She’s truly seen it all, and nothing phases her. She provided amazing vendor recommendations and had a deep understanding of each business we worked with. She was always there to answer our many questions, lend a helping hand, and offer honest, thoughtful feedback. If anything went awry on our wedding day, I had no idea—which speaks volumes. Our biggest goals were to have zero stress and truly enjoy the day, and Hitched made that happen effortlessly.

Fantastic experience: Working with Breanne to plan our winter wedding in KS was an absolute dream and made digesting every single decision so much easier! She was always available to answer questions, provide honest input (especially when others wouldn't!) and be a guiding star throughout the whole process. On the day of she handled any hiccups with ease, alongside her colleague Marissa who was also unbelievable! I am so thankful to have had them both by my side on wedding day.

Fantastic experience: I used Hitched for a partial planning package for my November 2025 wedding and it was worth every penny. My planner, Brittany Wise, was so helpful throughout the process especially because I was planning the wedding from out of town. She was able to provide the best recommendations for vendors she trusted and give intros or follow ups where needed. She also was there for any crisis that came up, or nervous moment I had. The day of went so smoothly. I'm very type A and thought I'd be chasing my vendors around all day making sure my vision was executed but Brittany took care of everything. I was able to relax and have FUN at my own wedding instead of stressing. Truly could not have been happier that I hired Hitched!

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing! As a wedding photographer for 20 years, I've worked with a wide range of vendors. The Hitched in KC team is one of the best you can get! I got the honor to work alongside Lisa & Breanne for a wedding day and they knocked it out of the park. Prior to the wedding day, they were great at communicating all the pertinent details to all the vendors involved and respected the input from everyone involved to make the couple's vision come together. On the wedding day itself, they were happy, joyful, punctual, professional, and made sure all the vendors had what they needed, when they needed it. Working behind the scenes to make sure the couple had the perfect day they dreamed of. Don't hesitate to choose this team, they will help you on your wedding day in ways you don't even know you needed help!

Fantastic experience: There aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how incredible our experience was using Hitched (and having Breanne!) as our Wedding "Day-Of" Coordinator. Bree is so good at what she does - organized, incredibly seasoned, considerate, logical, a therapist when I needed it (reminding us of the bigger picture, of why we're here)... She's able to sense emotions & needs in her soon-to-be-married couples, and then to properly navigate situations and communicate with intention. "Day-of" Coordination isn't really a thing - they are more involved than just the "day-of", and I honestly wish I had her for more. Worth every penny. She knew so much about my venue, about many of the vendors we were working with, provided recs on ones we hadn't found yet, as well as recs on everything from napkin folds to meticulous day-of timeline decisions. She was the best vibe to have around on EVERY phone call, and most importantly, on the big day. And something many people don't tell you? Wedding Planners who are well known in the local market have more pull with vendors than the bride and groom - the B&G are one-time customers, the planner? Is not. So having one is HUGELY helpful in making it happen USE HITCHED IN KC for any of the services they offer - you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend the wonderful people at Hitched enough! Lisa made the entire wedding process so seamless and relatively stress free. We were planning our wedding in Kansas City from out of town so it was extremely helpful to have Lisa in our corner when choosing venue and vendors. Lisa was extremely helpful with the entire process but one part I was super thankful for, was her help the few weeks leading up to the wedding. She accompanied us with every final vendor meeting and knew every detail vendors needed, making our jobs easy! She also sent out a newsletter to our bridal party detailing timeline of the weekend which was very helpful. My husband and I have said many times the best thing we did during wedding planning season was to get a planner. Lisa was worth every penny and more!

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Brittany and Lisa for an intimate wedding where we activated our pop-up Boba Bar. While we worked together as vendor and planner, what I observed completely blew me away. Their level of Client and Guest was unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed from a wedding planning team. Even though we were engaged only a couple of weeks prior to the wedding, Brittany did a fabulous job of bringing us up to speed. She was super responsive and communicative to our MANY questions, and made sure we were set up for success on the ground. Fantastic experience: There wasn't a single aspect of our wedding planning process that Brittany wasn't involved in. She was everything and more I could've ever hoped for in a planner and just all around support system; from the texts, phone calls, Zoom meetings, coordinating with everyone, she was part of it all. As the Mother of the Bride, I was able to sit back and enjoy the entire day of our daughter’s wedding, all thanks to Laura. She even gave special attention to my elderly parents. She worked above and beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of having Bree + the Hitched team for my wedding at Hotel Kansas City this past weekend. Bree & the team were worth every penny. I interviewed a handful of day of coordinators and decided on Bree for the following reasons: - Bree was thorough in her explanation of how the process would work. She did make ever make me feel like I was asking a "dumb" question (there was definitely other planners who did seem annoyed by my detailed questions - Bree never once was). - Bree is clearly experienced - I could immediately tell Bree is kind, warm, and calm. Exactly what you need for your day of go-to person. - Reasonable pricing What I noticed during the process: - Bree knows how to perfectly balance between supporting anything you want vs giving advice. She does not push you to do things a specific way however is always there to give advice on things that I would have totally missed if it wasn't for her. - Bree was very communicative, positive, and encouraging. Very easy to get a hold of. I had other planners in interviews who were very strict about not answering questions during the process but Bree helped answer quick Qs when needed. - Bree curated a perfect Timeline. I would never have been able to pull that off on my own. - Bree made incredible vendor recs. Every vendor rec was perfect. - Bree had great tools to help you plan (if you are using her as a "day of" instead of full blown). These tools were crucial as a guide in my planning process. She also has a "final day of" planner that hits on every detail you could have missed on your own. Day of: - Everything went absolutely seamlessly. - Bree helped make me feel calm and she was a cheerleader all day. She is so genuine and her team has it TOGETHER! So incredibly lucky to have gotten to work with Bree and her team. Do yourself a favor and use Bree. I can't imagine how different my experience would be if I didn't (and this is coming from someone who is already very much a natural type A planner!)

I originally did not think we needed a planner/coordinator, but now I would recommend having a day of coordinator to anyone getting married! Fantastic experience: Worth every penny and then some! Wow, I really can't say enough about Hitched. I had the privilege to work with Breanne as our planner and to say she crushed it would be an understatement. From my very first consultation with her I already felt taken care of an we hadn't even officially started working together. My original assigned planner ended up taking a different job opportunity but Bre jumped right in to replace her and it was seamless! We had a Catholic ceremony and an American/Nigerian reception and the day simply would not have happened without her. Can't recommend the whole Hitched team enough!!

Fantastic experience: We booked Brittany G with Hitched as our day-of coordinator for our wedding day and all we can say is.. the wedding day literally would not have been possible without her. We had a guest count of 280+ and our reception venue was pretty big, so we needed to make sure we had a planner that could take on the challenge - Brittany did not disappoint. She actually killed it. She showed up early and left late. She was so extremely helpful the entire day, thinking of things to do or that I'd need that I would have never thought of myself. She was by my side basically the whole day, making sure I was taken care of as well as ensuring we kept to a tight schedule. Brittany was kind, organized, timely, and quick-thinking in many situations. I had multiple family members and guests come up to me after the wedding to tell me that they noticed how amazing she was and keeping the wedding moving and organized. It was 100% worth the money paying for a wedding planner (even though it was just for day-of) for peace of mind and so that we could simply just focus on enjoying our special day together!

Brittany was our our Day of Coordinator and was incredibly helpful during the whole wedding planning process especially the month leading up to the big day. On the actual wedding day she managed the timeline so well, coordinated with other vendors seamlessly, and handled any unexpected situations along the way with such ease. Her calm and friendly yet professional demeanor is exactly what we needed to make our day go as smoothly as it did. I was so impressed how well she managed things behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy our day. Fantastic experience: I did so much research and ended up meeting with 3 different planners/coordinators in the KC area. The stars aligned and we were ultimately blessed with Breanne as our wedding coordinator for our May 2024 wedding. In only 3 or 4 meetings total (one more than we technically paid for because Breanne so graciously offered an extra phone call meeting right before our wedding to ensure we were comfy with our checklist) Breanne narrowed everything down for us and helped us with all the finer details you don’t necessarily know or think about before your big day. We got the big things under control and then she came to us with ALL the insider knowledge. Things like “sharpie pens for your guest book? That’s great! Did you test them to make sure they are not going to smear on the guestbook pages?” UM, NO I DIDNT. AND THAT WOULD HAVE SUCKED. They did smear and take forever to dry btw; I had to order fine point instead. ALSO- I had a mirror for my seating chart, Brianne recommended I get little plastic pieces to go under to ensure it didn’t slip and fall since we were planning to lean it against a wall. Lastly, Breanne took the time to get to know some family dynamics and ensure everything within those family dynamics ran smoothly. Who thinks about these things? Not me. Breanne did! Prior to the actual wedding week, we also discussed “ what we would do if” type situations such as running out of alcohol etc. that was basically to ensure that on the off chance it happened, she knew how to handle the situation without involving us on the day of. I appreciated knowing she would handle these situations in the same way WE would do it ourselves, without needing to pull us from our family and friends. On the actual day of, Breanne was a beaming ray of sunshine constantly blasting everyone with joy and good energy throughout the morning. While we were taking photos, she whipped out a bejeweled set of white sunglasses for me to wear for photos- I mean she is PREPARED. When we arrived at the venue we realized we had no idea what to do with our extra cans on the bus- she said don’t worry about it I got it. IF there was any other issue I didn’t even know about it because she handled it on the sidelines in seconds. Things happen, and she handled it all with Grace. ( I literally had a bridesmaid pass out from the heat right after our ceremony and she was there in seconds to take over and assist.) I cannot say enough great things about Breanne and Hitched in KC. They truly made our day flow so perfectly and it was absolutely seamless. Booking them was one of the best things I did throughout the very stressful wedding planning process. I am forever grateful. Breanne, girlie, you killed it.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I worked with Breanne, Eddie, and after he left the company, Lisa and her assistant Jess. Despite the mid-planning handoff everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and professional and took a lot of stress out of the process. In the weeks leading up and the day itself, Lisa was invaluable not only in terms of the logistics of making the day run smoothly , but in her emotional support even as a minor health issue occurred later in the evening. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Hitched sooner!

Hailey was so helpful in helping plan EVERYTHING including but not limited to location, dress, bridesmaid dresses, catering, drinks, reception, DJ, and PLENTY more behind the scenes. She perfectly balances a laid back, roll with anything attitude while also staying on top of every detail and commanding any situation. I really don't know if we would've made it through without her and her assistant coordinator Devita. They were so lovely we even had other vendors and guests complimenting their great work. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: If you want to have the happiest day of your life on your wedding day, then congratulations: you’ve found the magic pill that will make that happen AND relieve you of a whole lot of stress in the weeks and months leading up to it. I’ll provide my supporting evidence below, but if you’re counting up the rave reviews, consider this the ravest for Hitched. Book. Them. Right. Now. We got married in September 2023 and Kristin was our Hitched day-of-coordinator. Hailey made us an INCREDIBLE wedding mood board, and of course Bree was an excellent resource of information and advice from the beginning. We are not local and they all made it easy and seamless to have flexible remote meeting times that fit with our schedule. Since booking Hitched, we had peace of mind every single day that we knew exactly what was checked off and taken care of, as well as what still needed to be done and when. They made us feel like they had our back every step of the way. We expected the month before the wedding to be tense and stressful, but Kristin and the team took this load entirely off of us. Kristin just truly *understands* how a party should roll out, and she picked perfectly precise times for BOTH our private dinner away from the crowd AND our ultimate rockstar moment on stage with the band. She will keep your wedding day running on-time and smoothly, and can also curate pure FUN. Our whole wedding party absolutely loved her. Most of all, Hitched made this whole process about us. For every specific idea that I was nervous to bring up (because maybe it was somewhat untraditional or unrealistic), not only did Kristin and the Hitched team take every idea seriously, they made it their shared goal to make them a reality. For every aspect of our day we weren’t sure about and just had some vague thoughts and ideas for what the “vibe” should be, Kristin and Bree had the BEST customized recommendations for us that ended up being exactly what we were hoping for. You may not know exactly what you’re thinking or how to pull it off, but somehow Hitched does! This was easily the most valuable part of our wedding planning process, and our wedding day turned out to be a dream come true. Book them while you can!

They have a stellar staff and we knew we needed to hire them from the moment we met with Breanne during our first consultation meeting. Fantastic experience: I've been a wedding photographer in KC for over 15 years. One of the biggest variables in having an enjoyable and stress-free wedding is a great wedding planner. Hitched is it. Every single one of their planners is so focused on executing the vision of the couple while also tackling the stuff that comes up throughout the day without adding stress. I have had so many couples talk about how Breanne or Hailey have become their friends and they are dreading the end of their wedding because they won't have a reason to talk all the time anymore. For me as a photographer the most helpful part of a planner is their ability to assist and elevate the experience without making it about themselves. Some planners seem to think the day is really about them, not Hitched. They know when to step in and take charge and when to step back and give the reigns to the other wedding the couple has brought on board. I unequivocally recommend Hitched to every single one of my couples. And if I could find a way to require my couples to hire them, I would!

Fantastic experience: I interviewed 3 planners in Kansas City and the first two said that my vision was not possible in Kansas City. When I interviewed Bree she said, "love it, let's do it!" As an event planner myself, I knew the one thing that was a non-negotiable for me for my wedding day was having a wedding planner that would take the stress off of me and that I trusted to execute without needing to spend all my time and energy on it! Hitched Planning + Design was HANDS DOWN the best investment that we made for our wedding. Breanne is my queen, I tear up thinking about how wonderful she is. She made the planning process seamless and smooth and she perfectly executed our PERFECT day on the day-off. I could go on and on and on about how wonderful she is but it's not just her, her whole team is fab! Brittany planned our rehearsal / welcome reception and is wonderful as well. Fantastic experience: If there is one thing I could recommend for your wedding day- GET A PLANNER! Hailey was our day of coordinator, and she went above and beyond. She and her assistant Kristen were always two steps ahead of us and made my day go so smoothly. If anything did go wrong, I have no idea about it! There was not a moment in my day where I felt stressed or overwhelmed - I was able to genuinely enjoy my day and take it all in. Hailey is kind and personable, but also advocated for me (I’m a very passive person and sometimes needed someone to put their foot down for me) and was SO organized. As I walked around tables at my reception, I made sure to tell all of my future brides that they need her number. I would recommend Hitched in KC to every bride! You don’t know what you don’t know, and we would have been lost without Kristen and her.
