I put in very little effort and she pulled off the wedding of my dreams, even working under significant time pressure and limited availability on my end. She handled everything with vendors and I didn’t have to speak to a single professional unless I wanted to. Fantastic experience: When planning my wedding I knew I needed a wedding planner to help pull off the fairytale of a day. I was recommended to Wildflower Event Design by one of my Mother's friends. Cam and their team were highly recommended. We initiated Wildflower Event early on in the process. Cam was incredible through the entire process. Not only was Cam a wedding Coordinator and designed and created the most beautiful wedding that fairytales are made of, but also acted as a Bride therapist and cheerleader through all the things. There were a couple of changes needed regarding vendors in the middle of the process and Cam was one step ahead and had a replacement while baring some bad news first, then an alternative- which actually worked out PERFECT! When I had issues reaching a couple of folks, I gave it to Cam to handle so I would take it off my plate. Cam ALWAYS took care of it and timely. The day of the wedding- I didn't have to worry about anything. Cam and her team worked side by side with my husband and I through the entire process. I recommend Wildflower Event Design with 10 stars, but it doesn't go that far so 5 stars it is. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Christie for your wedding planning/day-of coordinator needs. She was very professional and eased my mind about a lot of things. She is very quick to reply to an email which is not common in the wedding industry! Christie handled a lot of day-of hiccups without ever letting me know that anything is wrong. For example, our dance floor arrived filthy from being used at an outdoor wedding the night before. She handled it right away and instructed the company to bring a new one. My day went off without a hitch because of Christie, and if there was one, I was none the wiser lol!

For nearly a year prior to our wedding she was with us every step of the way, providing calm and order through it all. When we had a slight hiccup with the rehearsal time the day prior to the wedding, Christie handled the situation with grace and ease, personally reaching out to the other event coordinator and securing a time slot for us that worked for our family events throughout the weekend. It may have seemed like just “part of the job” to her, but to us it was going above and beyond to assist with our needs and we are forever thankful! Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin? Christie, Rich & the team are AMAZING! From the start Christie was responsive & knowledgeable. They worked hard to set up everything the night before & on wedding day I didn’t feel an ounce of stress or worry everything ran so smoothly and they did so much work behind the scenes (3 different locations) they ran & checked on the groom & I multiple times! The groom & groomsmen didn’t have handkerchiefs, so, Rich went & picked some up for all them without even having to ask! During the reception the AC stopped working & they got the owners to come down & fix it (no clue it even happened, till after the fact) that’s how much they’ll make sure you’re stress free & enjoying your special day! Also, we had accidentally left two coolers at the venue & they made sure to take them, so we wouldn’t get charged a fee & then delivered them to our house a couple days later (again without having to ask) Truly just an incredible wedding coordinator & team, I HIGHLY recommend them, they truly care about their couples!

I was panicking at first trying to find a planner. I couldn't get anyone to call or email me back. I asked my officiant if she could recommend someone, and she recommended Christie. She helped me set up meetings with vendors, recommended vendors, helped me stay on track with the timeline, helped me not get overwhelmed, and helped me know what to expect. For example, she helped me to know that I would probably go back and forth with the caterer a lot figuring out the menu and that was normal.
