a different weight than communication from us as mere clients, and it helped expedite many aspects of the process. In a shared master document, Amanda kept track of all our vendors, their responsibilities and arrival/departure times, our ceremony and reception layout, our preferences when it came to decor and timeline… the list goes on and on. Not only did she help us achieve the details we envisioned and hoped to capture on our special day, she also helped us think of all the small (annoying) details that would never have crossed our minds. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mallorie took over for the majority of our actual wedding day. I was a bit anxious to switch planners so late in the game, but Mallorie blew it out of the water. Just to name a few things: she helped us set up our welcome table, made sure our timeline progressed according to schedule, and made sure all our personal items were safely packed away at the end of the night. I was surprised how relatively stress-free our wedding was - I definitely expected more hiccups along the way. Thanks to Amanda and Mallorie, we had a wonderful time and I have such fond memories of our wedding; it truly wouldn’t have been possible without them. We had to switch wedding planners about 3 months out due to some unseen circumstances, but the transition was flawless and reassuring. Mallorie made our wedding day absolutely seamless and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. She thought of things before they happened, things that did not even cross our mind, handles the vendors expertly, and was always there when we needed her. Experiencia fantástica: I’m the type of person that reads dozens and dozens of reviews before I purchase anything at all, so if someone like me is reading this, this is your sign to stop considering anyone else and choose ANA. Honestly, I almost never leave reviews myself, but I promise I am not exaggerating when I say hiring ANA for their wedding planning services, and in particular Amanda Bartz as our principal planner, was far and away the BEST decision we made during this entire process! We started the wedding planning process in October 2023 and were married 2/22/25 at Villa Antonia. We chose the partial planning package because I had time to research vendors on my own and put together the bigger picture, but I wanted someone that could help guide me through what is actually a very complicated process. From day one, Amanda was thorough, organized, patient, and a true joy to work with. She was always extremely timely in her responses to my texts or emails and was an incredible resource to have. I was also planning the wedding from Chicago where we live, so we weren’t able to sample or see all the things we wanted in person before signing contracts with vendors and instead relied on Amanda’s expertise (and everything she recommended was amazing). Her experience with vendors in Austin, and specifically with Villa Antonia, was invaluable. If she didn’t know the answer already (which was extremely rare), she was quick to ask around and get back to me. She made sure my dream for the wedding took priority and was always supportive while remaining mindful and providing all the facts for us to make informed decisions to stay within the budget we’d set. I can’t say enough good things about her - I just love her as a person and appreciate her so much. I consider myself a very organized person, but I know without a doubt my wedding day would not have been the same without Amanda, Mallorie, and Eva’s help. Amanda setup several meetings toward the end and created an extremely comprehensive timeline for the day, which she shared with all of our vendors so everyone was on the same page. She was even kind enough to let me ship things to her home since we were flying in from Chicago (props for dance floor, signs, picture frames, etc) and set them all up so we got to fully enjoy our wedding day start to finish without ever having to lift a finger. We’re also so grateful to Mallorie for making sure we got to experience every aspect of our wedding (even as we got tipsier and begged to go back onto the dance floor) because we would’ve been so sad to have missed out on those opportunities and the great photos that came with them. She also made sure that all of our belongings were packed in the appropriate pre-assigned cars so at the end of the night, we didn’t have to corral anything and instead just went from our private last dance to hopping into our ride home (with a whole extra pizza she put in our hands for late night snacking). She was so much fun and felt more like an extremely helpful friend than a planner. SO many people came up to us or texted afterward to tell us that it was the most well organized wedding they’d ever been to, and many of our bridesmaids and groomsmen said it was the easiest day they’d ever had as part of a wedding party since our wedding planners were so on top of everything! If there were any day-of issues, ANA made sure we were not aware of them at all. It’s almost month later and my (now) husband and I still say to each other almost daily that we can’t believe how perfect our wedding day was. I truly had the best time planning my wedding and I owe it all to Amanda and ANA. Thank you so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: Contracting with Ashley Nicole Affair as the full-service wedding planner for my daughter's wedding was one of the best decisions we made in the entire process! And we were blessed to have Mallorie as the planner assigned to Lauren and MJ. She was an absolute dream! As mother of the bride, my goal was to be available as support to Lauren and MJ if needed, but mostly my hope was for their vision for their wedding day to be realized. Mallorie was amazing at listening to their vision, ensuring all the details were decided upon, documented and reviewed during each meeting and the final walk-through at the Arlo (amazing venue!). The portal and forms used during the planning process with ANA were great. In the final meeting leading up to the days before the ceremony, I remember Mallorie telling Lauren and MJ, "Okay, I have all the details! Now you don't need to worry about these things any more. I will take it from here and all the two of you need to do is focus on each other and enjoy your amazing wedding day! I will make sure it is the best day!" Experiencia fantástica: Amanda Bartz from Ashley Nicole Affair was our wedding planner this past March. From beginning to end, she was incredibly helpful. Before we decided to hire a planner, I was very overwhelmed. I had no idea where to start! From the first call with Amanda, I knew we were in good hands. Not only is she super organized, knowledgeable, and talented, she is also amazing to be around. This instantly made me feel relaxed and excited for my wedding. After we met her, we fell in love with her personality! She helped us every step of the way. From coordinating with vendors to helping me make decisions because I am so indecisive, and so much more. She used her past experiences to explain how one option versus the other would play out. Which really helped me feel confident in my choices. She reminded me of deadlines and really kept me on track with the planning process. Because our venue was 3.5 hours from our house, we didn’t want to bring a lot of stuff for our wedding. We also didn’t want to be stuck with it when we left. Ashely Nicole Affair has the option to upgrade your package and has access to all of their rentals. This made our day extremely easy, and we could focus on each other while packing instead of how we were going to haul a million things. They had so many options for everything we needed. There were a few items for which we wanted to make changes to the color or wording. Amanda was happy to do it, and she made it all look absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite things they did was the look book. She had a whole PowerPoint with the layout of the ceremony, reception, and all of our decorations. I am definitely a visual person, so being able to see exactly how everything was going to look was super helpful. It also allowed me to make changes prior to the final decisions. So I had zero regrets. When it came to the big day, everything was PERFECT and exactly how we wanted. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of EVERYTHING!!  The whole day was flawless. The band we chose were some old friends from college who we love. They hadn’t done a lot of weddings, so Amanda was very helpful in coordinating with them the extra equipment they would need.  As well as setting up on the day of and coordinating with them so they knew the timeline and could make everything run smoothly. She helped us stay on schedule and made sure we had a drink in hand and a smile on our faces! It’s easy to lose track of time, and it can be uncomfortable to rush your guests or move to the next "activity." She made this easy by doing it for us!  After we walked down the aisle, a lot of people wanted pictures and to chat. But we really needed to do our couple portraits. So she kindly pushed us along and guided the guests to the reception. She also had appetizers ready for when we got to the suite. She knew it was important to us to have a moment to ourselves to breathe and just soak in that moment. So she made sure we had our drinks, apps, and that no one bothered us. She also took care of us on the way out by providing us with to-go boxes from our dinner. Everything about Amanda was amazing! We are so blessed that she was our planner. Ashley Nicole Affair is an awesome company that is very organized, professional, and truly understands weddings and the planning process. I would absolutely recommend hiring a wedding planner, and I think they are the best one you could choose!

Experiencia fantástica: My interview with Ashley felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. She even helped me make some decisions BEFORE I had finished all my interviews and signed a contract. Upon more discussions, she was able to match me with Amanda as my personal planner and it was a great fit. Amanda was a true joy to work with. I can be so incredibly indecisive. I had never thought I would get married so I had no fantasy or idea of what I wanted. So I would just shoot Amanda an email or text saying what about this random thing. She would respond with words of support and a few vendors to check out. If none of the first round sounded right to me (or not available for my date) she would send a few more. But I never felt overwhelmed by too many choices. I never felt like I would make a wrong choice. She would explain some of the slight differences between them to help me know what kind of decision I would be making (cold sparks vs actual pyrotechnics, how a vendor’s process differed from another, etc). She did so much of the detail work like the physical layout of chairs, the timeline, being the contact point for vendors in the final lead up to the wedding. She did so much that I did not feel any stress about wedding planning at all. It was enjoyable and felt like I had a friend doing it with me. Which was so important because I don’t have a mom and so just kinda jumped into the deep end alone but Amanda (and Ashley with her regular check ins too) made it so I never felt that absence in planning. If I needed emotional support or reassurance, they were there without hesitation. If I needed someone to cheer something or celebrate along the way, they were there. Honestly the only thing that wasn’t perfect is the “design” with our names for the glam photo booth just didn't have enough contrast to show up with the boxwood backdrop. But honestly, who even cares about that part?

There is not a single thing we would’ve wanted her to do differently. Easily the best choice we made when hiring vendors for our wedding. We used quite a few Ashley Nicole rentals as well and thanks to Beth we didn’t have to worry about setup or breakdown whatsoever. We had a really unique vision at our wedding, including a tattoo artist and well over 10 different vendors, and Beth communicated and orchestrated with each and everyone so that the day of we only had to enjoy it with our whole hearts. I am super OCD and an overly obnoxiously perfectionist and I found a team that appreciates understands my attention to detail! I booked our venue years ago and figured I could totally do all the planning myself within that time. Unfortunately life caught up to me and had other plans. My husband and I decided to open a storefront together, which has been over a year in the works and the final life altering event of the year to come. We also went through a devastating pregnancy that ended in the loss of our first child together, a son we named Zen. We then became pregnant with our rainbow baby girl, Willow. After she was born I realized I only had about 6 months left to plan this wedding! I needed help! I’m an over researcher and had way too many leads on great planners! I when on a whim after scrolling through a few sites and saw that Ashley Nicole Affair was clearly very familiar with my venue! It’s been a whirlwind of amazingness since I said “please help me!” I was assigned Amanda! The sweetest cutest most amazing and charismatic woman on the planet. I may have a little girl crush and may or may not have asked her to be my MOH a time or two! She held me up when I became overwhelmed and had meltdowns, she came to my house multiple times to take loads off my hands! She single handedly budgeted my wedding, called vendors, messaged guests, stuffed and mailed all of my invitations, folded and assembled hundreds of gift boxes, she went to every appointment and meeting with me, she was assertive and professionally boss lady on wedding day (only way to deal with my people’s) and she became more than my planner, I can truly say she is my friend!

There aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how phenomenal Amanda and the ANA team were during my wedding planning journey. I live in Chicago, so I knew planning a wedding in a different city was going to require me to hire a wedding planner. What I didn’t expect was to end up hiring the most organized, professional, and overall amazing wedding planner and planning team in the business. RUN don’t walk to hire them as your trusted planners. I never once felt stressed about logistics, and Amanda handled my many questions and requests with such kindness. When choosing vendors, she provided me with many great options that she and her team have an established relationship with. I felt like a celebrity when I would communicate with the potential vendors because everyone in the industry knows and trusts Amanda and the Ashley Nicole Affair team. Plus, they have an awesome rental inventory that we ended up using for our seating chart and an easel. On the day of, Amanda shined bright and made everything run perfectly! Her assistant Koty also got amazing behind-the-scenes content and shared that with us. We really can’t thank Amanda and the ANA team enough for all their hard work and expertise. I interviewed a handful of wedding planners and this was probably one of the hardest vendors for me to book, but after my call with Ashely, I knew I was in good hands! Amanda was absolutely incredible!!! First off, she was literally always available for me and responded so quickly to all my questions, concerns, etc. She dealt with both my mom and I, who are very anxious people, with such a calmness that I was literally NEVER stressed about my big day. On the day of the wedding, everything went absolutely perfect because of Amanda and Coty. Amanda made sure my day was perfect from helping me take off my shoes and put on my veil all the way to putting every last item of mine in the getaway car with zero disruption to the wedding. Every detail that I had sent inspo pics of to Amanda, was executed perfectly. Experiencia fantástica: I used Ashley Nicole Affair for my wedding in Dripping Springs and to say I had the dream team would be an understatement. Throughout the process my coordinator, Beth Hand, was extremely helpful in filling me in on all the things you don't know when planning your first wedding. I never once felt like I was asking a dumb question or I couldn't ask her advice or opinion about anything and everything. About 4 months into planning, Beth went on maternity leave but introduced me to one of her colleagues, Amanda, and assured me that if I needed anything at all while she was out, I would be in good hands with Amanda - she wasn't wrong. Amanda took the lead so seamlessly, she coordinated communications with vendors and went to look at rentals with me. Upon Beth's return, we truly didn't skip a single beat. When it came to the weeks/days leading up to the wedding, it was like Beth went into super woman mode. She had reached out to all of my vendors, made sure everyone had the timeline, order of events, ALL OF THE THINGS lol It was incredible to not have to worry about that on top of finalizing my own last minute DIY projects amongst other things for the wedding. The night before the wedding, Beth reminded me I had to get wedding insurance (I panicked) and she quickly texted me a link to purchase the insurance and handled sending it to the venue immediately like it was nothing. Beth's calm demeanor in handling everything really did make me a calm bride. Everyone in my family would have panic moments or questions for me and I'd just be like "Beth's got it, just leave it to the professionals", and then they'd comment about how calm I was on wedding day, and I literally can attribute a lot of that to Beth. Lastly, the BIG day! It was absolutely perfect. Beth and Koty, her assistant coordinator, were just amazing. They were constantly there if I needed them, they helped fix some of my signage and figure out the after the tone, Beth steamed my dress for me for my second look...I mean, there are too many amazing things they did to count to be honest. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and they care about their brides. Family and friends, my Dad, they all made comments about how incredible Beth and Koty were and how on top of everything they were. Planning a wedding is so incredibly more detailed and harder than I could’ve imagined, I knew from the start of the planning process when I got engaged that we wanted to throw a huge, elegant, glam, classic, and over the top event. My three key words from what I wanted my wedding to be described as were classy, elegant, and glamorous. I also knew from the start that I needed some one who was going to be ride or die through this crazy process and Ashley definitely was. I shopped around for multiple planners prior to meeting Ashley. From our first meeting consultation, Ashley met with my parents and I and we all instantly were blown away by her knowledge, expertise, and encouragement. She was a huge positive light/ hype girl from the second we started talking with her, which she also continued to be throughout this entire process which is/can be extremely stressful. Compared to other planners we had consultations with, Ashley never judged us for what we wanted to accomplish, she never thought we could not do what we imagined, she never emphasized a budget that was needed for anything, which let me tell you other planners from then beginning had input on budget/ and said no to certain venues/ ideas/venders that they don’t work with/ list goes on. Ashley from the beginning wanted to make YOUR DREAM wedding come true, whether its something that has never been done before/seen before/ unique/ or small, she was going to get it DONE and be an extremely positive light while doing so. Ashley was always professional and when I had crazy work hours towards the end of my wedding planning and my mom thank goodness took over planning (which she is a perfectionist lol) Ashley was on top everything with her and worked well with everyone! Ashley had connections with every single vender you can imagine, at my wedding for example we had Brazilian dancers perform, cigar rolling, a gelato cart, custom draping, custom back drops, custom signs, and she had great resources available where anything imagined could be possible. While I also had a large scale wedding, I will say Ashley always searched for deals, she had our backs with making sure what we were getting not only was reliable was well in reason with budget. Because she works with many venders, a perk of working with her was she does get vender discounts. During the year of wedding planning, I was able to always be in constant communication with Ashley, she would always answer texts at any hour, responded always quickly if not immediately, phone calls, get on zoom calls, be there for you/ stand in for you and zoom you in on in person meetings with venders (as I also was a long distance bride, I was living in Michigan at the time, my parents were local however). Wedding day, everything went seamless, Ashely had all her assistants help, who were all gracious and professional. My wedding was overall everything I could have ever imagined and MORE! It was beyond perfect and I know it was that way due to Ashley’s help and guidance!! Overall, Ashley is a MUST if you are in need of a wedding planner. I had her for the full service package and it was the best thing we spent money on for the wedding. Truly. It became more like a sisterhood than just wedding planning. Beth, Ashley, and her entire team made sure that I was always taken care of. They responded back to my emails and texts ALWAYS no matter the time! They also dealt with my crazy helicopter mom with so much respect and love! I was able to hold meetings and text Amanda whenever I had a question or thought well before and up to the wedding day. She also had great resources and ideas when I was stuck. The day of the wedding with Amanda and Weslyn from my point of view and my husband went fantastic- from when they arrived before the ceremony to when it was breaking things down and getting home after reception.
