Fantastic experience: Jenn did a really wonderful job with everything! No matter what, the wedding process is going to be a little draining.. but Jenn really did a great job leading us through the entire process. Of course at times we felt unsure, nervous, decision fatigued.. but it was really nice to have someone who was comfortable with the process and had a great list of vendors to refer. Jenn also has a stellar eye for design. When talking to a friend recently, they mentioned how smooth everything felt on the wedding day. They mentioned that they’d been to plenty of weddings where the day-of coordinator felt a bit like a drill instructor moving people from point A to B.. that was one thing we really appreciated. Jenn had a great sense for the crowd and brought “good vibes only”! Thanks again Jenn, we are so happy with the way everything turned out!
Fantastic experience: Amy at AE Events & Design is an absolute dream to work with! Not only is she incredibly creative and organized, but she is also a joy to work with. I can easily say that she is the best event planner I have ever worked with! As Chief Advancement Officer of Pacific Northwest Research Institute (PNRI), I contracted with Amy to run our inaugural Rare Disease Day scientific symposium, which was an incredibly complex event. The day featured 28 speakers, 44 scientific poster presentations, 21 sponsors and their booths, over 200 guests, three meals, a podcast recording booth, and an evening reception. Plus we added on a pre-event private dinner the night before. Amy and her team made the magic happen! We loved all of her vendors--and she coordinated with our venue and program partners with professionalism and ease, made the event truly special with great details, conducted fantastic planning and ensured the event went smoothly day of. Our team felt so supported by her and we absolutely could not have done this event with Amy and her team! I can't wait to work with her again. Fantastic experience: Amy did a fantastic job as our wedding planner. She was not given an easy task: the ask was to plan two ceremonies and two receptions in one day on what many would consider a very limited budget. While there were a few bumps in the road during our 8-month planning process, Amy expertly navigated us as we got closer to the big day. We were pretty price conscious from beginning to end. Amy did a great job of keeping as close as possible to our budget as could be reasonably expected in the Seattle area. The pricing model for her services is also quite fair. Communication and reliability were the most important traits we wanted from a wedding planner, and Amy delivered extremely well on both fronts. Moreover, Amy did a great job of finding and coordinating with vendors that helped achieve our vision for the day. I can't imagine the amount of stress we would have had if we tried to plan and run this event without her. Even with the couple hiccups on the wedding day itself (that we knew of :P), we believe Amy adapted well. All of our guests were extremely happy to be there and experience the day with us. My wife and I also felt extremely taken care of by Amy. At the end of a long wedding day, it was incredible to find all of our stuff + leftovers + wedding materials packed so neatly into our car by her and her team. We could not recommend a better planner for your wedding!

Fantastic experience: We can't say enough about how helpful Amy was with our wedding planning process! In the year leading up to our wedding weekend, Amy had so many great recommendations as we planned our day. She pointed us towards vendors that were not only great at their job, but also just really nice people to work with. She also had plenty of experience working with our venue, the Hall at Fauntleroy, so it was great having her insider knowledge and that established relationship with our most important vendors. Amy did a great job figuring out what we wanted our wedding to look like and helping us make it a reality. Her positivity and advice kept us on the right track even when wedding planning got stressful. And she always made sure we were the priority, even when family weighed in with some *strong* opinions. And on our wedding weekend, Amy was a true professional. She kept everyone moving, had every vendor organized, and made sure our wedding party and officiant knew exactly where to be. Even when our ceremony schedule was thrown off by traffic delays, Amy made all the adjustments on the fly and kept things running smoothly. On the day of our wedding, Amy made all the hard decisions and made sure we were able to enjoy the time with our friends and family to the fullest. We hardly had to lift a finger all day! Amy honestly took so much wedding stress off our plate. She earns her rate, and then some! After the big day, my dad made sure to tell us that "every wedding should have an Amy."

Fantastic experience: We couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Amy! All wedding vendors say that they want to be your friend, but YOU will want to be Amy's friend after working with her. Fantastic experience: Amy is the BEST!!!! I already had a clear idea of what I wanted for my 50th birthday party and most of the vendors I wanted to use, so she provided the perfect amount of support for my needs. She helped me stay organized, was a sounding board for hard choices, and suggested incredible vendors and ideas that I could never have come up with on my own. She is a problem solver and has your back when working with vendors. The fact that she can do digital design flower and food arrangements is a big plus. So many of her suggestions saved me time, money, and headaches. On the day of, her and her team took care of every detail and let me enjoy my event and my guests. Fantastic experience: From the moment I started planning my husband’s surprise birthday party, I knew Amy was the perfect planner! She had great suggestions for beautiful floral schemes and knew the perfect additions such as these wonderful customized cookies to balloon arrangements. Fantastic experience: I had the honor and pleasure of being the Photographer for a baby shower that Amy recently designed and planned. I absolutely LOVE working with her. She communicated the shot list and full event itinerary ahead of time, which was incredibly helpful. She also had everything compiled for a flat lay, so it was easy to style quickly. I appreciate her kind and outgoing demeanor while hustling. She truly works so hard and it just makes you want to work hard too, just to make her proud!
Fantastic experience: A sunset wedding on the Aquarium pier, timing was critical. All the details snapped into place, exactly as planned. Amy is a superlative organizer and planner. 175 guests for dinner and dancing, and all were quite pleased. The three day chain of events were seemless and extremely entertaining for guests from 23 states. Amy made it all possible.

Fantastic experience: We got to know AE Events and Amy during the 2022 Seattle Wedding Show. We were looking for someone who has great empathy, is detail-oriented and really loves what s/he does. Apparently, she met all of these and went beyond! Amy has great energy and we always got inspired every time when we met her. She really cares about the couple and we feel like she is not just our florist/day of coordinator, but also our friend during the whole wedding planning process and the wedding day. Trust me, you will enjoy your event planning process and the event day if you get chance to work with her! :)
Fantastic experience: Amy and her Team are amazing. Phenomenal. Terrific. Insert whatever synonym to extraordinary you want and they hit it. Amy took so much of the preplanning and especially the day of stress away so me and my now wife could focus on our day and not be in the weeds with the million and one details that come along with getting married and coordinating multiple vendors. Amy and her team went above and beyond all expectations, helping juggle all the prep work for the months leading up to the wedding and then once with us waiting on every single request we could ever had day of. She made us some pipe and drape partitions so we could retain our plans of not seeing each other until the ceremony. She went to home depot, got the supplies, set the stuff up in our hotel, this was definitely not in her scope of work but it was a perfect example of Amy doing everything in her power to take stuff off our plates. Amy is incredibly kind and the most easy going person, as hickups arose day of she took everything in stride and resolved issues without being overwhelmed and she did so in her constant upbeat way. I do not have a single thing that I would say I would improve about her service. Literally 110/100 across the board.
Fantastic experience: Choosing Amy and AE Events & Design for day of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Not only is Amy a lovely person, she is an amazing coordinator who goes above and beyond for her clients and who truly has a passion for weddings. She made the months leading up to the wedding and the wedding day a lot easier and less stressful. My husband and I were often saying, “thank god for Amy!” to each other. Amy has great experience and a great structure to working together. We knew what to expect over our timeline of planning and Amy always had answers to our questions. She already knew the vendors we had chosen and was able to recommend vendors for everything we hadn’t figured out yet. She knew all the right questions to ask and in that was able to move us towards our wedding day with confidence. Amy’s design and floral skills were also a great help. She laid the florals for our wedding cake, reused our bridesmaid bouquets for centerpieces, and rearranged the florals from our arbor to be a fireplace arrangement. She even drove to the florist early so we could have all our bouquets for photos. She was amazing on the day of the wedding, at the rehearsal, the walkthrough, and with coordinating with all our vendors. Everything went very smoothly on our day of, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I cannot recommend Amy enough!

She also provided the most beautiful floral arrangements that helped bring our vision into reality and as a bonus helped us donate them after the day so they didn't go to waste. It was like working with our best friend who was able to take really vague thoughts and create a magical wedding at the end. Fantastic experience: Working with Amy Elizabeth was an absolute joy and I have no hesitations recommending her for event florals. The process of booking her, reviewing our floral design together, and finalizing the budget were all seamless, which should not be overlooked -- that is SO VALUABLE. And then, day-of, Amy Elizabeth walked my bouquet into the getting ready room and it was simply more than I could have imagined. The color palette, the structure, the unique florals, just everything was phenomenal. Our photographer and coordinator all spoke so highly of her, and our makeup artist even said she was a ray of sunshine when she walked into the room. Our expectations were more than exceeded and we are so thankful Amy Elizabeth was part of our day. HIRE HER! (Even two days later my bouquet is still stunning)
Fantastic experience: I immediately knew I wanted to work with Amy when I met her at an open house for our venue. She came off as friendly, thoughtful, and creative – and of course, she is all of this and more! Amy was booked for our date as a planner, but was willing to work with us to enhance the artificial arrangements I already had. Amy worked with me to find dried florals to work into the existing arrangements. I was so impressed with Amy that I had her also make our bouquets and boutonnieres and create a cohesive look between the artificial and the real. On the day of the wedding, Amy was an absolute gift! She was able to arrange time to set up our alter flowers, hand me my bouquet, and made sure the boys boutonnieres were well pinned (and they stayed on their lapels all night!). If you're looking for a bright (both brilliant in mind and sunny personality) presence on your big day, I highly recommend reaching out to Amy.
Fantastic experience: It’s an understatement to say that Amy is an excellent wedding planner. Hands down I absolutely loved her. What I loved most about her approach is her passion and knowledge. In every one of our meetings, Amy greeted me with a smile and a sense of openness. I truly felt as if planning my wedding with her was a team effort. She basically held my hand throughout the process especially by giving me a few vendor options for each wedding must (like hair/makeup, florists, etc) which helped me make critical vendor decisions with confidence and ease. Having only a few options is how I work best in making decisions and Amy offered this with a small blurb about why she liked each vendor and recommended them. It was incredibly helpful and helped further instill my confidence in her. On the physical day of my wedding, she was very communicative with the main goal of making sure this day was as special as possible. And like all wedding days, things do not go as planned but she was quick to think of alternative plans to these hiccup situations so my wedding day still went smooth and was a blast. I could not recommend Amy enough as a wedding planner. Amy truly loves what she does and it shows down to every minute detail. I will always be grateful to her for making my wedding day so special.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Amy Elizabeth. I wish I had known her when I was planning my own wedding! She’s coordinated two largescale birthday parties for us now and I don’t think I can ever go back to doing it all myself . She’s detail oriented but sees the big picture; super creative and resourceful; honest and flexible; a good communicator and SUPER FUN to be around! Fantastic experience: Amy was the glue that held our amazing day together! Her help troubleshooting and brainstorming the whole year(!) leading up to our wedding in September 2019 was fantastically helpful, and I really can't begin to marvel at how much she made happen the day of. James and I are beyond grateful for her kindness, professionalism and depth of knowledge that helped us throughout this process. Fantastic experience: Working with Amy was a blast! We got a holiday mini-session and were in and out with photos we loved in twenty minutes. Her studio space was very well-organized and thoughtfully set up so we could use different backgrounds without waiting to sent anything up. Amy is fun to shoot with as well, and had many ideas to make sure our holiday photos turned out wonderfully.
Fantastic experience: Amy was amazing. She was extremely patient with us and the kiddos! I loved the setup she offered. Our pictures came out amazing!!! She was very personable and down to earth. Her creativity is off the charts!!! I would definitely recommend her!
Positive experience: Our holiday mini session was great! It was quick and easy and we got our photos within days. Amy was very friendly and helpful and was patient with my shy little one who didn't particularly want to cooperate.
