Fantastic experience: Encontramos a Just Elegance en nuestro buscador de google como una de las primeras boutiques para comprar el vestido de Quinceañera de mi hija y desde que nos pusimos en contacto por primera vez para agendar una cita para pruebas de vestido, recibimos atención de calidad prontamente. Una vez en la boutique (la primera se varias que visitamos ese día) mi hija se enamoró completamente de uno de sus vestidos, y no importó cuantos vestidos más se probó en otros lugares, a final del día regresamos a hacer la compra. Ya estando de regreso nos sorprendimos de que no solo es boutique sino que igualmente organizan eventos completos, con paquetes que se ajustan a cualquier requisito y presupuesto. Sr. Luis, Karen y Alma nos ayudaron y acomodaron muchísimo durante todo este proceso, la experiencia que tienen en la organización de eventos rebasó totalmente todas las expectativas que teníamos, sobre todo planeando una fiesta así de grande en tan poco tiempo. Incluso la maestra de ceremonias fue mucho más allá de su trabajo para que mi hija se sintiera cómoda y feliz en su día tan especial… las únicas 2 cosas que me dieron estrés fueron el salón y el DJ… y fueron las únicas 2 cosas que no contraté con Just Elegance. Si están empezando su búsqueda para un evento elegante, a costo muy razonable y totalmente fuera de estrés, ¡no busquen más!

They are a one stop shop for all of your event needs, catering, decorating, transportation, photography, dresses, etc. Very professional—always quick to respond and answer any questions. So many decoration styles to choose from— They can make any event space look so beautiful. We look forward to working with them again when we plan our younger daughter’s quinceanera.

Negative experience: Recently attended a wedding as bridesmaids. We got dresses from the shop. They were all the same with custom adjustments. I among other ladies in the group agreed we had poor communication and considering we had a long commute the professionals were not helpful at all in each of our visits. We came from the central valley to the bay area 3 times to get measurements and provide payments. Not effective communication or helpful with the appropriate measurements and some advice would be to take cash exact amounts unless you use Zelle or card payment methods because they do not have change. Overall, the dress was not fitted to match each lady and we were unhappy with the result. A professional that helped us during the process was Alma and it was not clear when it came to the pricing or measurements unfortunately.

From beginning to the day of the event… The detail on how they communicate was essential for me… Karen replied to my txt at any time any concerns I had or new ideas she made sure I was heard and calm my nerves . He and his team were attentive to detail and went above and beyond from the expectations we had for our wedding day. Everything came out as planned from the engagement photo shoot, food, decoration, setup, coordination, etc. The day of the wedding, Mr. Luis and his team were also very flexible and quick to respond to any requests that the groom, myself, and both sets of parents could have made in the moment. My husband and I are extremely pleased and appreciative to have had Just Elegance Events plan and coordinate our wedding celebration.
