Fantastic experience: Thanks to Run Away With Me, we had an even more perfect wedding than we had ever dreamed of! My husband and I eloped in October at Harvest Inn. The entire team was truly excellent at their jobs. Officiant Noah’s marriage script was impressive. My makeup and hair turned out even better than I had imagined. Throughout the wedding, Makenna took care of every detail. I wore high-heeled wedding shoes, and something was placed under them to make it easier for me to walk on the dirt area. Thinking of this definitely saved me! Small gestures like this are incredibly meaningful. Many details we hadn’t even thought of were carefully considered. Everything we needed for our wedding was provided, and every detail was beautifully taken care of. Our photographer, Stephanie, captured these special moments in the most beautiful way. Most importantly, I hardly lifted a finger. The whole planning process was laid out for me that I literally just showed them what I wanted it to look like. Fantastic experience: I honestly had no idea the scale of the task of planning the wedding of my dreams when I set the date. I also happened to be in my last year of law school and studying for the bar during the year leading up to it, so to say the least I was incredibly busy and stressed out and many people justifiably gasped that I was trying to make a wedding happen at the same time. My partner and I needed to make it happen anyway due to our employment schedules. Thank god we found RAWM to make the impossible possible. From day 1, RAWM held my hand every step of the way so I was able to focus on finishing law school AND have the wedding of my dreams. I am very picky with aesthetics and detail oriented, and I knew I wanted a wedding that was extremely unique and didn't follow the typical formula. They completely understood what I described and made it a reality. At times I didn't truly know what I wanted, I just knew the "vibe," and they helped me discover how to bring it to life! On the big day--the greatest day of my life!!--there were all sorts of unforeseen logistical problems (rain and flooding!) which didn't even phase OR my guests, because made sure we were completely in the moment eve as they mobilized like navy seals to solve every problem on the fly. I can't count the number of people who told me it was the best wedding they've ever been to. If you're searching for planners and reading this, stop what you're doing, don't hesitate, and HIRE THEM.

Fantastic experience: Runaway With Me was exceptional with their services in planning our elopement. From the very beginning, Britt, Makenna, and Kalika were just the loveliest people to work with. They have a smooth process that leaves the planning to them with our input as needed. For someone like myself that’s very busy with work, I appreciate the thoroughness in their preparation on the back end to ensure that communication and planning was done in an efficient and thorough manner. In terms of the actual event, I have to say that it was absolutely beautiful and everything I wanted from my elopement. Every detail was perfect and my husband and I were extremely pleased with the results. Stevi, our officiant, understood what we wanted and executed the ceremony perfectly. Stephanie, our photographer, made us feel like movie stars and really took the time to get every angle. It didn’t hurt that the weather was perfect, but overall, the whole experience was worth it. Fantastic experience: Best experience ever! The best part was the entire experience. Always one step ahead of me. I felt guided the whole way by Kalika. Fantastic experience: My daughter got married on Sept 25, 2024 in St Helena, Ca and it was a destination wedding. We hired Run Away with me because of their "all inclusive" option and the reviews that we had read. They exceeded all expectations that we had! There are not strong enough words to describe what an outstanding job they did from the first call until after the wedding helping us load up the bus with our guests and items we needed to take home. Everything they did was perfectly planned and executed. They helped plan the most perfect wedding that exceeded our expectations, helped make the wedding extremely personal (was definitely NOT a one size fits all!) down to minute details, hired and suggested vendors that did beautiful work, and executed a ceremony that was completely flawless! When my husband and I started planning, we had no idea what we wanted and were daunted by the sheer amount of choices facing us. Kalika and Sarah walked us through each of the decisions before us with astounding industry knowledge, were nonjudgmental about our budget, and struck the perfect balance of keeping us realistic while delivering the positivity and assurance that our wedding day would be everything we ever wanted. They are such experts. As we got closer to the wedding, they would start each planning call with a check-in to be attentive to our stress levels. We left each interaction with them feeling less stressed and more excited than we started, which really allowed us to enjoy being engaged and the wedding planning process as much as possible. Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect. I didn't have to do anything besides show up. My wife met with Brittany a couple of times and were in contact throughout the planning process. Together they came up with a masterpiece that blew away our expectations. The food, wine, vineyard and decor were all amazing. The entertainment which included a talented guitarist/singer, a DJ, a photo booth and a flip book had everyone laughing and dancing. I wouldn't have changed a thing and would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Sarah, Makenna and the team at Run Away with Me were phenomenal to work with. I tripped across RAWM on Google hoping to find some help to "quickly" plan a wedding in a few months without a lot of vision. The team was exceptionally patient and flexible as I wasn't quite sure how large the wedding would be (ultimately 70 people), when it would take place, or where. They helped me brainstorm as well as helped me narrow in on what would bring me joy on my wedding day:-) Through out, the entire team of professionals was so helpful, responsive and made it feel seamless. Even my guests commented on how nice and helpful the team was. The professionals they work with - officiant, photographer, DJ, florist, "glam squad", cake bakery - all exceedingly friendly, helpful and well dialed. I'll also call out that we requested a venue that wasn't on their website but Sarah and team worked easily with the team at Brasswood and really made it a very special event for us. I highly recommend RAWM, especially for those who are ready to relinquish a little control but still are hoping for a polished, beautifully handled wedding experience. Many many thanks!!

Fantastic experience: The team at RAWM was fantastic. They handled everything and more. We did not have to worry about anything other than uploading some design ideas to their portal and talking through little details. Everything else was on them. The vendors they work with are wonderful and we had some amazing photographs done by their resident photographer. They were quick to answer questions and did not hesitate to jump on the phone with us to talk through the wedding. It took a tremendous amount of stress off of us. The wedding day itself was incredible. Everything was to our design, but better. It exceeded our expectations and we were able to have our fantasy woodland wedding. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about RAWM. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I found planning a wedding to be quite overwhelming/stressful. My wife and I decided to do our destination wedding in California and being from Canada, it was very difficult to deal with all the coordination of vendors. We chose RAWM to set up our wedding and we have zero regrets! From the initial talks to the day of the wedding, everything went by SO smoothly. Everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, friendly and patient. The only feedback I'd have is to increase the communication cadence. Since we booked almost 1.5 years in advanced, there was a few months were we heard nothing from them... It's understandable as there's not much to plan, but a small email here and there would've put our mind at easy that "stuff is moving along nicely". Huge thanks to everyone that helped, my wife and I had the most amazing time and the wedding was a dream.

The morning of our ceremony, my husband and I indulged in some wine tastings and were completely stress free doing so - I don't know many people who can say the same. Once it came time for hair and makeup, the RAWM team came in, got me ready, took some amazing photos, and got us situated to walk down the aisle. Fantastic experience: My partner and I have pretty hectic schedules with work. Once we were engaged, we realized we did not want to invest a whole lot of mental energy or angst into planning a wedding ceremony. I mean… who has time for bridezillas?! We initially considered just eloping to the courthouse. It would be simple, cost-friendly, and likely worry-free. She was friendly and did such an incredible job. Meanwhile, the team showed up with the most peaceful aura. The setup was carefully planned and gorgeous. The flowers and cake were spot on. The officiant was well-prepared. I can say that our wedding day was amazing. We had a ceremony that reflected us perfectly. It was not over-the-top, and most importantly, my partner and I did not have months of negotiations with photographers and venues or worries about color palettes keeping us awake at night. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about RAWM. We had a truly amazing team that made our wedding day the best it could have been. We decided to elope and thought Sonoma would be the perfect location. Finding RAWM was a godsend, as we were planning the wedding from Florida and didn't want to worry about finding vendors and planning every detail. Everything was planned in just a few weeks, and all we had to do was show up! Kalika, the lead coordinator, made sure everything ran smooth the day of the wedding (in addition to suggesting places to stay and eat in the area). My hair and makeup turned out amazing and the flowers were so beautiful I was sad that I couldn't save them forever. The wedding was held at a vineyard and the fall colors were amazing. The officiate performed the ceremony in the middle of the vines and it was exactly what we envisioned. After the ceremony, we took pictures around the property. The photographer was awesome and got some really great pictures (I still am having a hard time narrowing down my favorites!). We ended the day with the most delicious red velvet wedding cake and a bottle of Rose from the vineyard. We had the perfect day and it would not have been possible without the great team of people at RAWM!
