Fantastic experience: Phenomenal wedding decor coordinator including prompt setup and breakdown. Charlene was always prompt and informative during our communication, helping me with things I didn't consider. Our wedding was gorgeous and we had so many compliments about the table settings and decor. No issues or questions to answer on the day or after, everything was taken care of perfectly.

Charlene is very knowledgeable about wedding planning, and her pre-wedding meetings made me aware of all the little details that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The day of our wedding, our coordinator Tia was fantastic and so on top of everything! We didn’t have to worry about the timeline at all, everything ran smoothly and we could just enjoy our wedding. Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Your Day Your Way! We used their day of wedding management service. We really appreciated having the pre-meetings before our wedding to go over details. Charlene was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Tia and Hannah were with us the day of and everything went so smoothly! We found out during our reception that our venue had a no flame policy, but by the time we learned this Tia and Hannah had already resolved the issue.

Fantastic experience: We hired Charlene and her team for day-of coordinating. She and her team were AMAZING! We had a series of multiple conversations to review what we wanted/how we wanted it before hand which really helped to plan a seamless timeline of events. Fantastic experience: Charlene was the planner for an elegant New Year's Eve wedding reception at Water's Edge Event Center, where I was hired to entertain with magic. Everything was incredibly beautiful and she was so personable, professional, organized and calm. Very impressed and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We needed someone who could set up our decorations and chairs for our Thursday wedding. Charlene quickly responded to my email and we set up a time to talk over the phone about the details of the wedding. After discussing what needed to be done and how everything should be organized (either through phone or email). She suggested a few changes and I'm glad she did because once the wedding day came everything looked perfect! Charlene and another member from her team arrived early to the venue, ready to start setting up. After Charlene was given the instructions on where the decorations were. The two of them efficiently started working and finished everything in a timely manner. She was wonderful to work with and she has a great team that can assist you with anything you may need help with on your wedding day! If I recommend anyone, I HIGHLY recommend Charlene and her team!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I used Your Day Your Way LLC to help plan our wedding for 10 June 2023. Between pointing us in the right direction for vendors and helping piece together the overall plan, we certainly felt a lot better with Charlene on the team. What we were especially happy with was that during the wedding we didn't really have to do anything and could just enjoy the day. I'm sure there were many last minute things or changes that needed to be done, but frankly I have no idea what they were. The day went perfectly and I think Charlene and Shantel were a large part of that. We strongly recommend Your Day Your Way for your wedding planning needs.

Fantastic experience: I used Your Day Your Way as a day-of coordinator. Charlene was quick to respond, thought of everything I needed to have ready ahead of time, and made any necessary changes. Tia was so sweet to work with day-of. She helped to keep the bridal party calm and things moving. Despite some hiccups she made sure things continued to happen and everyone had a great time!

Fantastic experience: We hired Charlene as a day-of planner. Throughout the 1+ year we worked with Charlene and her team, we consistently found that she went above and beyond our expectations. She provided so much useful advice to us every time we frantically sent her an email about one of our concerns (and we had a lot of concerns!). She helped us think about so many aspects of the wedding that we never would have thought of. She helped us nail down the timeline down to the minute which helped us feel at ease on the day. On the day of, we had both Tia and Shantel on site. Everything went about as smooth as I could have hoped for and they really ran the show and made everything very easy for us.
