Having someone who truly owns the details is priceless. Setup, flow, timing, coordination, all of it handled. That allows my team to stay in our zone of genius and focus on what we do best, serving our clients and creating an incredible experience. She is organized, calm under pressure, and so easy to collaborate with. If you are hosting any event and want to actually enjoy it instead of managing it, she’s your person.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Amelia at Alegre for day-of coordination for our wedding July 2023. It was a very DIY from the ground-up sort of wedding and she did an excellent job making sure all of our plans happened. She kept to the schedule, made sure we didn't have to worry about anything day of, and oversaw breakdown/clean up perfectly. We had a clear vision of what we wanted, and she helped make that happen! She was also very responsive and helpful during planning.

Fantastic experience: Alegre wedding and events made my vision come true. It was such a beautiful wedding. Everything that I needed For my wedding Amelia was able to get. She went above and beyond to make sure my vision came true. She worked so hard. Her team was amazing and making sure everything was in order. If it wasn’t for Alegre I would Feel lost. They made me feel so comfortable. We had a meeting with a floral company that wasn’t able to do half the stuff Alegre was able to and charging us an arm and leg for just flowers and Amelia was able to go above and beyond. I can Go on and on about this company. I want to let every bride know you will feel comfortable and feel like family afterwards. I hope to one day use Alegre again. We love you!!

Fantastic experience: I've had the opportunity to work with Amelia and her team several times and I was blown away each time. Most recently, Amelia stepped in to support my organization, Hope Communities for our annual fundraiser as we work to provide supportive programs and affordable housing for marginalized communities. She donated time, materials, and florals to captured our design ideas and brought our room to life so that we could raise a record amount of donations!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing florist! She listened to my budget, took a look at a picture or two from pinterest and our color palette and completely knocked it out of the park. We had such beautiful textures and colors. Everybody raved about the florals. We did bud vases to keep it simple and bohemian, and because the stems were so unique everyone told us how beautiful they were (who would have thought bud vases could steal the show??). The floral piece at our ceremony was breathtaking–I couldn’t believe we had such a lovely arrangement. Also, right before the wedding (maybe 1.5-2 weeks before) I realized we needed some decor for our rehearsal dinner. Alegre was so kind about this last minute request. Such a lovely experience, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We got married at the Headwaters Center in Winter Park and Amelia and Kris did an awesome job setting all the decor up, it looked perfect! I was completely stress free the whole wedding day, which was exactly what I wanted. I was also SO impressed with how nicely everything was packed up and put in our car at the end of the night. Thanks Amelia and team!

Negative experience: We reserved an arch for $711. The employee showed up to our ceremony smoking and using foul language (extremely unprofessional) and did not set up our arch. He advised it was too windy to set up and then promised he would issue us a full refund. I reached out to the owner on Tuesday after noticing a refund had not yet been initiated and she advised they are going to refund me $175. If you can’t deliver on your end to your client, you need to issue a full refund. Not to mention the employee who promised us a full refund after he advised he could not set up the arch and the lack of professionalism. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and service. I would not recommend using Alegre Events, I’d give them 0 stars if Google allowed that as an option.

Fantastic experience: Natalie did a fantastic job as my day-of coordinator last month for an unconventional 80p wedding reception. She was on top of the florals, playlists, decor, schedule, and clean up. I was extremely happy with the event and would recommend Natalie.

I am so grateful for the time, energy, and effort that Amelia and her associates put into making our wedding a special and memorable event. She worked to involve us as much as we wanted, and take over when something wasn’t a priority for us. In this way, I could enjoy making fun decisions and leaving the rest to her expertise! One of the best parts of our experience was her support in finding the perfect venue for us. We live abroad and couldn’t tour all the venues ourselves, but Amelia was able to narrow it down and find our most essential priorities. We are grateful to have had Amelia and her team for our special day! It made all the difference. We highly recommend her company!
