Fantastic experience: Lauren is the best wedding planner hands down!! Her attention to detail is unmatched. All communication with vendors that either she helped us find and recommended or we found on our own, she was in constant contact with them on our behalf. Throughout our wedding planning experience she gave us direction and pointers on things that we didn't even know we needed it, until we needed it! Her proactive activities help keep us on track, keep vendors informed and us moving in the correct direction throughout the year. Our couple weeks leading up to the wedding was maybe some of our easiest weeks. Her proactivness left us with no worries and nothing needing to be done but enjoy the build up to the wedding. Her input throught the process was invaluable to us, with her creative mind, ideas and advice everything turned out like a fairy tale. We could not have asked for someone better to lead the charge into our wedding. Her timeline was unmatched, everyone in our wedding party knew, when, where, why and how long down to every minute of the rehersal day to the wedding day. She even told us when to brush our teeth (not really haha). Lauren got along with my bride and myself and all vendors personality wise, she vibes with everyone she comes in contact with. She is empathic personable, knowledgable, direct and passionate about all she does and it shines through, anybody would benefit from working with her and her team.

She has excellent relationships with vendors across NM. Everyone loves working with her. Every venue we considered recommended her. Every vendor we selected said how much they love her. She knows everyone so she is able to get reasonable pricing from vendors and excellent service. She was also able to give personalized vendor recommendations based on our needs, style, and preferences. 2. She has absolutely beautiful taste in decor. Her rentals are wonderful and very reasonably priced. She provides a discount on rentals to those who use her planning services. We love her vintage pieces! She brought my decor vision to life, all while being respectful of our overall budget. 3. She was so fun to work with, I have never met anyone else who is so positive. She makes everything fun and light. She kept us excited through the process, even through stressful moments. 4. She does a great job navigating family, friends etc. She keeps everyone on track and moving in the same direction. 5. Her organization is unparalleled. Throughout the planning process, she kept everything organized and clearly communicated next steps. The days leading up to the wedding, she helped lock down last minute details. Fantastic experience: Lauren was the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for! She is super organized, detail oriented and always fast to respond to any questions we had. At first, we were hesitant to hire a planner but so glad we did. Doing some research, we found Lauren at Just Lovely Wedding & Event Planning and we are so thankful we went with her. Lauren and her team were essential in making the day run smoothly. From the first phone call to the last minutes of clean up she did an amazing job. Everything she did made our lives easier during the planning process from her easy to use seating chart to the quick and thorough rehearsal. Even with the chaos at times she always checked in on us to make sure we were doing okay with the whole process. She was able to see the vision I had in my head and bring it to life. When I told her about the seating chart idea she took my vision and ran with it. In the end, it came out better than I could have imagined. Fantastic experience: Lauren is incredible! She was extremely organized, which allowed us to stay on track leading up to the event. Her communication throughout the process was consistent and clear, and she totally understood our wishes for our wedding (even though it was a little unconventional!) Also it turned out to be very convenient that she has a rental company -- if you end up needing anything extra at your venue, she has a very large selection of items to choose from. Everything went completely according to plan and I definitely could not have done it without her. Highly recommend!

She knows all of the vendors in the New Mexico area and beyond. She will not lead you astray! Also, she could charge so much more for her work, but she keeps things affordable. It is the best decision I could have ever made in our wedding journey! I can’t speak more highly of a person or company!! My only regret is not getting a photo with her on wedding day!!

Fantastic experience: Lauren was an amazing wedding planner and so helpful and supportive throughout the process. We began planning about 1 year in advance and she was so clear with expectations and timelines from day 1. I gave her some inspiration photos and she was so good at finding everything that fit into my dream wedding. There was not one part of the process that felt overwhelming as she was always extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: Lauren did such a great job as our planner. She really took the time to get us know us and help us where we needed it for the wedding. She understood that we had our own system for budgeting, spreadsheets, etc. and really helped us where we needed someone on the creative side and on the vendor relationship side. Fantastic experience: Married: September 21, 2024 Location: Bishops Lodge, Santa Fe, New Mexico Working with Lauren was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Lauren is professional, attentive to detail, responsive, and made us feel very valued. We are located in San Francisco, but were planning our wedding in Santa Fe, so having a planner with local knowledge and connections was very important to us. Lauren is known and highly recommended in the area, and we already felt confident working with her from our very first meeting to discuss our venue decision. Lauren was very attentive and helped us bring our wedding vision to life. She is very organized, captured details we had even forgotten about, and helped take stress out of our planning process by keeping things organized, on track with timelines and deadlines, and managing identification of and communication with vendors. Lauren provided us with options but didn’t overwhelm us with too many - she also explained the pros and cons of certain decisions, and helped us to understand which ones would impact our day in what ways. Having the information and options presented in a curated way made decision making less stressful and more efficient. She was also always patient with us when we changed our minds, had questions, or just needed to talk something through! Lauren’s ability to execute everything smoothly on our big day was also very impressive. Lauren is calm, practical, and adaptable, and having this demeanor for our big event was helpful in assuring everything went smoothly. Anytime something needed to be adjusted, Lauren was adaptable and flexible, both with things out of our control (e.g., weather) and adjustments we requested throughout the day. All of our guests mentioned how beautiful it was, and even many of our speeches mentioned how well organized everything was, how comfortable it was, and how there was not a need to worry about anything leading up to or on the day. On our day, Lauren was on site with her assistant Leslie, who we also really enjoyed working with. Both of them as a team made our event so special. The planning process and the day truly were “just lovely.” P.s. would also recommend checking out her rental company, Darling Details. We worked with Lauren to curate many of our rental items through her rental company, so having both of these with the same person/team made it even easier and more organized in bringing all our wedding visions to life! Fantastic experience: Hiring Lauren to be our wedding planner was the best decision my now-husband and I made during our planning process. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that Lauren had already established deep partnerships with many of the vendors that we hired. This was such a valuable benefit because we lived out-of-state. Having Lauren work directly with our vendors made the planning process so much easier. In many instances, Lauren took the initiative to have conversations directly with our vendors to work through the finer details and logistics. This was incredibly helpful to us because it allowed us to focus our attention on other areas of the planning. We had full confidence in Lauren to have these discussions without us present because of her deep expertise as a wedding planner. Fantastic experience: Lauren is amazing!! She helped answer so many questions as we planned our wedding and coordinated everything so flawlessly. She also truly went above and beyond on our wedding day when we were hit with crazy weather—all day rain, thunder, and hail!! Fantastic experience: So grateful to Lauren and her entire Just Lovely Team! My husband and I were planning our wedding in Santa Fe, NM from a distance and were looking for a local wedding planner who knew EVERYTHING about the New Mexico wedding circuit. As a couple planning from California, we wanted someone who was completely unphased by our venue (La Posada de Santa Fe, also a strong recco!) and knew local vendors inside and out. We interviewed several local wedding planners but loved how Lauren was extremely design-oriented as well as organized-- and our wedding venue coordinator couldn't have recommended her enough. Lauren also owns Darling Details Rentals, which means she is a one-stop shop when it comes to planning and designing your wedding, from rentals, other vendor management, to day-of planning and setting up. She took our vision boards and brought it to life perfectly within our budget - working closely with our floral team, sourcing sage bundles to give to our guests, designing and creating all signage, even creating an incredible custom seating charts with beautiful vases and lavender blooms. The day of went perfectly without a single hitch. There is NOTHING Lauren cannot do! Thank you Lauren and Lesley for bringing our wedding to life.

Fantastic experience: Though I’m not a client, we have worked at several weddings when Lauren and her team were there. We have been filming weddings for 13 years now (our review is November ‘22) and Lauren and her team are amazing. Let me tell you the prospective client something-> There is a huge difference capturing memories for couples when there is a planner like her vs. DIY or utilizing a Resort / Hotel event coordinator. The difference is monumental. The stress we can literally see in the couples faces is very evident when they try to do it themselves. If something is delayed or changes need to be made -> guess who does it with out Lauren-> the couple and the couple’s family (with frustration). It happens all the time. They end up running around last minute like it’s a fire drill. Tears are shed and what you plan for months gets messed up. Whereas imagine getting ready with your close family and friends and something comes up, something unexpected happens and you have someone amazing to rely on that can take care of it while you continue to enjoy YOUR day with YOUR loved ones. The decor is beautiful, she communicates beautifully so everyone is on the same page. The investment is worth it. Seriously do yourself a favor and have a chat with her. You won’t regret it.
