Fantastic experience: Nica and her team are absolutely amazing. I utilized the full service because I knew that I would not have the capacity nor knowledge to plan a wedding. Weddings are extremely stressful however, Nica made the experience alot less stressful than it could have been. She took 80% of the stress away from planning and I really only had to deal with about 20%. If I had to do this all over again I would still choose Nica. Super professional, very knowledgeable about the industry, tons of contacts and great ideas. To this day people are still talking about our wedding and we've been married for over a year. Nica and Every Little Detail are the way to go!

Fantastic experience: Being the FOB for the first time, we could not of pulled off a more perfect day without Nica!! The name "Every Little Detail", could not be more fitting. Nica took care of everything from reading contracts with the precision of an attorney, to the finest detail of the boutonnieres. The best part of it all was that I got to spend more time enjoying the experience with my daughter, instead of all the stress.. Nica you're the best!!

Fantastic experience: So, I went on the hunt to find the "superb" wedding planner for a December 2017 wedding. It was not long before I ran across Nica's company "Every Little Detail". From the beginning, I knew that she was perfect. The website was perfect and very professional and polished. The studio which has all the wedding "bells and whistles" you could ask for...with samples of just about all that you would need...was very impressive. The quote that I received was thorough and outlined the detail that I needed to feel comfortable about hiring someone. So, needless to say...we selected Nica Lewis at Every Little Detail. Fast forward to Wedding day/reception: once we pulled up to the reception she was right there to greet us with a beverage and give us a heads up about our guests and any issues. You guessed it (as with most events) something "may happen" and it did. She told me there was an issue with my cake. But I did appreciate her being honest with me and presenting a solution (of which she had already put in place). Nica is very proative and thinks ahead. She was pleasant and a delight to work with..so that put us at ease. During the reception, she was attentive, proactive and was on top of staying on the "designated" timeline and worked very well with the vendors (many of which she had already had an established relationship with form previous weddings). I would turn my head and there was Nica. She was always there when I needed her or even if I had a question. So, she was already aware of the selected vendor's processes, guidelines and the best way to approach situations. If someone came to me to ask a question, I felt like I could not answer without asking Nica's opinion first. So, in summary, as a Type A personality, I must say...Nica is a class act. She did everything as I wished and offered recommendations when needed. She was perfect and all my guests felt the same. My only regret was that I should have hired her sooner to save myself a great deal of heartbreak and stress. If you are looking for a wedding planner in the RVA...trust me, trust me, trust me....Nica Lewis should be your #1 choice.

Fantastic experience: I live in NJ and had a VA wedding...I knew I needed a planner from day one, but who that planner who would was the question. I had a wonderful experience with Nica, her husband Stephen, and her staff! She was always communicative whether by text, call, or email. We gave her free range with the decorations as we just purchased them and said, "Use them as you see fit." Fantastic experience: My wedding was on November 14, 2015 at the John Marshall Hotel in Richmond, Va. It was amazing and Every Little Detail had everything to do with that. It started on time and went as scheduled without any problems. We are still getting compliments from our guest! Every Little Detail hooked us up with the best DJ in Richmond and we partied the night away! I highly reccommend this company. Thanks guys.
