Dania handled every detail with such care, and because of her, we were able to feel totally supported and stay fully present the entire weekend. We had 500 guests at my daughter’s wedding & there is no way I could have organized the rehearsal or set up for the reception without them!!! When my now wife and I got engaged, there was no doubt in our minds that we wanted Dulce to plan our wedding. Having witnessed numerous weddings coordinated by Dulce, I was eager to see how they would bring our vision to life. My mom and her team exceeded our expectations. The planning involved in bringing together a wedding cannot be overstated. We were fortunate to have a Dulce, who anticipated our needs, provided invaluable guidance, and remained accessible throughout the year and a half process. We wanted my mom to fully participate in the festivities rather than being tied up with coordination duties, so we entrusted her team with managing the event. Fantastic experience: Our experience with Dania and Dulce Events was the definition of first-class event planning and was absolutely pivotal in bringing our (very non-traditional) wedding to life and making it the epic and unforgettable event we dreamed of! From our first meeting with Dania to the very final seconds of the wedding reception, Dania and her team were by our side providing expert guidance with both great creativity and constant professionalism. Dania took our (sometimes wild) ideas, brought them to the next level, and executed them with efficiency, grace, and fun. It is not every day that someone you have met only months before can bring your very personal vision to life, but to also improve on that vision in ways greater than you ever imagined. Not only were my wife and I blown away, the wedding party and guests are still talking about how the event was one of the best they had ever attended. There are just so very many positive things we can say about Dania and her team. We trusted them with planning and executing the most important event of our adult lives and they delivered again and again. They have our most heartfelt gratitude and utter loyalty for any of our event planning needs in the future! ‘Til Death!

Fantastic experience: Dania and her team were an amazing asset to our wedding day and all of the planning that went into it. I thought planning a wedding from across the country was going to add so much stress to my busy life, but they took all of my visions and executed them perfectly. Thinking back, I didn’t have any worries or questions on where to go or what was happening next because the Dulce team kept us on schedule, told people where they needed to be and handled all the communication with the venue and vendors. They are the sweetest group and truly take pride in their work to create beautiful events for their clients!

Fantastic experience: My wife has done event planning for friends and family over the years, however when it was time for our own daughter's nuptials, we reached out Dania. We chose her 'day of' package to allow "Mama" to enjoy a stress free day and time with her daughters and the wedding party. To say we are satisfied with the product we received would be inaccurate and somewhat incomplete. Despite choosing the 'day of' services only, Dania was attentive to staying on top of all of the details of our own preparation. Seventy-two ours before the event, the weather forecast took a turn for the worst with 20+ hours of rain, expected to continue throughout the event. Right away, Dania helped with arranging an additional tent for the outdoor ceremony. When the morning of the event came and the rain was still continuous, Dania dove right in and implemented Plan B which entailed moving the ceremony under the tent. In addition to directing the ballet of all of the deliveries, the caterers, the entertainment, setting up all of the decor for 140+ guests, and fine tuning the timeline, a mere 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, she activated Plan C! Plan B was moving the outdoor ceremony under the tent which Dania and Terri Smith personally and beautifully spruced up with decor. Plan C involved Dania and her staff moving 30 chairs and the 9' tall wood cross 60' through ankle deep, standing water to the final chosen spot for the ceremony. Despite it varying greatly from the visions of my wife and my daughter, in the end, it was every bit as beautiful, special, and memorable for our family and for all in attendance. Nearly all of the guests commented to us how perfect it was and how relieved they were to have stayed dry, despite the steady rain and 40* temperatures. As the father of the bride, I give Dulce Events five solid stars and would recommend Dania's services to anyone. Words can't express how special the end outcome was, despite the deck being stacked against us. Thank you Sincerely.

Fantastic experience: We hired dulce events for the day of coordinating for our wedding, and we are so beyond happy we did. This team made sure everything went so smooth and that everything was on time and done when needed to be. I thank them for making my wedding as perfect as there was. Fantastic experience: At first while planning a wedding, I really didn’t think I’d need a coordinator. But as time went on I realized just how much goes into a wedding. I met Dania and Christin at a wedding expo I went to, and the set up they had really caught my eye. After discussing it with my fiancé, now husband, we decided to go for it and book them and I am soooooo relieved I did. They were a HUGE help in every aspect of the wedding. They helped with planning! They have a really awesome planning portal they give you access to (that is WORTH it on its own). It had checklists for the big day, a page to organize all your vendors, a page with helpful hints and ideas of things you wouldn’t think of, a page for table set up, timelines, I mean EVERYTHING. There was not a single detail missed, and my wedding turned out SO beautifully thanks to their hard work!! They were also great about checking in with us, and would have virtual meetings with us to make sure everything was on track and to discuss everything! They also attended any meetings with the venue and handled speaking with vendors for us! They also came in clutch for our wedding ceremony rehearsal! Our officiant wasn’t able to do the rehearsal at the last minute and without them there, we would have been soooo lost on timing and what to do. They would guide us and make sure everyone was walking out at the right time in the correct order. And they were also AMAZING on the actual wedding day. I’m a very hands on person, (and can be a bit controlling) but I knew my wedding was in good hands. I was surprised how confident I was that they were going to make everything PERFECT. They showed up earlier than any vendor to make sure they were there to organize all set ups by vendors and to keep everything to the correct timeline. The set up they did for everything was absolutely beautiful! I also loved that they periodically checked in on both the girls and the guys to make sure everything was happening on time! They even made sure to save a plate of appetizers and served us a meal to make sure we ate that day too! (Which we absolutely wouldn’t have without them lol) Everything went off without a hitch, and it was also amazing to not have to worry about any cleanup of the venue! Everything was neatly packed up in boxes for us to pick up the next morning! We didn’t have to stress about ANYTHING that day. I cannot day enough how amazing, kind, helpful and worth it Dania and Christin are! I plan on recommending them too all my engaged friends! I really believe my wedding day went so smoothly because of them! They made our day the BEST day ❤️
