Fantastic experience: Look, you don't have to read many reviews or dive too deep into her website to understand that Alexa is legitimately one of the best planners you can have to deliver the day of your dream. I'm a wedding photographer that's worked with her through the years and it's always so damn seamless. She doesn’t just have a plan, she’s already thought through the backup (and the backup to that), so nothing ever feels reactive or scrambled. Communication is quick, clear, and consistent, which makes a huge difference when timelines start shifting in real time. I feel like a true partner and that my input is valued. And to top it off, she's really funny. Which I know might seem unique to call out, but trust me, vendor partners that can make you laugh really goes a long way.

Fantastic experience: Alexa knocked it out of the park planning our welcome pool party and reception. Not only is she organized and a great communicator, she also has the vision to help bring an event to life- our amazing disco ball-filled dancefloor was her idea. When hurricanes forced us to reschedule our wedding, Alexa was on top of every detail and worked fast to help us figure out a backup plan with a new date. Her focus and attention to detail make you feel like you're her only client. She's the best!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even BEGIN!? Alexa completely and utterly saved our wedding !!!! We switched from a different wedding planner to her…2 months before our wedding! Fantastic experience: Words cannot express how much I absolutely loved working with Alexa and her team for my wedding. She truly made all my dreams come true plus some. She was so easy to get in touch with no matter what day and time it is. You have a quick question you thought of at 9pm on a Friday? No worries, she's getting right back to you in a matter of minutes. She took my Pinterest board and RAN with it, knowing exactly where to get the linens, vases, table clothes etc. I trusted her with every little detail, and I am so glad I did because not only did I think this was the best wedding I've ever been to (and I'm biased) but we had so many guests saying this was their favorite too. Fantastic experience: Alexa is a brilliant and devoted wedding planner. My now husband and I moved to Tampa shortly after getting engaged and did not know anyone. A few minutes into my wedding planner search. I came across Alexa's instagram page. I messaged her, and, even on vacation, she responded within the hour. From our first phone conversation, I knew she was the one. Alexa is warm, professional, honest, responsible, and savvy. She was empathetic to our every wish, while being realistic and candid about the feasibility of them. And... patient when we changed our minds. Many, many times! We shared our vision, and she brought it to life. She took the time to get to know us as a individuals and as a couple and created our own little "Carlos & Caity" land, complete with both traditional appeal and trendsetting touches like our boho floral swings and our naked cake. She even travelled to Mexico with us for our venue visit + vendor meetings! Even there, she spent her free time working! She loves what she does and it shows... in all of her work. Our wedding was breathtakingly beautiful, stylish, delicious, elegant and fun. Plus, vividly unique and wildly memorable. We received a sea of compliments from our guests on the day of the wedding, many of whom said it was by far the best wedding they had ever attended, and I agree. We first spoke with Alexa in February 2020 to plan for our original wedding date. From the first meeting, her organization and demeanor impressed us and we signed the contract immediately. Suddenly, the world goes into lockdown and we say goodbye to our original plans and reschedule our wedding to nearly two years later: January 2022. We kept our contract with Alexa, of course, because this is the woman you want in your corner when there is a global pandemic and everything you know melts into chaos. She remained flexible as our attentions switched to our roles in medicine. And when it came closer to the time to start planning anew, she jumped right back into the big picture visions and the nitty-gritty details. Fantastic experience: It’s difficult to find the words of gratitude we have for Alexa and her team! We originally hired Alexa to help us with our venue search after looking tirelessly and not finding anything, she came along and put together a solid list of contenders and had so much knowledge about each venue to bring to the table. We found the perfect venue and realized we didn’t want to keep planning unless Alexa was with us every step of the way. My husband and I are complete opposites when it comes to taste but Alexa helped us prioritize what really mattered and found a perfect compromise for everything. My absolute favorite thing about Alexa was her intuition and excitement for our vision. I had about 1000 pictures of what I wanted but they were all so different. I’m pretty sure nothing I said actually made sense to anyone except Alexa. She took everything we wanted (despite it all being so opposite) and made it into the most beautiful day of our lives. Fantastic experience: Pulling off a large surprise party with dozens of moving parts, vendors, and deliveries and keeping it secret (from your husband!) while living in another state would have been impossible without the INCREDIBLE Alexa Kritis!! Many people think of only using an event coordinator for weddings, but hiring Alexa made planning this event FUN, not stressful. Her vast rolodex of amazing high-quality vendors will save you so much time and hassle rather than researching people on your own. Her vast expertise can help you decide what you really need (and don’t need) to make your event one to remember. She handled anything and everything day of, so literally all I had to do was get dressed and show up. The cost of her fee will pay for itself 10-fold in the amount of time, stress, and hassle you will save yourself. I wanted my husband’s birthday party to be filled with memories we would never forget, and Alexa exceeded all our expectations and then some. I had many outside the box ideas and special requests and she handled them all with ease and made them come to life exactly how I pictured. I wanted a special dessert re-created; no problem, Alexa knows an amazing pastry chef. I wanted beer on tap, but the venue doesn’t have a setup for that; no problem, Alexa not only got the venue to allow it, but she also found a tap wall, managed all the details, and even picked up the kegs. I really wanted fireworks, and there was a last-minute hiccup; Alexa found a work around AND I didn’t even know about it until after the event. She even delivered multiple options for a last-minute request the week of the party. Alexa thinks of details that never even occurred to me, and just handles them. For example, we didn’t have a car to take gifts home, so Alexa delivered them HERSELF to our house the next morning!! The party was so great, we had multiple groups of people try and crash (don’t worry Alexa stopped them)! So many of my guests congratulated me on pulling off such an amazing event, I felt a little guilty taking credit, because Alexa did all the heavy lifting. I can’t wait for an excuse to have another party, just so I can work with Alexa again. Bottom line, if you hire Alexa your event will be amazing, and planning it will be stress-free and effortless.

Fantastic experience: A few words to describe Alexa: warm, professional, knowledgeable, prepared, attentive, resourceful, accommodating, experienced, thoughtful, kind... I could go on and on. As a bride planning a destination wedding from a far, picking the right planner is key. But as a bride who has only been in a few weddings, I had no idea what to look for in a planner. Despite my inexperience, I knew Alexa was the one from our first telephone call. I could feel that she knew what she was doing, loved what she did and wanted to help me plan the wedding I wanted. Additionally, timely responsiveness is extremely important to me and Alexa was on it. No email or text message went unanswered for too long. She was also very flexible and patient with my changing vision. We looked at several different concepts and venues and she was always happy to answer my questions or offer suggestions and never rushed me along. Once I picked the venue she helped me find vendors that met my needs. If she recommended a vendor that I didn’t like, it wasn’t a problem we just moved on to the next one. Almost all of the preparation leading up to my wedding wedding day was flawless thanks to Alexa. But the good times didn't last forever due to Mother Nature. A few days before the wedding the forecast called for unseasonably cold temperatures and then rain...heavy, cold, blowing rain. This caused us to scrap the original set up and go to plan b, then c and finally plan d. All the while Alexa handled these changes like a pro (wish I can say the same for me). She knew I wasn’t in love with the final plan that the weather made us choose, but she did her best to make it work and make me happy. Ultimately my wedding day was wonderful, despite the weather and tall of the changes, and it was all due to Alexa’s hard work, talent and ability to adapt and adjust. My husband and I are extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Alexa and highly recommend her and Alexa Kritis Events [Long Aisle Events].

Fantastic experience: Alexa is the absolute best thing I ever spent money on in regards to our wedding. I am from New York and if you know anything about New York weddings, they are very over the top. I wanted a small wedding but top of the line and she handled every question and problem I had. From silly questions that came from anxiety or last minute floral disasters Alexa had my back. Not only that my entire family and friends loved her. She made my now husband feel comfortable asking questions and the groomsmen knew exactly what to do and where to be. There was even a point in time during planning where I couldn’t take the stress anymore and Alexa helped me make decisions and even went to ikea and fedex for me to print out and make the signs I needed for my wedding. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Alexa enough! We ended up hiring Alexa somewhat last minute to help us when our initial wedding plan changed with Covid. She jumped in immediately contacting all of our vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. In just over a month, Alexa helped us completely re-work our plan for the wedding, including changing the entire event to outside, using parts of our venue that had never been used for a wedding before. Everything about our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Alexa and her team.

I have had the privilege to attend numerous parties that she has coordinated and all I can say is that she is absolutely phenomenal! The vendors she utilizes are exceptional and contribute immensely to the overall experience. From the moment you enter the party, you are captivated by everything that is going on. Her attention to detail and vision for how parties can be thrown is levels above other planners. Fantastic experience: I met Alexa while she was planning another friends wedding. During my friends big day Alexa had everything under control and went above and beyond. On top of that she was as cool as a cucumber. We clicked immediately and when I tell you that she was THE FIRST call I made post-proposal I am not lying. From day one Alexa took the reigns on vendor negotiations and recommendations. I was never the girl that had imagined her wedding since she was little...so I had no real idea of what I wanted or how to get there. Alexa has great vision and was even better at communicating it. She gives her opinions and recommendations but isn't offended if you don't follow them. She handled my COVID bride meltdowns, was on top of all of our plans and back up plans and there wasn't a problem that she couldn't find an answer to. The number one piece of advice that she gave me was to not be so stuck in "my vision" that I don't explore things...she said "you never know what you might have not known you wanted until you see it" and those words of wisdom rang true throughout the planning process. She helped me plan my wedding from start to finish and it was beyond my wildest dreams.

Fantastic experience: I have been working events for the last 5 years and Alexa has easily and quickly become one of my favorite pros to work alongside of. On top of all the duties planners relieve a couple of, Alexa goes ten steps farther. She is hands on through the ENTIRE process, and on wedding day she truly takes care of every part and every one; I have noticed that a lot of times planners will focus heavily on the reception space and setting that up which still leaves the wedding party unattended, and a lot of other loose ends. That work starts weeks before wedding day when she is reaching out to all of the vendors making separate timelines for each person. I have personally witnessed Alexa going back up to a couples room to pick up, so that they have a clean space to come back to at the end of the night. Fantastic experience: Alexa was fantastic from our first phone call. She was professional and organized with our wants and needs for day of coordination. Once our 8 week mark hit, she was all hands on deck, getting all our contracts and communication with vendors organized. This was extremely helpful for my husband and I as we did not have a lot of free time during the day to do this communication. Leading up to the weeks before the wedding she gave us tips to help make the day run smoothly (like have gratuity separated in envelopes, so that was not a concern the day of). For the wedding day, she and her assistant did their thing with our decor and set up and made our day so easy and stress free. Her and her team were absolutely fantastic!! And it was even amazing to hear that our other vendors loved working with her too!

Fantastic experience: Brides and Grooms everywhere; If you are looking for some help planning your big day, or maybe just need someone to help on the day-of, Alexa is your girl!! She is the absolute best! My husband and I attempted to plan our wedding ourselves, and as we approached the big day we realized that we needed someone to help us make sure that things ran smoothly on the day-of. I did my research, and Alexa came very highly recommended. I reached out to her to see if she was available, and she responded within five minutes- I knew I was working with a true professional. Her responsiveness continued all throughout our planning process, and she made it very clear that she was there for anything that we needed. Fantastic experience: If you don’t already have a wedding planner or day of coordinator, you should hire one RIGHT NOW and that person should be Alexa. Alexa is the BEST thing I could have done for our wedding. First of all, she is the sweetest, most hard working person I have ever met. On our first call together, it was like we already knew each other. I hired Alexa as a day of coordinator, and she stepped in a month out from our wedding. She got right into things, going over every little detail with me and organizing it into Aisle Planner (best thing ever). She made our time line with every minute planned to a T, had vendor lists, emailed vendors, coordinator times with vendors, and did all the things us as brides don’t want to have to deal with as it gets closer to the big day. She even went back to my air bnb after rehearsal to grab something for the florist so I didn’t have to leave my friends and family. Whenever we ran into any problems, she had a solution RIGHT AWAY and honestly made me feel so at ease as the wedding approached. I knew she was taking care of everything and that was the best feeling. On the wedding day, she made sure to came by the see me and was always so enthusiastic about the whole day. As far as decor, we had boughten most of it and rented a few things. I put my trust in her to make everything look just as I imagined in my head and guess what, she is a decorating genius and IT TURNED OUT EVEN BETTER. She made the space look STUNNING, like out of a magazine. She also made sure my husband and I actually got to eat at our wedding, so we are very thankful for that. We couldn’t have done the day without her. Everyone was in awe of all that she did and we got so many compliments about the whole day. WE LOVE ALEXA!!
