Fantastic experience: El mejor lugar para hacer realidad los sueños , todo lo q tu desees en tu día especial aquí lo puedes encontrar , Oswaldo Moreno y todo su equipo de trabajo son profesionales y te ayudarán a q se pueda cumplir cada detalle x mínimo q sea para tu fiesta sea como un sueño q se quedará grabado x siempre en tu memoria y en el de tus invitados . Lo mejor de lo mejor en Gala Events Ya a pasado más de medio año y aun seguimos recordando y disfrutando como si fuera ayer todo lo bonito de la fiesta , Comida Decoración Fotografía y video Cada uno de los servicios q nos brindó fue de lo mejor , el personal siempre amables y dispuestos a servir , los invitados se fueron muy agradecidos de haber asistido a una fiesta tan bien organizada con buena comida , música y bebida , sin duda la mejor fiesta de quinceañera q habían asistido . Nosotros la familia Francisco muy agradecidos por habernos brindado un servicio 100% de lo mejor .

Fantastic experience: This is just very well deserved review for the BEST event planner, Oswaldo Moreno from Gala Events! I couldn't have picked a better service for my daughters special day, her quinceañera. Mr. Oswaldo is not new to our family and we have placed our trust to execute other important events in our family but this time it was my turn. I currently live in so-cal but decided to have my daughters quince back home in San Jose which was a little nerve wrecking for me just because I wasn't physically there but with Mr Oswaldos many years of experience, his efficiency, responsibility, responsiveness and very professional manner he said executed without a miss my daughters dream quince! Everything was absolutely PERFECT! The food was AMAZING, the flowers, the table clothes, draping, chairs, timeline of the event and everything else had my little girl bursting with happiness! All my guests were absolutely stunned and can't stop raving about the quince. I'm so happy we once again placed such a special event in my family's life in Gala Events hands! Thank you so much Gala Events and I can NOT wait to work with you again!

Negative experience: Nunca me ha gustado hacer reviews , por que creo que aveces nos podemos equivocar en deciciones que hacemos. Pero cuando estas planeando tu evento estas emocionado y de eso se aprovechan muchas veses te pinta un panorama tan bonito que la realidad es completamente diferente. Yo aparte una fecha con el solo para DJ y le di de deposito mas de la mitad de lo que me iva a cobrar , cuando cancele un mes antes el me dijo que iva a ver que podia hacer y me llamaba, nunca lo hiso y no lo moleste mas por que en su contrato muy inteligentemente dice que el deposito no se recupera mi error lo acepte. Pero mi ahijada estaba planeando tener su Quinceañera tambien y se le contrato sus servicios de fotografia y DJ que desilucion! No toco el Playlist que te pide, las fotos que te pide no las pone todas en el slide show si no las que el escoje y para rematar lo que te da es un libro de recuerdos de las personas firmado cuando llegan con fotos que antes le habia tomado y todas las fotos de la fiesta te las envia por un email y nada de album por que para el ya te lo habia dado lastima que esto no te lo dice en su contrato. Si todos nos animaramos a poner nuestras esperiencia de verdad que ayudariamos a mas personas a evitarles pasar estos desagradables momentos en un dia tan importante de sus vidas.

Negative experience: I was going to have my quince at a hall that he said it was available. My mother went to leave a deposit but his deal was you have to get something with him so that he could go get the hall for my date. Well my mom said if he could just go get the hall since my event was close to come. After a week or two my mom gets a call from Oswald the guy that owns the Gala events saying that the date of my quince was occupied but that he would help find a mother Hall. So my mom agreed and finally got tired of waiting and asked for her deposit back he took about over a month to return it. For that my mother's friend is getting married and saw what happened to us and isn't risking it. I would NEVER let Oswald plan my event he is very unprofessional.
