Fantastic experience: A Touch of Lavender was such a great team to work with for our wedding. Cindy really captured my vision for my florals for all centerpieces, sweetheart table, and welcome photo area. Cindy and her team are very familiar with many venues in OC and during our initial meeting offer so much insight on what types of arrangements and colors best complements the space. I'm not familiar with florals but know what colors I like and they were able to work with the examples I had saved from my Pintrest boards. I have received so many compliments from family and wedding guests on our wedding florals. I look forward to recommending A Touch of Lavender to family and friends for wedding and events. Fantastic experience: We hired Cindy Wu from A Touch of Lavender as our wedding coordinator (and florist!), and I truly cannot express how incredible she was. From the moment we met with her a month or two before the wedding, she asked all the right questions, helped us think through every detail, and even prepared us with a list of things to bring for the day-of. I immediately felt like we were in great hands — and on the wedding day, she exceeded every expectation. Our entire day ran so seamlessly, and that was completely because of Cindy and her amazing team. My husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about the timeline, what was happening next, or any behind-the-scenes logistics. They handled everything. Cindy even stepped in to help bustle my dress when my mom was busy — something so small but so thoughtful, and it meant a lot. Fantastic experience: We knew from the very beginning of our wedding planning that we wanted to work with Cindy as our day of coordinator after seeing her work at two of our other friends' weddings. We cannot recommend her enough! She is so thorough, thoughtful, and was able to corral our large and crazy families with ease. Fantastic experience: My wife and I went with Cindy's full planning package for our Asian wedding, and it made our wedding planning seamless and significantly reduced our stress leading up to the wedding day. We really had no idea where to get started, and Cindy provided us with structure and recommendations for different vendors for the specific services that we knew we wanted to have (i.e., photographer/videographer, DJ/MC/photobooth, boba table). We met virtually (and in-person as we were getting closer) at multiple points before our wedding day so that Cindy could outline specific items that we had to consider/take care of, to coordinate with our selected venue, to go over the wedding day schedule, and to get an idea of our vision to be able to execute on the decor/florals. On our wedding day, the venue was so beautiful (way beyond our expectations), everything was on schedule, and we were able to enjoy our big day with minimal stress (because wedding days are never completely stress-free), which we credit to Cindy and her very professional team. Fantastic experience: We hired Cindy and her team at A Touch of Lavendar for coordination and floral services for our wedding last month. Cindy is extremely flexible, easy to communicate with, and upfront with her pricing packages. She was able to work within our budget and was such an instrumental part in making our wedding day a success. Her artistry is so beautiful to witness - we received so so many compliments on our flowers. She has an eye for what looks good and is very intentional about her work. We loved that she added little floral details to different things like our seating chart and our wedding cake, which enhanced the look of our wedding. Cindy clearly knows what she's doing! She is also a flawless coordinator. We hired her for day-of coordination but she met with us twice before the actual day to make sure that we had everything in place. Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Cindy & her team at A Touch of Lavender! She was already familiar with working with our venue, so she was able to answer our many questions about the space, help map out all of our details, made sure she got everything from our vendors, worked with us to make sure we fit everything we wanted into our schedule, & managed everything beautifully the day of our wedding. Fantastic experience: Cindy at a Touch of Lavender was the Florist and Wedding Coordinator for our wedding. Cindy and her staff did an excellent job and provide a great service. This review has two sections, one for Wedding Coordinator and the other related to Florist. Wedding Coordinator: We had the lavender seed package which included day of coordination and rehearsal as well as two in person meetings two months prior to the wedding. Cindy was also always available by phone, text and email for any questions we had. My wife and I are very thankful to Cindy for helping us to plan our wedding as we don't know how we would have done it without her. Cindy is very organized and helped us to create a detailed schedule for our special day. She also identified any items that would be needed for the wedding, i.e. any vendors we had missed, welcome table items, table arrangement, etc... Our wedding was not a traditional wedding as we didn't have dancing and took out many traditional activities (first dance, garter toss, wedding games). Cindy was very understanding and able to help us design a wedding schedule based off of our preferences. She was very easy to work with throughout the process and also provided great knowledge and experience. Cindy helped our wedding to go smoothly and she did a great job in coordinating with all of our vendors and the venue. Florist: Cindy also provides florist services. We had an arch with flowers, bouquets, centerpieces, etc. Cindy and her team did a great job in capturing the design that my wife was looking for. We were both amazed when we saw the flower arrangements for the first time. All of the flowers were fresh and smelled beautiful.
