Negative experience: Got married in 2019 and I recently lost the wedding cd I called to ask for a copy but apparently everytime I ask about it they tell me they looked for it and never found it…. Like their supposed to have record of things like this if I could go back in time I wouldn’t chose them

Fantastic experience: This place is a hidden gem. The flowers are always super fresh, beautifully arranged, and last way longer than anything I’ve gotten elsewhere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and actually care about making sure you leave happy. Whether I’m picking something up last-minute or ordering ahead, they always deliver. Can’t recommend them enough — easily a 5 out of 5 every time.

Negative experience: My biggest regret on my wedding day was hiring this vendor. I was incredibly clear and thorough about my vision. I provided printed photos of the flowers, color schemes, and decor inspiration, along with detailed written notes. I even made the effort to drive 2.5 hours to meet with them in person to ensure we were on the same page. During that meeting, they assured me they understood exactly what I wanted. I pointed out the specific chair I wanted, we created a sample flower arrangement, I showed them the exact vases I liked, and I made it explicitly clear that I did not want any gold accent pieces. On the day of the wedding, I had a friend arrive early to check that everything was set up correctly. She called my mom in a panic, none of what we had agreed on was there. The baby’s breath I had chosen as my main wedding flower wasn’t used at all. The chair I had selected was not brought. The vases were completely different from what was shown to me. And despite my clear request for no gold, the decor was full of gold accents. Not only did they ignore my specific instructions, but the overall setup looked unfinished. The flower arrangements appeared tacky and underwhelming. My mom and bridal party had to scramble to buy additional flowers just to make the stage look presentable.

Negative experience: My nieces wedding was nice in every detail except the decor. It was supposed to be elegant and simple but the florist did a horrible job. The bridal party had to rearrange the whole decor hours before the event. It was such tacky decor they had placed I couldn’t believe it was a professional. I would stay away from this place.

Fantastic experience: I recently got married this summer and I have to say Nouri’s is the best place for all wedding needs. Jim worked really well with us in all my events my engagement henna and wedding. He knows what packages we need. The flowers are absolutely beautiful. The photographers and videographer did an amazing job capturing all the moments. It brings back memories when rewatching it knowing what an amazing job they had done. I would recommend Nouri’s to all who are planning weddings. We are so thankful how they took care of us making sure that we have and we did have the wedding of our dreams.

Negative experience: It was a terrible experience. They ruined my sisters wedding vision leaving her disappointed as they did not fulfill what she had clearly asked. Completely unprofessional as well.

Negative experience: I have never gave or made it a priority to jeopardize a person source of income but this is necessary in order to prevent it from breaking another brides heart at the look of the outcome. After signing the contact we went there three more times to make sure our request will be met and made sure to bring a copy of the sample paper to insure he understood us verbally and through the photo. Our wedding decor was supposed to be simple and elegant filled with baby breath and large center pieces all over the stage. We requested on several occasion that we do not want any color gold, requested the all white loveseat with no gold, and no gold stands to hold the flowers. That being said he brings, gold loveseat that has a very clear stain on it. Brings us rose gold stands and some had clear glass with tacky gold glitter glued on it. The flowers were not fulfilled on stage as promised and on top of that filled them with more hydrangeas and greenery to save money. We asked for all white theme with no color and they put blue hydrangeas. After placing everything I was lucky enough to have someone overlook the decor and FaceTimes me. Shorty after I speak with jimmy and letting him know he needs to fix his mess, he completely leaves everything and leaves the wedding hall without completing his job. I call him several times and he does not answers. We ended up running to nearby floral shop to purchase flowers to decorate the cake table. This left me and the bridesmaids worrying about fixing the mess he made instead of enjoying our time with the bride and taking photos as had planned. This is completely unprofessional, complete scam, and filled with promises that were never met. It was heartbreaking for me to see my daughter enter the ballroom and tearing up because it was completely unexpected from what she dreamed of and discussed with Nouris. The time we lost and stress he put on us cannot be put into enough words. Please be aware and don’t make the mistake of working with this company for wedding decor!

Fantastic experience: My mother and I travel from Brooklyn into New Jersey just to specifically come to this store. They have the most beautiful items, everyone who works in that store is polite, welcoming, and have the patience. This is the go to store for all your gifts, very recommended. The store pricing is very fair for their items!

Fantastic experience: They made my bridal shower so special. Customer service is amazing. They really care about their customers, and their most important priority is making sure the bride is happy. They took my vision and made it ten times better. When I saw the venue I almost cried from how happy I was. I’m usually someone who likes to do everything by themselves, and this was the first time I trusted someone else to do everything and they did not disappoint. The entire team at Nouri’s is amazing. If I didn’t like something they were quick to change it, and if I loved something they made it 1000 times better. Lovely people and talented designers, Mashallah. I will always choose them for future parties inshAllah.

Fantastic experience: Working with Jim and Mountaha was such a breeze. They take care of you as if you are their family member. They help you capture your vision for you big day with a one stop shop. I was able to do book my wedding decor, flower bouquet, photographer, and videographer in one seating. When it comes to pricing, you tell Jim what is your budget and he will tell you what he can do. Overall, I recommend Nouri Wedding Center for the extra love and patients that they had for me.

Negative experience: These are scammers and offer very minimal poor service for very high prices. He tells you wanna price and charges you another. When we brought up the first price jimmy started laughing at us like we’re fools, don’t get scammed. Save your money.

Negative experience: SCAMMER MONEY LAUNDERING ! These people ruined my Wedding day , they are scammers all the videos and pictures they show us are fake just for show and distractions, They ask you to pay cash so there is no proof of payment. Everyone i spoke to was unprofessional we agreed on a price and then he doubled it without giving a receipt or speaking to me !When we asked to change the package the man decided to block me , just to not deal with us . He stole $3000 of my money and came up with multiple excuses for 3 weeks no answer. SAVE YOUR MONEY ! They will rip you off!

Negative experience: Where do I even begin when I hired them to do my wedding back in 2019 they promised so many things and delivered nothing from the video to the photos literally everything was horrible. The crew that came to take pictures and videos was one 2 people I had to take the raw video some where else cause when it came down to editing the horrible quality video they did such a bad job they even spelled the bride and grooms name wrong in the one they did. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy such a horrible experience. Every time we tried reaching out to him about the horrible video and photos his excuse was “I’m in South Carolina”

Negative experience: SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! Ima make this a LONG story SHORT! 1) We got a DIFFERENT limo than what we have on the contract and we were NOT notified of the change. We were surprised when the limo came to pick us up on the day of the wedding even though Jimi the owner knew long before the wedding. 2) There is no communication between this vendor and the customer. 3) You will pay a HIGH PRICE for LOW QUALITY which is ridiculous. You work hard for your money to get work like that. Low quality as in when you receive your DVD cover photo and packet cover. If I knew that's the type of service I would receive, I would of NEVER HIRED this wedding center to do my wedding. As a bride, I am so DISAPPOINTED , I did not expect this type of service. AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Fantastic experience: When it comes to wether sending flowers, buying birthday or greeting cards I am a last minute person ! As usual I placed a call to the shop the morning of the wake for my dear Freind’ mom, I was worried it was kind of late for same day delivery! the owner Jimmy was extremely helpful and reassured me that it will get there on time, later that early evening when I arrived at the funeral home, there it was, a beautiful floral arrangement, it did exceeded my expectation for value and delivery as promised Much praise and gratitude for the team at Nouri’s Wedding Center I will surely call on them again

Negative experience: I booked a date for my wedding for the centrepiece over the phone and We Agreed for me stop by and pay him deposit when I get there he told me that date was booked and he literally Kicked me out of the store . Not professional at all who ever pay more get the date

I went to see Jimmy Nouri (because one of my very good friends recommended him) and I have to say, I wish I went to see him as soon as I got engaged at the time. It was the most amazing experience I future bride could ask for! He knew exactly what I wanted in terms of every little detail. I ended up getting my invitations, flowers, an limos through him. I couldn't have asked for more (and I'm a picky person). He made us feel like family and I will forever be grateful for everything he did to make sure our day was extra special. Nouris Wedding Center will forever be in my heart because they are what every bride looks for. If you are getting married, please don't be like me, go directly to them and talk to Jimmy, if you want your dream wedding without flaws. I promise, you will not be disappointed.
