Fantastic experience: Where do we even begin? Working with Kerline was truly a beautiful experience. We opted for the full service package. Which In our opinion is the best package. Kerline will make sure your event is everything you imagined but unforgettable experience for you and your guest. We could not have planned our wedding without her expertise. Her attention to detail made our wedding over the top. Kerline's years of experience allows her to make exceptional recommendations that will make your big day as flawless and seamless as possible. At the end of the day this is your event and she will always motivate her clients to do what they have envision. Her punctuality and professionalism made meeting with vendors a breeze. Every vendor fell in love with her approach. Our planning process took 2 years. Kerline also provides inventory items that you will need for your big day. Joie de Vie is worth the investment for your event.
Fantastic experience: Working with Kerline and the Joie de Vie team was truly our best decision throughout our wedding planning process. We chose the full service package which included end of night breakdown - the whole team is very kind, friendly, and also extremely efficient in every way. When we ran into some issues along the way with our planning, Kerline was instantly problem-solving with us. They were also quick to respond, and generally consistent on communicating with us and our vendors throughout the year of planning - even when we just had little questions to ask. They also let us borrow some items for our wedding from their own collection because we needed them - which was amazing, and also saved us a few dollars in the end. Looking back, I don’t know what we would have done without Kerline and her team - my husband and I can’t thank them enough for helping to bring our special day together.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked Joie de Vie Events for our month-of wedding coordination and could not be more pleased with the level of expertise, skill, kindness, and support we were met with. Kerline impressed us right off the bat with effortless communication. As a part of our package, we were able to email her questions and concerns while still planning for our big day. The Joie de Vie Planning Pod tool also helped us before our wedding with worksheets, a sample itinerary, floor plans, tips, and much more. Once it was time for our month-of coordination to kick in, the entire Joie de Vie team stepped up to ensure the wedding would flow seamlessly. Kerline’s experience in the Central Florida wedding industry became its most evident the closer we got. With just two weeks to spare, I learned I needed additional linen rentals that my venue could not provide. I had no idea what to do, and simply let Kerline know what I was dealing with. Within seconds of sending a message, Kerline called me on the phone to let me know that she knew an excellent linen rental company and she would handle the pick up and drop off of the linens. That level of peace-of-mind is PRICELESS. On my wedding day, things inevitably came up that needed dealing with. Even though Kerline called my cake vendor prior to the wedding to confirm my order and delivery time, the cake was unfortunately delivered too early. Our cake ended up melting in the Florida sun, but Kerline and her team were so amazing that they were able to have a new cake (exactly as I ordered the first time) delivered before it was time to cut the cake! Meanwhile, I (the bride) was kept completely unaware of this unfortunate situation until it had been resolved. Kerline’s number one goal throughout this process was to keep me and my husband stress and worry free. We really were, because of this amazing team!! Do yourself a favor and book Joie de Vie events. The peace of mind and support you’ll receive is PRICELESS on the most important day of your life.
Fantastic experience: Kerline and her team deserve 100 stars. There isn't a way to fully quantify how amazing She and her team are. She went above and beyond what was required and she did everything in her power to make sure our day reflected who we were. That included watching anime to tastefully incorporate the Groom's love for Dragon Ball Z. And although, she was hired as just our designer, it felt like she was our wedding planner. (We wish we would have hired her in the very beginning). She was so hands on and attentive to all of our needs and concerns. If we wanted it no matter how wild the idea, she made it happen. She even introduced us to things we never knew we needed. (From an amazing customized dragon ball z themed dance floor & sweet heart table, to mirrored name tags for guests seats, her ideas were limitless). All of our wedding guests have said it was THE BEST wedding they had ever been to and that is all thanks to Kerline. She is super personable, accessible and very professional. She knows her stuff. She presented design plans and kept us involved in every stage of the process. She also took great care with every detail. From ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, our guests were treated to an amazing experience. She even took the time to bustle my train for my reception. And as if I haven't already said enough about how amazing she is, we hired her 3 MONTHS before the wedding & she truly put on a production. I had the wedding of my dreams and it was truly thanks to Kerline and her staff. I cannot thank Joie De Vie Wedding & Events enough and I HIGHLY recommend them.
Fantastic experience: Kerline and her staff was amazing, beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone doing an event. Everything went as planned. She was our wedding day coordinator but it felt as if she was also our planner, we would of saved allot of money and time if we used her as a planner. She aided in filling all the blanks for the wedding day, gave us ideas, showed up to all meetings even showed up to the bridal store to make sure she knew every component about bridal dress. Kerline and her team was very educated and professional on just about everything. Our Dj contacted Kerline on the wedding day just a few hours before the ceremony letting her know his wife was in labor, Kerline moved quick and effectively and was able to get us a new DJ in minutes who also arrived on time and was amazing.
Fantastic experience: Words really can not explained how much I appreciated the the joie de vie team. Kerline and I are very different in a good way, she's supper organize, details orientated and self-explanatory, let's just say she's very good at her job. My wedding day turned out to be very well organized. Kerline was on top of everything from day one to the last minute of the day of my wedding, my guess was amazed everything was just awesome. If you're a bride to be and you don't have a joie de vie team on your side, Good luck with that, hmmm #judtsaying
Fantastic experience: Kerline and her event team get the job done! My first event working with them was a holiday party at Renaissance SeaWorld this past weekend. Everything from the venue, decorations, DJ, and RSVPs - what did Olivia Pope used to say? - “...it’s handled...”. So true in our case. Joie de Vie uses current technology for everything from scheduling meetings to confirming guests and their +1s. But what really impressed me, aside from their organizational skills - was their attitude. I kept returning to the team the night of the party because I love talking to people with 1) great attitudes and 2) great senses of humor. Joie de Vie - they’ve got you. Trust & believe. Fantastic experience: We recently got married in July 2019, and lets just say we could not have done it without Kerline and the Joie De Vie team. From the first day of planning with Kerline we knew we made the right decision as our coordinator. Kerline always went above and beyond helping with vendor connections, organization and planning, as well as a smooth wedding day. Fantastic experience: Hiring Kerline was the BEST decision I could’ve made on my wedding day ( besides getting married of course hahaha). Her vast knowledge on EVERYTHING, her punctuality, her personality, and her ability to deal with my wild family was impeccable! If it wasn’t for Kerline, her team, and her amazing vendor recommendations our wedding day wouldn’t have been named by my family “ The Wedding of the Century” Anything and everything we needed she reassured us it would be taken care of and she delivered PLUS more! The day of our wedding she even stopped the rain! I’m telling you, SHE’S THAT GOOD! In all honesty Kerline is a blessing! Fantastic experience: I LITERALLY could write a novel of nothing but positive words about Kerline whom I worked with mainly but also for her wonderful team who assisted us the day of. My now husband was hesitant on hiring a wedding planner because with a wedding party of 22, and 250+ guests he simply didn't want to spend the money. but as the saying goes "happy wife, happy life" and we hired Kerline which was one of the best decisions we could have made. I have an extremely busy schedule and am particular on what I like but I never once saw Kerline break a sweat. She was literally anytime I needed to speak to her. She claims she sleeps but I can't believe it. Kerline made sure that our vision was met while also being honest with her suggestions. The day of the wedding she and her team moved effortlessly. When people ask how my wedding was, I always say perfect because if something had gone wrong, I have no idea because of the phenomenal job Kerline did. I highly recommend Kerline and wish her business nothing but continued success.

Fantastic experience: Being the control freak that I am, the moment we began planning our wedding, I was certain there’d be no need for a Wedding Planner. We’d always known exactly where we wanted to say our “I Do’s”, so it was easy to check that off our list. To my surprise, however, one of the venue’s mandatory requirements were that must have a Wedding Planner/Month of Coordinator. Although I was reluctant to do so, I embarked on my search to find the perfect Planner. Unfortunately, the search wasn’t going well but thankfully, upon securing our Florist/Event Designer (R&J Glamour) Juan Carlos immediately referred Kerline. I explored Joie de Vie on Instagram, subsequently ended up on their website and fell in love – just as Juan Carlos had expected! Her style and obvious attention to detail were not only captivating, but it also matched my personality perfectly! Our initial in-person meet-up with Kerline, solidified and cast away lingering doubts. She was professional and bubbly, but most of all, precise... Very precise! This was indeed my favorite quality about her because I too am quite meticulous! She'd often tease me and call me a "True Joie de Vie Bride". HAHAHA! Many times throughout the process Kerline came to the rescue with her extensive list of contacts and referrals. Although I am a DC resident, my dress fitting was in Ft. Lauderdale. Kerline took the 4-hour drive and made sure she arrived (on time) for my 10am appointment to ensure she knew how to bustle my dress – talk about COMMITTED!! In the days leading up to the main event, she met with our team, conducted the rehearsal and then provided members of the party and other vendors with an extensive printed timeline. Meanwhile, I just sat back with my arms folded and for once didn’t have to utter a word! Our wedding day was just as beautiful as we’d expected and went off with only a minor hitch (which although she had absolutely nothing to do with, she was able to facilitate in finding a solution to this "hiccup" as well!) Ladies and Gents, if you’ve been searching for the perfect planner, I urge you to end your search now. My husband and I were beyond pleased with the services offered by Kerline and are amazed at what we were able to pull off in just 4 months. There isn’t a thing we would change about our day! Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? Kerline is very professional, punctual, organized, and a respectful planner. You can see her love and passion reflected through her work. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect. It was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We started working with her 13 months before the wedding. Through the entire process, we never experienced any stress; aside from finalizing our guest list, (which had nothing to do with her). Before committing to venues etc. she had us complete our preliminary list so we could realistically select our venue. She then gave my husband and me eight months to update all of the addresses. She knew it can take some time and could be an emotional process for any couple. In talking to others getting married, we realized there were many things she assisted with that other planners don’t typically assist with. Our planning package gave us the ability to have her assist us with every part of the planning. When my husband and I sat with her to talk about the vision of our wedding day, she was such a good listener, she was able to narrow down the options quickly. Also, every vendor she referred us to exceeded our expectations, and they all said: “Kerline is an elite planner, your wedding is going to be exceptionally well done.” I’m not being biased, she was everything they described her to be. After the wedding, our family and friends called us saying “they’ve never been to a wedding like ours.” As she said: we were investing too much money to not enjoy the process and the day. We truly enjoyed the process and our Wedding Day! Hire Joie de Vie!

Fantastic experience: Kerline and her team was the absolute BEST! They were very professional, dependable, timely and overall an amazing group of people. Kerline takes you in as a client but lookout for you and treat you like family and what's your best interest to make your day one that you will love and cherish FOREVER! We are forever grateful and appreciative of their service because they went above and beyond the call of duty. Her team saved the day from picking out the perfect last minute decoration change to helping us find the perfect photographer and videographer team. We had them. We worked with them for over 3 months in order to make or vision come true! They helped make our wedding day stress free and one of the BEST day of our life!
Fantastic experience: There aren’t enough words to express how amazing the Joie de Vie team is! Kerline was amazing from day one and her staff handled our big day impeccably! We enlisted her team for the full wedding planning services and she spent 11 months making sure everything and everyone was in place on our wedding day! She took us to the best vendors and offered details that I would’ve never thought of. I had a bridal party of 21 and a guest count of over 250 and the Joie de Vie team managed to get us in place and start our wedding on time! I honestly had no worries on the day of our wedding thanks to Joie de Vie and I therefore got to enjoy every minute of the day! I got so many compliments from guests regarding how professional and precise Kerline and her team were! They really are the best!! You will not regret working with them!!
