Fantastic experience: Florida Wedding Supplies provided coordination services, florals, linens and decor for my daughter's wedding, March 2026. They did a fantastic job. Everything was gorgeous and exactly what my daughter was picturing in her mind. Jaime was our coordinator. She helped us with every step of the wedding planning process. She touched base regularly between meetings and always answered emails and texts promptly. Having her as our coordinator definitely took the stress of of me as the mother of the Bride. Their in house florist did a fantastic job making my daughter's vision a reality. They were great at helping us stay on budget suggesting florals that were in season therefore affordable. Day of Jaime and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make the day special and relaxed for both my daughter and myself. They took care of all the details. I only have 1 daughter but if I had another I would definitely hire Florida Wedding Supplies again.

Fantastic experience: We got married a few weeks ago at the beautiful Kelly Farms, through the Venu we booked the all inclusive package which included Florida wedding supplies as our planner and coordinators for the wedding. I worked closely with Jamie Hussman through every planning aspect of our wedding, for over a year, she walked me through every vendor, booking, question and detail and made sure that our special day was everything I ever dreamed of. Sweet sweet Jamie answered countless texts, eased my mind over little details and specifics, and always had an answer when I had a question. Our day turned out absolutely amazing, the knowledge of the employees at Florida wedding supplies was top notch, they provided us with the most perfect table settings, florals, and made sure that every step of wedding planning and the wedding day was perfect. If you’re on the fence of hiring a planner for your wedding, please know that I figured I could do this all on my own, but this was the most vital resource and best use of money when it came to my peace of mind and their countless knowledge on all things wedding. If you’re considering a planner, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Jamie and Anne provided both day-of coordination and florals, and their dual expertise made everything seamless. Initially, we didn't think we needed a coordinator due to cost concerns, but FWS's rates were incredibly reasonable compared to other coordinators who likely wouldn't have delivered the same amazing quality. Jamie was exceptionally responsive and had scheduled calls well before the 30-day mark, keeping us organized and stress-free. On the floral side, they truly went above and beyond. When we needed centerpieces for the sweetheart and bridal party tables with less than two weeks' notice, they made it happen without hesitation. Most impressively, I sent them some potentially far-fetched inspiration photos for my bridal bouquet and floral arch, and they BEYOND delivered -creating something l'd never seen them do before. The best thing they created was a floral collar for our goldendoodle which matched the arch-that honestly made my entire wedding day. Their day-of execution was flawless. Jamie handled a fallen floral arch before the ceremony like a pro, kept everything on schedule, picked up our cake, managed cleanup, and made item pickup the next day effortless. The value is unmatched - their prices felt like a steal when others were charging double or triple for lesser quality. Anne and Jamie were completely transparent about what they could deliver and exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Florida Wedding Supplies was absolutely amazing. I did the day-of package and Anne had my back through and through. She helped navigate all the difficult family dynamics and made sure I did not take on an ounce of stress on my day. When I started planning the wedding, I considered going without a day-of coordinator, but I can say, whole-heartedly, that the experience of my day would not have gone near as smoothly and stress free as it did without her! Anne is the real MVP. I truly would not have had the best night of my life if it weren’t for her handling the hustle and bustle on the back end!! She is the BOMB!! Also, while Jamie was not able to attend, I met with her throughout the planning process & she helped my vision come to fruition, which involved a lot of moving parts & a timeline that was focused around the Kentucky Derby, which was not a solid time.

As the mother of the bride, I did not have to worry about transitioning into each activity that evening because Jammie and her assistant kept everything on track for us. Knowing that Jammie was on top of everything allowed me and my daughter to relax and just enjoy ourselves for my daughter’s special day. Fantastic experience: I cannot sing their praises enough. Our wedding day was everything that we wanted and more. Anne got the ball rolling for us after stumbling across them at a wedding expo and Jamie really took it home. Every question was answered and every concern was addressed. Jamie is absolutely incredible every step of the way in handling all of our needs so we had no worries in the end. Jamie made sure that we could enjoy our day for us and ran everything smoothly. Fantastic experience: Me and my husband were looking at this company to do our florals for our wedding and didn't know about the coordinator services they offered until we sat down with Anne. After listening to Anne talk about what they offer, we decided to move forward with it and are so happy that we did. Jamie helped us every step of the way through the wedding planning process. Anytime we had a question she was right there to help us out, and as we got closer to the big day Jamie made time to sit down with us and explain everything down to the smallest details. On the actual wedding day she kept all of our wedding parties and vendors on track and on schedule to make sure we didn't fall behind. We even had an issue with one of our arches that Jamie fixed before we could even notice. 100% would recommend using this service if you are planning on getting married soon, and definitely recommend Jamie !

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our wedding on 10/14/2024 in Jacksonville Beach and we happened to find Florida Wedding Supplies through wedding wire. From the first conversation that I had with Anne, I knew these were going to be our people. I was looking for a company that could do coordination, decoration, and flowers all in one and they were a perfect match! Jamie is who I worked with the most throughout the months leading up to the wedding and she was just amazing. It felt as though I was working with a close friend to plan my wedding. She was so personable, she responded to all of my messages promptly, and she was very accommodating. She came with us to a few of our venue walk-throughs as well as our rehearsal to ensure that she really captured our vision for the wedding. Anne was able to connect us to more vendors for our wedding which made the planning process a breeze. From the beginning, we told them that we were working with a specific budget and they made sure that we were able to get everything we needed while staying within the limit. Everything turned out perfectly on our wedding day, exactly how I envisioned. And these ladies SAVED THE DAY because I forgot to assign someone to pick up our wedding cake but before I had even heard the news, Jamie had already called Anne to ask her to pick it up!! They really made sure that our day was stress-free. I cannot sing these ladies praises enough, they are so wonderful. If you’re debating on who you should hire for your wedding coordination, decoration, and/ or florals, stop wasting your time and hire Florida Wedding Supplies!

Fantastic experience: Jamie was an absolute LIFE SAVER for our wedding, considering it was a travel wedding as we live in Virginia and the ceremony was in Florida, it meant a lot was put on Jamie for handling, she took care of reaching out to all of the vendors, ensuring a plan was ready to go and taking care of the chaos on the actual day. On top of that she offered her own florist and did all of our decorations which came out BEAUTIFUL. Giving myself and my mom the chance to actually enjoy the day was priceless. We will be recommending her to all friends and family. SHE IS WORTH IT!

Fantastic experience: These people are the best of the best . They literally saved my wedding. After a horrible experience with my previous wedding planner/Decorator, I contacted them only 2 months before my wedding and they were there for us all the time, they were super understanding and unconditional. They helped me to work within our budget and walked me through the entire process to bring to reality exactly what I’ve always wanted. Fantastic experience: Jamie and Anne were THE BEST! We could have not pulled off our perfect day without them! Jamie was so professional and organized. She helped us come up with a timeline that was key to having the day go smoothly. We met virtually weekly the month before our wedding, which was so nice to have a consistent check-in and follow-up on things that needed to be completed. She also coordinated with all vendors before and the day of the wedding. Despite a rain delay, Jamie and Anne were able to be flexible and work with our vendors to come up with a solution that still carried out our vision. Anne's years of weather predicting expertise even allowed us to still have our ceremony outside! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jamie and Anne -thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

Fantastic experience: Jamie and Anne truly made our daughter’s wedding experience so enjoyable! Jamie was involved in every detail and was an advocate for us. She thought of things we didn’t and proactively managed the process even though the bride was in Chicago and the wedding was in Florida. After every interaction with her, my daughter and I would say “what would we do without Jamie?” She even coordinated delivery of tables and chairs needed for rehearsal dinner at our home. Outdoor weddings come with conditions and ours had major storms passing through. Anne and Jamie stayed calm, kept the guests engaged and directed the entire event to still occur as planned after a slight rain delay. They pivoted where needed and kept the whole evening flowing. I’ve heard parents say wedding planning and the actual event is stressful. Our goal was to build a plan and enjoy every minute of the special day. With Anne and Jamie on our team, we were able to soak it all in and had the best wedding experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Anne and Jamie for our wedding on 2/4/24 at Kelly Farms. Anne gave us a tour of the venue and helped us finalize our rental choices, while Jamie was our main wedding coordinator. From the beginning, it was clear that Anne is a veteran in the industry. She was hospitable, professional and there was nothing she could not answer. We instantly knew with her knowledge and experience we were in good hands. During the planning, Jamie and Anne did everything to make sure we felt comfortable with the plan for our wedding day, answered every question, and though they had multiple other events they were available to us like we were their only event. We were a wild ball of nerves on the wedding day, but Jaime steadied us effortlessly. She checked in on us throughout the day, when guests started arriving early, she handled it like a champ. She literally knelt on the cement floor and buttoned our bustles, monitored the weather by the minute like Jim Cantore to ensure we could have our ceremony free of rain outdoors, brought us appetizers after the ceremony because we were starving, privately hyped us up for our first entrance. Jamie was confident, organized and just plain perfect. We highly recommend Jamie and Anne.

Fantastic experience: Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, we had a small wedding on relatively short notice (less than 6 months) and from our perspective it went off without a hitch (family tell us there were a handful of hiccups along the way that our wedding planner - Jamie - found solutions for without having to bring us in!). FL Wedding Supplies went above and beyond to make our wedding a fairytale we will always remember. Anne and Jamie worked endlessly to coordinate with all of the vendors on everything that needed to come together for the special day. Angela did a phenomenal job with all of the floral arrangements in the church and ballroom. The reception looked like a magical garden and they made the whole day feel like a dream. We wish we could relive the wedding over and over again! SO grateful for this team that made it happen!

Fantastic experience: Hiring Anne to be our wedding planner was the best decision we made! Wedding planning is extremely stressful and so very time consuming. Anne and Jamie made every step of the planning process so easy. I gave her all of my inspiration pictures and blabbed on and on about my dream wedding and she made it a reality for us! It was a true fairy tale that came together so perfectly and went so smoothly. She helped organize all of the vendors and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted down to the smallest, unthinkable detail. I can go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with them. They are a team that we will forever be grateful for.

Fantastic experience: I had my wedding at Kelly Farms and Florida wedding supplies is their main coordinator/supplier so we went ahead and went with them/Anne. Anne was actually the one who gave us the tour of the venue and she was so nice. Later in the year, I went to the warehouse to see all of their options they had for decor. It’s a lot bigger than I expected. I ended up DIYing a lot of my wedding to save some money, but I did end up using their silver chargers (they had a sparkle in them and they were beautiful), their table linens, and a set of their 3 tiered vases for my centerpieces. I had communication throughout the planning process with both Anne and Jamie. Jamie put together our layout of the room so I could start figuring out seating arrangements, I actually was able to meet Jamie at the farm multiple times to show my grandma to see if she would be able to walk as well as to practice our surprise first dance. On the wedding day, Jamie was our main go to person. She did amazing so I did not have to worry about anything. She set up my whole ceremony and reception space with everything I had brought and what they had brought. She worked well with the vendors too, so the day went smoothly (even though it rained that day and we were afraid it would ruin our day, but it did not). She even put all of the decor back in boxes at the end of the night and I did not have to do a thing. I would definitely recommend Florida wedding supplies as a coordinator/planner and/or rentals for your wedding.

Fantastic experience: --- The most honest 5-star review you'll ever read --- We had originally been paired with a phenomenal wedding planner, Miranda, when we first signed on. Then she left, and we communicated with the owner for a little while; she runs like 3 companies so she has a lot going on. It was hard to get in contact with her at times, and we found ourselves keeping ourselves on task for some months with the timeline checklist that Anne had already provided us (it was little details that we could figure out on our own). Now, we were like a year away from our wedding so it wasn't "crunch" time by any means. And when stuff did need to be done, and if we left voicemails, then we did get a call back within a week. Please note that this was during the "great resignation" of 2021-2022 so we do feel for her as to why we had a few wedding planners during our contract, and we had a longer than usual engagement that also factors into that timeline. Then we were paired with another wedding planner that we communicated with for a short while who did not communicate to us that she would be taking the summer off nor did she communicate with us who would be our next point of contact. We only found out that she was taking the summer off after multiple tries to communicate. BTW we had an end of summer wedding so awkward timing to say the least. Worst part about it: everything that we had discussed and planned with her did not get communicated to the next planner so we had to go through everything all over again. Then, we were paired with another phenomenal planner named Jamie, who we HIGHLY recommend! Jamie restored our confidence in this company, was knowledgeable, attentive, and what she didn't know she figured out and learned, or she found the answer. She reached out, communicated, and she was really passionate about making our day as best as it could be. No details fell thru the cracks. We truly believe that, due to her, our day went as flawlessly as it did. All in all, our day ran smoothly and we did not know if there were any mishaps with vendors as Jamie and the team must have handled it great. Our only annoyance of the night was that we did not get to take home any of our desserts. If that is what we 'complained' about, then that just means that our day and night was incredible! In conclusion, we originally picked this company because of the glowing reviews and other family members that used this company for their weddings, specifically for Miranda and Anne. After Miranda left, we noticed a drop off in communication and we found ourselves feeling left behind or forgotten about when a quick call/text could have solved everything. After Jamie took over, she restored our confidence in this company and we cannot stop smiling knowing that she will do the same for others as she has done for us. We had a blast working with her and know that she will do amazing with all of the couples that work with her. You can't go wrong hiring Florida Wedding Supplies, with Jamie and Anne at the helm. We had the most incredible day and night! Definitely unforgettable.

Fantastic experience: Anne, Miranda, and her team at quite simply, The BEST! So professional and caring, responsive and empathetic. They genuinely care about you and your guests from start to finish. Anne helped me and my now husband plan our original wedding in 5/2020 that had to last minute drastically changed due to COVID and she offered and helped plan our vow renewal/reception in 5/2021 at our original venue! Anne feels like part of your family and cares for you as if you were part of her family as well. She handles all the small details and back up plans extremely thoroughly to allow you to relax and just enjoy. I was and am still overwhelmed by the exceptional level of expertise and support. You simply can't get better. I trust her 110% and would recommend her services to anyone!
