She so graciously met with us and cleared up so much for us! That meeting was honestly one of the biggest reasons why wedding planning ended up being so easy for us. Fantastic experience: From Jenn and i’s limited interactions, you can immediately tell how intentional she is with prospective clients. She was thorough, thought to ask questions I didn’t even think to think about, and treated us like we were already her clients when we were still prospecting. She was responsive and kind and sought to understand what was important to us a couple. We ultimately went a different route but to no fault of Jenn’s as she was one of top contenders. I was torn for weeks. I have no doubt anyone that books with her will be in amazing hands! All the other reviews about her kindness and team mindset is apparently from your first interaction with her. I wish I could’ve hired two planners so I didn’t have to choose.

Fantastic experience: We are a wedding photo & video team local to Raleigh, and LET ME JUST SAY... Jennifer and her team are incredible at what they do! We had the opportunity to work alongside them to create a seamless wedding day for one of our 2024 couples at The Bradford. They were so communicative throughout the time leading up to wedding day AND especially on the big day. It's SO special when you find a planner that cares about other vendors. They understand that this process works best with team effort, and she was very consistent in making sure EVERYONE was okay and had everything they needed to make this day perfect! One thing I need to mention is her calm aura! Wedding days can be so fast paced and stressful for some, but she will definitely make sure that no matter what - she's got everything under control. Fantastic experience: My husband and I got married in August 2024 and had the wonderful pleasure of working with Jen and Kalyn from Wedding Made to Order. Jen was our lead planner and point of contact during the planning process and was a calm and reassuring presence throughout, always available to answer a quick question or point us in the right direction to helpful resources. Jen and Kalyn did a fantastic job on the day of the wedding, handling all aspects of the day and helping to set up the many decor elements we DIY’d. Everything looked like we pictured, and it was such a joy-filled day. Two specific moments really stood out to us to show the exemplary work of Jen and her team. As an out-of-state couple, there’s an added layer of logistics (and stress) that comes with planning. We planned a trip into town the month before the wedding for our final venue walk through, tasting, and planning meeting with Jen. Due to weather, our flight was canceled. Once we alerted Jen to this, she stepped into action, working with our vendors to reschedule all of our meetings, while we tried to find new flights down to NC. We thankfully were able to attend all our meetings and Jen even helped us source one remaining decor item that we couldn’t find anywhere! On the day of our wedding, we also had some unfortunate weather when it started raining right before our set time to walk down the aisle. Jen supported us in our decision to wait out the rain and coordinated with the vendor team to wipe down every single seat before the ceremony started. We were so happy to have our ceremony outside and the rest of the night was great! We’re so grateful to Jen and Kalyn for their professionalism, fun attitudes, and support. My husband and I are both meticulous so we needed to find someone we trusted could pull off our wedding at the same level of excellence as we would. Jen and her team did just that! The only thing we’d change is starting our package sooner so we could’ve handed things over to Jen and her very capable team earlier. Fantastic experience: I hired Weddings Made to Order for a day of coordinator, which included services starting at the 30 day out mark. Jenn has the perfect personality that was just the perfect fit for me! They were responsive and eager to help even before their actual start date, after signing the contract. They kept up on emails, and asked me detailed questions that I didn't even know I had to think about! Jenn and her team truly made me feel like a guest at my own wedding.

I was a bride who postponed my wedding three times during the pandemic, and Jen(my planner) never failed to be there for me for literally two years. At first, I was overwhelmed with what to do and how to wrap my brain during this time. It was devastating at first because there was so much unceratnity, but I was so lucky to have Jen. She is so patient, kind, and understanding. She made me feel like there was nothing to worry about and that we could plan through anything that came our way. Once we settled on 3rd date, Jen made my entire vision come to life the day of. Anytime I was nervous, wanted a quick change, advice, wanted her to review a contract, heck even have a 4-hour meeting to go over the timeline and all details, Jen was there for me. My wedding day and the entire experience would not have been the same without Jen and her team. The wedding day was so magical, and I literally had no reserves to hand it off to Weddings Made To Order, knowing that it was going to be a fabulous day. And they killed it the day of! They were attentive, easy to work with, and professional. They handled my family and friends perfectly and gave my husband everything he asked. We recommend them highly!
