Fantastic experience: For a wedding day full of beautiful special moments executed with ease and smiles, I recommend calling Michaela. She was outstanding and so was Cindy and Megan. From the initial meeting months before the day, she shined with professionalism and organization. Then paired it with calming smiles. Funny story.... The sole of my shoe separated from the heal about 10 minutes before procession. I called her and in true mary poppins style, she got glue out of her bag, patched it up and off we went. Fantastic experience: Michaela was amazing! We had her as our day of coordinator and she did a fabulous job of making the transitions easy for us. We had a backyard wedding and didn’t want to be orchestrating the wedding when we are trying to enjoy our wedding day. She always had a smile on her face, she mingled with the guest and made them feel included and important. She helped with photos, food, setup and clean up. She was always available if I needed to text or call her before hand. And even accommodated our rehearsal a week before the wedding. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Handled By Holly Events by two 2025 brides, and I’m so thankful I was! The entire planning process was smooth and stress free. My planner, Michaela, was incredible; always organized, responsive, and willing to talk through decisions when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. On the wedding day, I even forgot socks for my outfit change and she gave me hers, which truly shows how much she cares. She also custom made a Taco Bell inspired “bell” for us since Taco Bell was our late night snack and we are officially “The Bells.” Such a fun and thoughtful personal touch! We had a large 300 person Catholic wedding, and everything ran perfectly. She helped allow my timeless black and white vision come to life. I would also like to thank Megan, Gaby, and Hugh for beautifully setting up our cocktail hour/reception at Haus 820. They were a huge asset! Tyler and I are so so grateful for this team and would highly recommend them to any bride!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin? Handled by Holly is everything you want and more when planning your big day (or multiple days in my case). From the moment I met Holly I knew we were kindred spirits and that our wedding would be in the best hands. Lindsay was our main coordinator and I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire process. This company is beyond personable while also maintaining professionalism. Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved having Lindsay Gonzales as our wedding coordinator. We honestly didn’t think we needed a coordinator initially and we think how bizarre was that! She was very detailed, reminded us on what was pending, got in contact with our vendors, communicated timelines with them, was very responsive, so kind and has a heart to serve. Our rehearsal went smoothly because of her being so organized. The day of the wedding she picked up food and water for the groom and groomsmen, which was much appreciated! We regret not having her for our dinner reception, our cake was never cut and passed out to our guests. We had a 3 tier cake left over for a family of 3! We know Lindsay would’ve made sure that was taken care. I will definitely be recommending Handled by Holly for anyone that is looking for a coordinator. Fantastic experience: We just had our wedding one week ago and we hired Handled by Holly as a last minute resort because of desperate measures about 6 weeks to one month before our wedding. We had a lot of our major wedding components settled, however, we still had so many things incomplete and due to family issues and major stress, and planning everything in less than 6 months, and a hiccup with one of the vendors, we were left to hire another wedding planner. Handled by Holly was referred to us by a friend who had heard about their services and raved their praises, saying that she wished she had used them. I prayed about finding the right replacement wedding planning services/coordinators for our needs, knowing how detailed my needs were, and decided that this was the way to go. After my first meeting, I felt such a sense of ease and confidence that this was the right fit. The whole team was such a God-sent. Holly was on every call, but Noelle, was our coordinator. She was outstanding!! It felt like they were like family and wanted to dive right into the project. When I say that Noelle was on it- I mean it! And she didn't skip a beat! She has such a calm about her that settles everything. The whole team was a blessing from above. My fiance (at the time), now husband, and I, were in awe at how responsive and organized Noelle was and made everything seem so seamless. She was an absolutely joy and a blessing to work with. Just being able to bounce any idea and request to her and feeling like she was available to respond was such a huge help, considering I had a huge vision which she really helped me execute. She helped me with vendor meetings and appointments, and coordination. Something I struggled with, during my time with my initial wedding planner. I'm so grateful for this team. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator team. The wedding was such a blessing to my husband and I, and we are so grateful. We received so many compliments from practically everyone at the wedding saying how BEAUTIFUL the wedding was. Fantastic experience: This group of people are amazing. They did an amazing job in helping me and keeping me without stress. They steam all the dresses bride, bridesmaids, mom, grandma's, right girl, grooms clothing and some other extra shirts. They had everything ready for when we get to the places we didn't have to be worried about anything. Lindsay had two video conversation with us to see how they could help, then she also come out to the wedding rehearsal and took all the wedding thing that we needed her to organize the next day. She was amazing. In the wedding day someone. Came with her to help out. Both were amazing. I really recommend this for brides that don't want to stress on their wedding day.

Fantastic experience: Holly and her team (Lindsay and Gabi) were AMAZING. I am a type A bride and was skeptical that I even needed a planner so I only did the 2 month package. Just having her help for rehearsal and wedding day was absolutely, 100% worth every penny. She coordinated every vendor and handled ALL questions (friends, family, guests, vendors, venue, etc) so that I could stay present with my people and didn’t get overstimulated. She set all of our decor up - getting ready room, ceremony, cocktail, and reception so my guests didn’t have anything to worry about - just enjoy. She was the biggest hype woman to both the bridal party and groomsmen - and was also just an ear if someone needed to step away, vent, or get nerves out. I got compliments about her all day long. She took charge when she needed to, and she let us take charge when we wanted to. During the reception, she had eyes on me and my now husband (!!) at all times. Fixed my bustle, got us drinks, got us desserts, had tape ready for my dress rubbing my arm - anything we needed she was ready for. She also cleaned all of the decor up for us. We came back to our suite CLEANED, with rose petals, our cards displayed, and nothing else to think about. She made sure the bridesmaids got all of their stuff out of the getting ready room too. Those are all included in her advertised services, and she over delivered on them. But she completely went above and beyond in other ways. She offered her personal vehicle (freshly cleaned) to drive us to the beach (sand and all) for private pictures so that we didn’t have to worry about alcohol, hair getting messed up, working with valet, parking, etc. Then… to top it off, she shared a private folder of “behind the scenes” photos and videos. This was a total surprise - we didn’t even know Lindsay was video taping everything. They were super non-invasive just capturing candids. That was our favorite part. Being able to see all the events that we weren’t there for (set up, groom getting ready/ walking down aisle, cocktail hour while we were taking formal pics, guest arrival). It was beautiful and we were so happy to have pics immediately because photo/video team will take a bit longer. She even coordinated fun videos with my bridedmaids while I was away and recorded my small special momentos like something borrowed, blue, old, new. No one had their phones all day - Holly/Lindsay were on it. 10/10. Choose Handled by Holly. She’s the best. I promise if you’re Type A like me, you’ll want to be best friends.

Our March 23 wedding was in Captiva Island, FL, a bit of a remote distance that the team hadn't worked as far in and made zero complaints or concerns about figuring out how to approach. From my first call with Kate, I knew I had chosen the right group of coordinators: she spent most of her call reassuring me how much I had done, how she understood how stressful all of the planning was, and did not pressure or sway me with add-ons or forced timelines. All of the team made it feel like we were all just best friends, albeit being professional and extremely detailed organized ones. Lindsay went above and beyond for me, even though I had a lot put together for a month of coordination. Multiple zoom calls, a checklist, fast communications for all my vendors, and just always asking if I needed anything really helped my nerves. There were multiple times during the week of and on the day I started a question with "But what about-" only to be told it was not only taken care of, but ahead of schedule. From grabbing our plates to securing our room key and helping outfit changes in the back, or even getting our Starbucks order in the AM to buy us some time, Holly and Lindsey did it all. She even captured some of my FAVORITE videos of my day without asking and helped tear down our many decorations. My family and ALL of our vendors -- including the venue, pastor, and our hard to please grandparents -- kept bringing up how much they adored them and how smooth the wedding went, and asked if we could pass their info along to other brides for their preferred vendors, a huge testament to their trust. I wish I had a billion dollars so I could give it to them as another tip. They truly deserve it. Every bride says something goes wrong at a wedding, but I mean it when I say I truly had the most stress-free, happy day of my dreams because of them, and not a single hiccup -- they are the BEST of the best and please, please, hire them!

The venue as well as the caterer told us that we did not need to have an additional coordinator because it was included in our catering package. Boy were they wrong! There is zero chance that they could have dealt with everything that Holly and her team did! From fixing damaged mirror decals, wrangling a wandering MOB, to individually cutting an inch off of every taper candle to meet venue standards so we could have real flame candles, Holly's team handled it all.
