Fantastic experience: Ellis McRee is so detailed oriented and multitalented. We could not have done our wedding without her at the Swan Reserve. She reached out to all our vendors, made sure that all the details that we wanted to happen, happened and truly made sure everything went according to plan. She was also quick with plan changes when they happen (it rained on our wedding day) and she made our wedding day truly something we will remember forever. My wedding party (most of which already had their own weddings) was impressed with her as well which says a lot about her as an event manager. Thank you for all that you’ve done for us Ellis!

Fantastic experience: From the beginning of my experience with Mairead, to the end, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Prior to the wedding, she made sure every technical detail was handled ahead of time and nothing overlooked. On wedding day, she was so organized, calm, and always one step ahead. Because of her I didn’t have to worry at all; and could truly enjoy every moment. She even had drinks and a fan ready for us as so as ceremony was over with which was a thoughtful touch. The other team members from Just Marry were so kind and helpful too. I cannot recommend Just Marry, Mairead, and their whole team enough. Our wedding day was so smooth and special because of them and I’m truly grateful for everything they did.

Fantastic experience: Finding Just Marry! for our wedding was the best thing that could've happened. Our wedding coordinator, Stephanie, was there for us every step of the way. She kept in touch online, offered helpful tips, and even scheduled things for us I never would've thought about, like dress steaming services! During the ceremony rehearsal, Stephanie kept everyone on track and proved she absolutely knew what she was doing. She was kind, professional, and had a great sense of humor! Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough wonderful things about Emylie, our wedding coordinator through Venue 1902's partnership with Just Marry!. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly on top of everything. During our phone calls leading up to the wedding, she patiently clarified details, answered all of our questions, and adjusted our timeline as needed to make sure everything felt right. At the rehearsal, Emylie offered helpful tips. On the wedding day itself, she somehow managed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them—placing my veil perfectly, making sure we (couple) always had a drink in hand, and being calm, present, and ready for anything. At one point, a bridesmaid casually mentioned she had forgotten deodorant, and Emylie immediately had a deodorant spray on hand. Later in the night when I cut my finger, she had bandages ready. My matron of honor also noted that she was very helpful during the decor setup. Emylie was also incredibly flexible and open to last-minute requests, whether it was passing along announcement requests to the DJ or discreetly handling behind-the-scenes situations, like ensuring the bridal suite stayed reserved for the bridal party. She handled everything seamlessly and respectfully. Those little moments made such a big difference and allowed us to fully relax and be fully present. Emylie truly went above and beyond— we are so grateful for her care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: The way that the JustMarry! team truly cares about you and your life and your wedding is something I really don’t think I would have found anywhere else. From the beginning of my planning process they have been there step by step. I am from Ohio, and started planning my destination wedding to get married at the Disney Swan Resort back in 2023. I was supposed to get married November 2024, but my fiance and I ended up pregnant with our miracle baby, and we had to postpone. My planner at the time was Rohana and she was phenomenal with handling everything. She literally said she dropped everything she was doing just to congratulate us, and let me know that everything will be fine with switching over to November 2025 instead. She ended up leaving the JustMarry! team and helped me all the way up until her last day. Honestly I felt a little emotional saying goodbye to her because they really make you feel like family. I was then placed back with Danielle who took great care of me pretty much the rest of the way through planning. When I delivered my baby she gifted us a doordash gift card so we could have dinner taken care of a couple nights as I was freshly postpartum, and she never made me feel pressured about planning my wedding, even when some things got handled super last minute because being a new mom is time consuming! But that is the care I am talking about. They don’t just treat you like another bride, or that you are just another wedding. They truly care about YOU. On the big day I was placed with Kate, who Josh and I both thought was the perfect person for our day. She was so kind, she didn’t treat us like strangers she was just meeting for the first time. Instead, she felt like a relative that lives out of town that you just haven’t seen for awhile. She did everything in her power to make us relaxed and comfortable. My uber driver even dropped me off at the Dolphin instead of the Swan and she walked over to me and my two bridesmaids on the coldest day of the year in Orlando. She walked us back to the Swan, made sure I had water, made sure I got to enjoy my wedding cake, and appetizers I picked out, and champagne on the big day. She was there during our photoshoot adjusting my dress, stayed outside with us in the cold the entire day. She went above and beyond. Every part of our day (other than the random super cold weather) was absolutely perfect. Our vendors felt like family as well. Our wedding was super small and intimate, and the vendors we had for everything was absolutely perfect. My day felt like a dream come true, even when the sleeves of my dress popped off twice… Once right before walking down the aisle and once right after becoming married, I still wouldn’t change a thing!!! Other than some Florida sunshine and warmth! If you read this far, and you are looking into getting married in Orlando, trust me when I say that JustMarry! will take great care of you. Wedding planning is stressful, but they made it a breeze. Thank you to everyone involved in our special day. It was truly beyond magical!!

From the moment I submitted an online inquiry and received an immediate text response, I knew we were in great hands. Fantastic experience: I had Ellis with Just Marry! as my day-of planner for my wedding at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando. Ellis was super sweet, comforting, and beyond helpful to me on my wedding day and leading up to it. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful situation turned out to be completely seamless. Positive experience: Just Marry was great throughout the planning process. They helped me feel comfortable in knowing that I wasn't forgetting anything and getting everything together on the wedding day and setting / cleaning up! The only thing I would change would be before the ceremony - I felt like there was no direction regarding where I should go / and I ran into SO many guests - and I wanted their first time to see me to be when I walked down the aisle. There was also a point before the ceremony where I was left in the lobby alone for like 5/10 minutes and it felt so awkward.. especially with my nerves prior to walking down the aisle. I also was a little bit disappointed that I had to initiate when to do the cake cutting / bouquet toss.. I almost wanted to be directed regarding that - I would just make sure you make them aware you want to be told and when exactly to do that. Also, a lot of my songs for the bridal party entrances were wrong, as well as the mother / groom dance- but its hard to complain when it was a perfect day. I do think Just Marry is essential during the wedding planning process.. but you may want to make them aware of exactly when you want things done.

It was even better than I imagined, and that’s entirely thanks to Emylie and her flawless coordination. She also worked seamlessly with Hannah from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress team—as if they had worked together for years. Their coordination and mutual respect behind the scenes made everything run so smoothly for us in front of the scenes. That invisible magic is something you feel, and we felt it all day. While I know a thing or two about weddings myself, nothing prepares you for how overwhelming it can feel once you’re actually the bride. Having Emylie there to keep everything grounded, beautiful, and running like clockwork is something I’ll never forget. She was one of the most vital and cherished parts of our day. Our relationship with Just Marry started even before we chose our venue—after touring the Swan and Dolphin and meeting Mairead DeLuca early in 2024, we knew the Just Marry team was something special. When we decided not to go with that venue, we were genuinely sad—mainly because we thought it meant not working with Just Marry. We even joked we’d hire them anyway. So when we found out they were already partnered with Hyatt, we were overjoyed. It was fate. And while I have no doubt anyone on the Just Marry team would have been wonderful, Emylie was our person, and I couldn’t imagine going through this without her. Positive experience: The just marry team was helpful in getting us the location and answering most of my questions. The day of our wedding the team was okay. They did a great job setting up but my ceremony musicians had some issues. They were placed in a weird spot with their backs to us when we were all walking down the isle so they were not able to play the music correctly. They had asked for a floor plan from the just marry team prior to the wedding and never received one. The just marry team also instructed the groom and groomsmen to head to the ceremony site even though the photographer instructed the guys to stay in the lobby so that there would be no chance for my groom to see me while i took pictures before the ceremony. I was outside and so was my groom. Thankfully this was caught and my groom did not see me before the ceremony. All in all the just marry team did help me with getting things done but there were many hiccups that could have been avoided on the day of mg wedding. We still had a perfect and beautiful wedding and we are very thankful for that.

She kept us on track for booking everything in a timely manner, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Any stressors on wedding day were completely and immediately taken care of, before even making it to me! Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Just Mary! Not just the day of coordination, but the entire planning process made my life way less stressful. They are so organized the planning was so easy. I personally want to thank Ellis, our amazing coordinator. She was attentive, quick at responding, and just overall a wonderful person. She came in when our original planner, Mairead (who’s also wonderful) went on maternity leave and the transition was so smooth. Ellis and the Just Mary team made our day so special!

Fantastic experience: Great experience from start to finish. Emylie was very attentive and made sure we had everything ready to go for the big day. She was there for the rehearsal and made sure everyone was comfortable with the pacing of the ceremony and made sure those who weren't there knew what they needed to know day-of to keep everything seamless and stress off of us. All of her assistants and were all very professional and on the same page with timing, it was incredible. We had the wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando and it was such a beautiful venue from the ready rooms down to the alter and the fact that she coordinated it with all her assistants and Team Members was perfection. Fantastic experience: We had a day of coordinator included in our venue’s package, and we had no idea how much this would help with our wedding experience. We were fortunate enough to be matched with Nicole, who was an absolute delight and went above and beyond to help us plan our special day. We first met Nicole at our tasting, and it was an instant connection that we’ll always cherish. After that initial meeting, we maintained contact and even met up for coffee to gain a better understanding of her role in the entire experience and to share our vendor information. Nicole then took on the daunting task of communicating with all our vendors, ensuring that the right timelines were set and all the necessary information reached the venue. We thought the month ahead would be super stressful, but Nicole single-handedly made it all manageable. Once our wedding weekend arrived, Nicole remained our go-to girl, ensuring that the venue was set and ready, and even went above and beyond to help wrangle our wedding party whenever necessary. Along with her assistant, Brittany, the venue was meticulously set in a way that surpassed what we ever could have imagined, even setting up a preview of the space which had us immediately emotional. They were always nearby to ensure everything went smoothly and provided us with whatever we needed throughout the night. We had an unfortunate issue with one of our vendors that they continuously helped to resolve like a true hero so we could enjoy the day despite the issue. After the wedding, we discovered that Nicole had taken quite a few photos and videos of the day, which allowed us to relive the moments without the distraction of a phone during the event while we waited on photos from our photographer. We can’t recommend the services of Just Marry enough. They truly understand the work necessary to put on a seamless event and run with it. Nicole specifically was our super hero throughout. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with her.

Fantastic experience: We used Just Marry to help us plan our wedding. Stephanie was a great help through the planning process and a huge help on the day of the wedding. We live in Jacksonville and planned our wedding in Orlando and the Sapphire Falls Resort. Stephine helped us through the planning process and helped us get in touch with other vendors and with the resort. On the day of the wedding Stephanie and her assistants were awesome. There is no way things would have ran as smoothly as they did without them. They really did help make the day so stress free. Her experience in this field of work really shone through. Fantastic experience: Emylie is the best! She was prepared, knowledgeable, and was able to get everyone what they needed and respected preferences. By that I mean someone like the mother in law who asks to stay out the way and wants to do everything herself, she respected. Whereas myself I asked for xyz person, she got them to me asap. If a dress needed a pin, water was asked, she was there. She ensured the left hand knew what the right hand was doing. Incredible!

Fantastic experience: A life-saver. No one should have a Disney wedding without Just Marry! We chose Just Marry! because we needed boots on the ground and local experts in Orlando as we live in New Jersey and were having a 115 person destination wedding in Disney World. Mairead and team hooked us up with the best vendors, were extremely communicative and patient, and we could not have pulled it off without them. The portal they used allowed us to always be in the know, and easily pay invoices for vendors. Mairead would schedule us inteviews with multiple vendors to see if they aligned with our needs and she would even be on the calls to ask questions we didn't even know to ask. She was amazing, as was the rest of the team the day-of. It would have been a disaster without her and it was money so well spent!

Being from Pennsylvania we didn’t know what to expect going into it because not being there to be a part of it however that was quickly erased in thought. All of the wedding planners on their team have always been amazing to work with as they are organized, professional and personable. Negative experience: The team was very helpful when I was having issues with my cake. I was so thankful they were able to help me with that. However, I was so disappointed on my wedding day. It rains & I am very understanding so I was totally okay with moving the wedding inside. They texted me to let me know that it would be moved inside. However, it was nothing like I had envisioned. The room had 70s carpet and so outdated. It was orange room for Christmas it was not pretty! It was also very small. I always dreamed about walking down the aisle but since the room was so small, so I only took a few steps. Keep in mind that I asked for the most neutral room. I messaged them to clear this situation and I felt like I was just hushed and moved on. Please make sure to ASK for pictures of the backup room. I just trusted that they would take care of their customers due to the reviews, but I should have asked prior I still think about my disappointment & it’s been over 2 weeks!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a great experience with Just Marry as our wedding coordinators. Jordan worked with us all through the planning process and made what is normally stressful something much more enjoyable. What makes this team extremely special is what happened the day before and day of our wedding day. Jordan unfortunately caught the flu the day before our wedding and informed us she would not be able to support our wedding. She quickly arranged for replacement coordinators. Within hours we had a coordinator to run through the rehearsal and another coordinator for the day of the wedding. Honestly I was extremely concerned with this because we had always worked with Jordan and now we would have a different coordinator for the rehearsal and an entirely different coordinator for the wedding itself. After the wedding concluded I have to admit I am so impressed with the Just Marry team. Our timeline stayed intact and on schedule. Their team was so supportive for all of our needs and our guests needs at the wedding. Jordan had done such a great job planning with us that our new coordinator who we hadn't ever worked with was able to keep everything running smoothly. It was as if we had Jordan on the day of. We cant express how great this team is!!!

Fantastic experience: Just Marry! was absolutely phenomenal! I had a wedding reception at the Walt Disney World Dolphin resort, and because we did a wedding there, they required us to use a wedding planner through Just Marry. I would not have used a wedding planner if it wasn't for this, but I am THRILLED I had to. It made the experience PERFECT. Nothing went wrong at all, and honestly, for a wedding, it was relaxing. I planned my ceremony without a planner in NJ, and it was so much more stressful. Susan (the owner) was such a doll from day 1. She helped me figure out everything I wanted at the start of planning. Once I was ready to sign my contract, I started working with Mairead, who was absolutely incredible. I am going to miss her! On the day of the reception, she was perfect. We brought our own centerpieces, and she set them up beautifully. The whole place looked better than I ever could have imagined. She made our dreams come true!! The price was also much more affordable than anything we could have gotten in NJ. We paid less than 100$ a plate and had unlimited mimosas. Also, everyone they contracted for us (violinist, photographer, hair & makeup artist) were so much more affordable than Jersey and completely blew us away. I paid almost the same price for hair and makeup in FL as I did in NJ, and she did a much better job in FL and she came right to our room in Disney!! Incredible! The photographer was out of this world. He was friendly and made guests laugh, and he was super professional. His name was Matt, so if you use Just Marry! ask for Matt!!! The violinist was also absolutely perfect. We had so many guests tell us how amazing she was, and how much they preferred her over a DJ. (keep in mind with the music, we had a 50 person brunch in the Bluezoo at the Dolphin, so it wasn't your typical dance floor wedding, but it was exactly what I wanted). If I could do it all over again, I would. All of our guests were raving about how incredible the entire experience was. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is in the Orlando area, stop looking and use Just Marry! :)

Fantastic experience: We are so so lucky that we got to work with Kaitlyn for our wedding! Our wedding package included Just Marry!'s services, which we were told we would get to leverage for the last 3 months leading up to the wedding. Kaitlyn reached out closer to 6 months before the wedding and she was the PERFECT PERSON TO WORK WITH! We had some vendors who ended up changing things last minute and were difficult to get in touch with and answer questions promptly, but whenever we looped Kaitlyn into the conversation, she helped us resolve literally everything. She has a very calm demeanor, which was so important on wedding day. She also tackled every problem. Most importantly, she know what to bring to me as the bride on wedding day (very little) and what to make a last minute decision and move on. We are so grateful for Kaitlyn and would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My wedding was the most perfect day and it was planned in TWO DAYS in Disney and Just Marry is the #1 reason it went flawlessly. I had the worst week of my life when I found out my mother had been diagnosed with a terminal illness. We had our original wedding booked but it was a few months out and my mom wasn't going to make it that long. We decided to make my mom's final days in Disney so we had to work around the clock on how to get her there from Ohio. In the midst of dealing with this, we needed to get married. I called Just Marry and told them the story and what my husband and I wanted and they set up our 15 person ceremony at the Swan Resort in just short of 48 hours. Venue, florals, photographer, (KMD- thank you Kristen) officiant, music, and constant communication with Jordan. I hope Just Marry/Jordan knows just how much this day meant to us. I did not have to worry about anything. Jordan came to my hotel room and escorted me to the ceremony with my family. And coordinated a shuttle for my family, which was wheelchair accessible for my mom. Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for Jordan. She is incredible! Our wedding story is a bit different. Hurricane Ian had other plans for our wedding day. We planned to get married October 1 in Bonita Springs. Hurricane Ian ripped through Wednesday Sept 28th and sadly we had to cancel our original wedding. Not knowing how or where we would get married, we just knew that we were going to get married one way or the other. We were determined. The day we canceled our wedding, we said the heck with it, we’re going to Disney World! The next day, Friday afternoon, the day before October 1, I got connected with Jordan through the Walt Disney Swan hotel where we were staying at. She came in like superwoman. She reassured me and said “Girl, I got you!” Within an hour she had found us every venue possibility nearby and we were able to get a new wedding booked for the very next day, Oct 1st! She went above and beyond for us! She helped me get the flowers of my dreams and a wedding that was beyond beautiful! The day of our wedding (the next day!!), she had everything handled, she made it all happen and was so calm and collected, she put my nerves at ease. Jordan you are incredible—thank you! Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Just Marry enough. I wound up working with them for more than 2 years after our wedding got pushed back a year from COVID so I can whole heartedly recommend them. They helped us find the perfect vendors and venue. Everyone they hired for us was amazing to work with from venue to hair to photos to cake and flowers. It was so nice to work with them since I don't live near Florida because I knew their local expertise would make my life a lot easier and less stressful. They helped us reschedule everything during COVID and deal with all of the difficulty that caused. On the wedding day Jessica made sure everything ran smoothly even doing little things like holding my bouquet during photos. We had a perfect day and that couldn't have happened without Just Marry
