Negative experience: The worst coordinator ever, rude, and insensitive. Marriage should be a happy event, she made very stressful. This lady needs a personality adjustment. Go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I got married in this space in October. It was perfection. A special space for our immediate family to gather and hear us exchange vows. We loved everything about the space and working with Stacey. It was even more special because our wedding date coincided with Stacey's parents' wedding anniversary, and we took pictures near her mother's dress. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful, intimate venue. Parking - Philly street parking and a parking lot. Surprisingly no one had trouble finding a parking spot.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Open House. I already booked my Wedding. I wanted to see the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel in person. I feel in love as soon as I walked thru the door. The Owner Stacy was lovely. She asked all my questions. I toured the Chapel. Everything was breathtaking. Very large also. I'm so happy that I will be getting married here.

From our initial phone conversation with Stacy to the conclusion of the ceremony Stacy was absolutely incredible and has a great attention to detail. Stacy thank you for everything ❤️.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I renewed our vows for our 20th anniversery, it was a surprise for my wife. Stacey the owner, went truly above and beyond for us. It was pouring rain when we arrived and my wife was blindfolded, Stacey came out with an umbrella to take my wife by the hand and guide her into the chapel. It was an elegant space and the perfect way to celebrate our 20 years together. The prices are very reasonable, the customer service is superb. The only downside is that I'd highly recommend seeing the parking situation before your big day and plan accordingly, since there aren't many spaces directly in front of the chapel itself (there is a parking lot onsite, but further away in the back). Thanks for making this occasion a once in a lifetime memory!!!!

Even though we had a small wedding the officiant was so kind to us and actually encouraged us to do the ceremony despite the lack of people and it was the best experience of my life. Alongside that the wedding venue was absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend this being your first choice of venue.

Fantastic experience: Stacey is so friendly, professional and welcoming!! We just had our wedding last Jan.30! We arrived more than 15mins and she let us in a few mins early because it was so cold! The place was decorated nicely and beautifully! I was so nervous and panicking because it was my first time getting married but her soothing voice and friendly Voice made me calm and collected! For anyone planning to get married I recommend going here and letting Stacey marry you!!! Thank you again Stacey for officiating our marriage!

Prop service, the consultation that the young lady gay to call her today. Still the same open arm charisma of congratulations and keep it up. Fantastic experience: We had the joy of attending a wedding here today. Everything was perfect. The venue is bigger than we thought. The officiant did an excellent job. We couldn’t have been happier.

Negative experience: The owner was rude from start to finish. We had trouble finding the place and when I just inquired to the location as I was already there, we were met with an attitude. When we did get there we had had to wait in the cold and she treated us like we were inconveniencing her. my husband asked the owner if she is an officiant, she responded yes with an attitude. When I took my pictures, I wasn't even accommodated and I am disabled. When I finally did the review, she calls me in the middle of my honeymoon to reprimand me about my review and proceeds to act like she wasn't going to turn in my marriage certificate. The prices you charge are not worth the meanness we had to endure. You should find another line of business and not ruin people's special day!!!DO NOT COME HERE, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Fantastic experience: My fiancé Lee and I were married at The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel on 3/30/24 at 3:30pm and it was GORGEOUS! The venue is perfect for a small intimate wedding ceremony and Stacey and her staff are on the ball. Everyone who attended including the bride and groom were elated with the service. If you are planning a micro wedding then you MUST use The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel!

Positive experience: Me and my wife got married this Saturday at the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel, this place is beautiful, it feels homey, warm and is nicely decorated. The only down side of me and my wife’s experience at this chapel was with the coordinator from this location, our wedding was from 12-1pm. Yes we were told to arrive 15 min prior “to fill out paperwork” we were unfortunately running a little late and arrived approx at 12:05pm, some family members arrived before we did and the coordinator from this chapel rudely told my family members we were supposed to be there by 11:45am and that Saturday's are her busiest day. Anyway, everything felt super rushed. I was truly disappointed, I paid a good amount of money to have that location for an hour, and to feel rushed even tho we were well in our time frame was very upsetting. Everyone felt it was unprofessional on behalf of the coordinator of this chapel.

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. We got married on April 14th and Stacey (the owner) was phenomenal. Her customer service is top notch as she answered all of my questions via email as well as phone. She thoroughly explained everything that was to take place during our ceremony, and what was included in our package. The atmosphere was sheer elegance. We loved the fully decorated wedding venue as it was one less thing to plan. It was the perfect accommodation for our intimate ceremony, and had enough time built in for our pictures. We were even allowed to use our own Pastor to officiate the ceremony which made it more special. Our guests thought she did an excellent job coordinating the day and asked how we found her. Reviews are important and I want to make sure others know about this well-run business. Lastly, we really appreciated Stacey taking the time to explain how to properly file for the marriage certificate because the documentation from City Hall was confusing. We highly recommend The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel!!!

Less stress for all, so we could fully enjoy the ambience and how the "Chapel" made it a special day! The officiant, assistant, and photographer were professional and reassuring throughout the entire process! I would recommend anyone considering a wedding venue to book here!!

Fantastic experience: We were absolutely, positively in good hands with Stacey Thomas and the Philadelphia Wedding Chapel. Throughout COVID, she was in constant communication with us about safety precautions and what the ceremony would look like once they reopened. Looking back, I don't think I would've gotten married anywhere else. While COVID may change how many people can attend, it's the heart and soul of those who show up and help you along the way that make the day special and Ms. Stacey definitely has that. 13/10 - would definitely recommend to anyone getting married in Philadelphia during or post-COVID.

Fantastic experience: I loved attending my sister’s ceremony at this chapel! The space was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of seating for all her guests. The cake and finger food was great and included a champagne toast for my sister and her groom! The officiant was very professional and spoke nothing but positivity over my sister’s union. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be recommending them to my friends in the future!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful! Parking is a little tight so if you're arriving with guests who aren't able to walk long distances, you may want to drop them off close to the door. There's a ramp for those who can't do steps. The inside is tastefully decorated. There's a lovely little room for the bride to await the ceremony. Very intimate space for a small ceremony. The coordinators are very accommodating and friendly.

Fantastic experience: First off I would like to truly thank Ms. Stacy and her staff they did and amazing job yesterday 8/17/2019. You want to get married this is the place to go. So we was there from 6:00pm to 8:00 a party guess of 40 and it was fun felt special Ms.Stacy and her staff was very officiant and treated my guest and I with care it’s was so beautiful that I couldn’t even cry I was so amazed how the lighting was the decor and the hors d’oeuvres and wedding cake and shuts how everything was set up. We all had a blast pictures was on point music was on point everyone was on point. So The Philadelphia Wedding Chapel deserves a 10+ they have a A in my book.
