Fantastic experience: Found JT Flowers & Decor through social media tags. They offer faux flowers services and that was what I was looking for. The form submission on the website was easy to fill out. Business owner, Thuy, responded promptly. On the initial Google meeting, she's very up front with pricing depending on what decor and backdrops you want. $2k minimum is needed in order for them to be a vendor at your event, however THEY ARE WORTH IT. There's also an in-person meeting to see the flowers/check the colors. A few weeks before the event, there's a final virtual meeting to finalize details. The colors were exactly what I wanted and I had a vision for the backdrops. Thuy made it come to life! Her assistant, Tiffany, was also very helpful and great at communicating. Fantastic experience: Thuy brought our vision to LIFE. She decorated beautifully at the Springs Cypress venue that everyone kept talking about it! When I had a meeting with her, I sent her all of my inspiration photos, and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Her work is amazing, and I appreciate her attention to details. I had so many compliments from my guests also, saying how beautiful the venue looked with all of the decoration. JT is incredibly experienced, and also gave me so many great recommendations too, when I was asking her about opinions for how to decorate my venue. She also did an incredible job of making my bridal bouquet and the boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. The flower arrangements that she picked were beautiful and matched our wedding color theme perfectly. I also appreciated her doing a walkthrough with me at my venue to make sure that the decoration I requested, would end up looking good. I would recommend her for decorating any special event! She was amazing at communicating with me and bringing our vision to life.

Fantastic experience: We used JT Flowers and Decor for florals and decor for our Vietnamese tea ceremony at my parents' home and loved how everything turned out. Her work is absolutely beautiful, from the selection of silk flowers to the arrangements themselves, and other traditional decorations. She's also open to any design changes or ideas as well and was easy to work with. We were able to see her portfolio of tea ceremony work and made some tweaks and she happily made it work, as well as gave input on when things may be suited a different way. All of our guests kept raving about how beautiful everything was as well and we have Thuy and her team to thank for it! Highly recommend her floral and decoration services!

Fantastic experience: My best friends got married and we had the pleasure of working with JT. Thuy did such an amazing job at decorating the venue! I don't personally know much about flowers, but even I could tell that she has an amazing eye for them based on how she arranged everything. The bridesmaids/groomsmen worked more closely with Tiffany, the wedding coordinator, who was very clear with her communication and ensured that everyone knew what to do to make this the perfect wedding! She was very effective in keeping track of the timeline and always kept that in mind. She had to go around a couple of times to make sure that everyone, specifically the groomsmen, was together in a timely manner before we had to do anything, which was very thoughtful of her. She was also very happy to answer any questions that we had in case there was anything we did not remember! Thanks to everyone involved for making this wedding so special!

Fantastic experience: Chi Thuy and her team are absolutely amazing! Prices are great for such beautiful work. She was kind since the beginning and really wanted to make sure everything was beautiful for our special day. Unfortunately our wedding had to be moved indoors due to the winter storm but Chi Thuy made sure our vision still came to life and was so accommodating with the last minute changes. On the day of our wedding, her decor exceeded our expectations. It really took our breath away! Everyone loved it and complimented it so much! Thank you so much to Chi Thuy and her team!! Fantastic experience: WOW—where do I even begin?! Booking JT flower and decor was the best decision ever!! Chi Thuy, the owner of JT flower and decor is such a gem!! She so so sweet and kind. Upon our first meeting, she helped me create my wedding mood board, and she gave me ideas and was never pushy. She is so honest! She even told me stuff that she thought wasn’t necessary to help me save $$$!! Let me tell you, I am not an easy bride! I am so indecisive!! We met several times and rearranged my whole layout several times. She was always so patient and kind. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I would shoot her a text and she would reply instantly!! Positive experience: UPDATE: JT Flowers reached out and corrected the situation. They made any and all efforts rectify the issues I had with them. Therefore, I have updated the review to reflect my current feelings, taking all interactions into consideration. …………………………………………………………………………… I reached out to JT Flowers & Decor and she promptly responded. We came up with a proposal via Zoom and scheduled and payed for a test for the centerpieces. During the Test we discussed the changes needed to achieve thwart look I wanted. At the end of the Test run I texted more small changes( the vase for the small centerpiece looked like cheap plastic and I didn’t like the baby breath in the arrangement) that I wanted. I was willing to pay the difference for the changes. I texted her because that was the method of communication she established. During our conversation she stop responding and never reengaged . I was clueless of why because there was never any tension during any of our conversations.

Fantastic experience: JT provided all of the decorations and supplies for our recent tea ceremony. She also provided the arch for our wedding too. Our wedding was really far away, but she taught us how to put everything together and allowed us to keep the supplies for several days so we could have time to set everything up. Fantastic experience: Thuy did an exceptional job for my wedding decor and florals! She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. She personally came to deliver my bouquets and boutonnières to the hotel, when my friends were running late to pick up. I am so grateful for everything Thuy did! She’s the best!
