With 20++ years of industry experience, Vibrant Events can go as far and as wide as the imagination allows. They are flexible, hard-working, creative, on point, and more. Whether you don't know where to start and need some push with direction, OR you have every detail already mapped out and need someone to step in to help execute, Corina and her Team can plug-n-play into any degree of event planning. One of the key components to a successful working relationship with Corina and the Vibrant Events Team is to HAVE FUN. I think people who plan events often forget that the energy you put into something is the energy you'll get in return. The better you can be as a partner (client), the more above and beyond Vibrant Events will take your ideas and concepts, ultimately landing you with the most memorable day of your life. The team is widely connected, wildly resourceful, and in my biased opinion, the best event planners in the Bay Area. Even if, after your first consult call you realize it may not be a fit for your vision, at the very least, you've walked away with the gift of meeting Corina and her team.

Fantastic experience: Whatever you thought you knew about planning a wedding...you were wrong. We truly put our wedding in Corina's hands and she made it stunning and elegant from start to finish. We would have lost our minds trying to do this by ourselves- and my mom would have certainly lost hers! It is a rare opportunity to see someone who loves and is as skilled at the work they do as she is when it comes to weddings. I don't feel like wedding coordinator appropriately encapsulates the seismic scale she plays in these events...Corina is a memory/love/celebratory creating machine and plays the role with such enthusiasm that she literally gets the party started. <3

Fantastic experience: If you are considering working with Corina / Vibrant Events - just do it!! We worked with Corina for our wedding, and she was the MVP of our event! We had a very specific, elaborate, and personal vision for our wedding, and I would say we are a picky couple with very high standards, but Corina exceeded all our expectations. Corina has the perfect personality for this job - she is highly organized, detail oriented, a very assertive communicator, and most importantly, a leader and people wrangler who will do whatever it takes to pull your big day together. She is also creative and has a great design mind, something that really benefited us as our wedding had a lot of creative components (from a Magic Potion shop to a DIY painting station). She helped us figure out how to save money in many spots, she told us which of our ideas would work and which ones wouldn't, and she was never afraid to voice her opinion (which we really liked). We always felt like she gave us 110% and was fully committed and working super hard for our wedding. I think Corina would be an especially great fit for couples who want to go "above and beyond" for their wedding. At the same time, I can confidently say Corina would do a great job on any wedding!!

Fantastic experience: From the time we had our first phone call to the day of the wedding it was such a joy to work with Corina. She is so sweet and connective and cares so much about beauty and design. She transformed my backyard from a regular yard into a magical dream. Her eye for detail and her passion for quality and sustainability shines through her work and I honestly don't think I could've chosen a better woman for the job. She listened to exactly what we wanted, from the colors to the feel of the space, and honestly, she delivered big time! And besides the beauty she created, she also kept us in check with our to-do list as the time got closer, which was extremely helpful! We wish we could do it all over again! Thank you, Corina. We are so grateful.

Fantastic experience: TL;DR: You need to sit down with Corina and have the initial conversation. She's no pressure, no nonsense, and when you speak to her you absolutely KNOW she's going to pull an incredible event together with you. (AND YOU'LL PROBABLY GET THE CREDIT) Corina is able to articulate all of the wonderful, wild, and wonderous things about the wedding world with a clarity that is extremely refreshing. In a thing as personal and momentous as a wedding, it's so wonderful to have someone who can take the half ideas or inspirations you've seen and craft a more focused and decisive vision - allowing you to achieve an experience level through textures and light which are intangible, but Corina seems to wrangle these. Corina was able to paint that picture for us when we were looking at planning a wedding together. Although we were ultimately unable to proceed forwards with a full-service package, Corina is so generous and full of spirit that we're going to stay closely connected in our future endeavors. Her passion for weddings, events, and end-to-end vision expand her to also encompass animal rescue!

Fantastic experience: Hiring Corina to help us to plan and coordinate our wedding is absolutely the best decision we have made in our wedding planning process! We hesitated to hire a planner at all, but as soon as we connected with Corina, we knew it was the right choice. She's kind, knowledgable, ethical, creative, driven, and will work so hard and so thoughtfully for you. She brings so much laughter and light-heartedness to the process, and having her on our team alleviated so much stress for us over the process of planning. She should be charging more than she is!! She's a gem!

Fantastic experience: Corina is just amazing. She has an uplifting joyous presence, an eye for beauty, an attention to details and had an endless amount of ideas for how we could make our event more sustainable/local/environmentally responsible. She worked incredibly hard for us and was always available for every question we had. Our guests are still talking about this event as the most beautiful and elegant they have ever attended!!! Fantastic experience: Corina is an all- star! She helped us create the most magical wedding day, planned our wedding down to the minute and then made it all come to life. She is always in tune with what her client's need and is incredibly patient. She was an absolute delight to work with for over a year and we couldn't have done it without her. Her laugh is infectious and her positive attitude and demeanor will always brighten your day no matter what. By the time your wedding day rolls around, she knows your wishes and desires so well, that she can read your mind and put out fires without ever bothering you with the details. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without a stress in the world! We were so lucky to have found Corina.

Fantastic experience: Corina created a magical weekend and wedding in Sonoma for our family and guests from the EastCoast. Her vision - the casual welcome party to the perfect rehearsal dinner with live music outside under the stars to the very special wedding. The wedding venue, flowers, cuisine & music was perfect. Every detail was taken care of by Corina. We will forever treasure Corina and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we met her we knew that Corina would be the one to help us plan our wedding: her love for what she does is only overshadowed by her irresistible laugh and attention to her client's needs. The role of wedding/event planner is a difficult one to fill and Corina takes it all in stride: she is focused, organized, and composed, while still remaining lighthearted, creative, and adaptable to any situation. When a difficulty arose at our wedding with the venue's responsibilities, Corina put in the work behind the scenes and singlehandedly smoothed it out, and took care of the problem with a smile on her face and without stressing us. We made a friend in Corina, and this speaks to her love of what she does: she knows the best contacts in the business because she is caring and passionate about the relationships she makes. She is the best around!
