Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Emily enough! We got married in December at City Flats, and Emily made the entire day feel effortless and stress-free for both my husband and me. She was incredibly organized and always one step ahead. We had a 200-person wedding, and Emily handled every detail, making the day seamless, which would not have been possible without her! Emily helped run and pick up various items the morning of the wedding, and did everything she could to ensure I didn't have to lift a finger the entire day! If anything did go wrong, I had no idea because of how smoothly Emily and her team ran the day and night! I would recommend Emily to everyone, we truly couldn't imagine our wedding day without her!

Fantastic experience: Hiring Emma from The Best Day Details was truly one of the greatest decisions we made for our wedding. Everything went smoothly — and on the off‑chance anything did go wrong, she handled it so well that I never knew a thing. Emma and her mom went above and beyond for us, even coming to the venue a day early to help with setup and make sure they fully understood our vision. Their support, care, and hard work meant the world to us. Honestly, the end‑of‑night clean‑up alone was worth every penny! Emma is incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely invested in making your day everything you dreamed of. She was my best friend’s coordinator a couple of years before our wedding, and after working with her again, I can confidently say I now consider her a friend too. Our venue was… let’s just say a bit of a hot mess (not going into details because the day itself was amazing!), but Emma handled every challenge like an absolute champ. She advocated for me not only throughout the wedding weekend, but even in our battles afterwards and I will always be grateful for how much she had my back. If you’re looking for someone who will go all‑in for you, keep everything calm and organized, and make sure your day is truly seamless, yes!!!!!!! — I would recommend Emma a thousand times over. She’s exceptional at what she does and just a wonderful human to have by your side.

Negative experience: We chose Kelli, and paid extra for a helper, and our expectations were still not even close to met. They were both very nice but even with two of them, they were not able to handle the decor finishing touches (we did the bulk of the work), ceremony timing, interpersonal accommodations, etc properly for our day. Despite many detailed meetings, printed checklists and schedules, and all of our decor being boxed individually per placement with inventory cards, so very many of the details were incomplete or incorrect. Even after we took our own time to do most of the work ourselves the day before so they wouldn’t have as much to do, AND the venue host was gracious enough to let her in early so she wouldn’t be crunched for time. We’re talking 9am entry when the ceremony was after 4pm. I would outline the issues in detail, but Google has given me a character limit that my full review exceeds. Feel free to reach out for my full review and photos if you’d like to see what was not handled correctly or if you suspect I’m just a bridezilla! My wedding was now almost 6mos ago, and I’ve waited to write this review on purpose so I could approach it more factually and less emotionally. Ultimately, no matter how clear you are and how well you organize and prepare for your big day, you really need to be okay with things not going to plan if you don’t do them yourself because they likely won’t, and it’s especially disappointing when you’ve paid someone thousands of dollars to be the point person on making sure that doesn’t happen.

Fantastic experience: Hiring my day of coordinator, Molly, at The Best Day Details was hands-down the best decision I made for this wedding. She was so detailed and helpful during the planning stages, but she really CRUSHED IT on the wedding day itself. She handled every with ease- from the preplanning, set up, to dealing with some unexpected things on the wedding day. Having her there for me allowed me to stay stress-free and focus on enjoying the moment. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. I highly recommend this company and Molly to any couple who is looking for assistance for your big day!!

In the week leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, Emily communicated with all of my vendors, which took so much stress off of me. Fantastic experience: If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. The Best Day Details LLC, and especially Shaely, were truly a key reason our wedding day was as smooth, calm, and joyful as it was. From the very beginning, Shaely took the time to deeply understand exactly what my husband and I wanted—how we wanted things done, when they needed to happen, and what mattered most to us. She was incredibly organized, communicative, and thoughtful every step of the way. She made sure we always knew what boxes needed to be checked and by when, which took so much stress off our shoulders during planning. On the wedding day itself, Shaely was invaluable. Even though she couldn’t control every vendor, she made sure everyone was aligned with our vision and priorities, and she handled things seamlessly behind the scenes. Because of her, we were able to truly be present and enjoy our day without worrying about timelines or logistics. I am endlessly grateful that Shaely was part of our wedding. I genuinely don’t think our day would have gone nearly as smoothly without her. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator—do it, and if you can, hire Shaely. She was worth every bit and more!

On our wedding day, she truly went above and beyond. She handled everything so we didn’t have to think about a single thing. From setting up to tearing everything down (including loading items into our cars), keeping the day on track, and even picking up coffee and lunch for us, she made the entire day stress-free. We cannot recommend Best Day Details enough, having Emily there made all the difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day.

Fantastic experience: Choosing Monica and The Best Day Details was seriously the best decision I have ever made. At first, I was a little apprehensive comparing their prices to other coordinators, but trusted my gut and I am SO happy I did. No one could compare to what Monica did for us day of. Our timeline was perfect, the reception was set up exactly how I had pictured it (I think I cried more seeing the reception than when I saw my husband), and the day ran SO smoothly. Not a thing went wrong the entire day. Monica was there for anything and everything I needed, a quick text and she was on it (or she was on it before I even knew). She picked up lunch, had our appetizers and drinks ready for cocktail hour, she cleaned my dress, bustled my dress, took our luggage to our suite, and so much more beyond just setting up the reception. Being a very type A bride I was nervous handing off my wedding to someone else, but truly, she did it better than I ever could have imagined and for that I am so thankful. Do not look for someone else or anywhere else, you will not regret booking The Best Day Details & Monica.

Fantastic experience: Megan and Lesley did an incredible job coordinating our wedding! We are so grateful for their support with reception setup, timeline execution, packing up decor at the end of the night, and making sure everyone was taken care of throughout the reception. We had a lot of moving pieces including military uniforms and swords, a separate ceremony location, and many out-of-town guests but Megan and Lesley made sure we didn’t have to think about a single detail all day. Fantastic experience: Hire a day-of coordinator from The Best Day Details—it will be the best investment of your entire wedding-planning process! Molly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident passing off all the instructions and logistics so that I could be fully present on our special day. She was SO on top of it on the day of (and the rehearsal the night before) that I had many friends/family come up to me saying how impressive she was. From our side, as entertainment, the day was organized, timelines were clear, and communication stayed smooth from pre-coordination through the last song. Sydney kept everything moving without any stress or chaos behind the scenes, which makes a huge difference for vendors and couples alike. If you’re looking for a planner who’s professional, prepared, and easy to collaborate with, she’s a great choice.

Fantastic experience: Without Emily and her team at The Best Day Details, I would have been stressed the whole day. My day went as perfect as can be because of her and not only did I see and feel that but so did my whole wedding party and even my guests. The amount of compliments I got all day about how amazing Emily and her team was really solidified hiring a day of coordinator. They made my reception space look more beautiful than I pictured and if anything went wrong I didnt even know about it. to my knowledge every single thing went as planned. She even overheard my bridesmaids at the church talking about door dashing a celsius to the venue and she had her team make a run for us so we had an energy pick me up after the ceremony. she checked on me and my bridal party throughout the day and nght to make sure we were on time, we ate, and had everything we needed/wanted. She even helped me pose out the window for my photographer, she kept my makeup touch up kit with herar all times. At one point my maid of honor was walking by and said "man I need a q-tip" and boom, Emily was handing her one out of her magic apron. I could go on and on about all of the amazing things they did for my wedding day. If you're on the fence about a day of coordinator, 1000% make the investment. Honestly, the best planning decision I made.

Fantastic experience: My friend highly recommend having a day of coordinator to have a stress free wedding day so I knew I needed one. Luckily for her she had a close family friend do it so I needed to search for one. I did a quick google search for day of coordinators in the Grand Rapids area and found The Best Day Details. The website was so easy to navigate and I got all the information I needed to know I wanted them to be my day of coordinator. I was given a list of coordinators who were available for our wedding date and after our first initial online meeting with Maggie, we knew she was the one and we didn't need to meet with anyone else. Maggie was super helpful! She answered all our questions and made sure we got things done before our next meeting. She truly shined on our wedding day! She kept everyone on schedule, finished last minute decorations and packed up everything! Which made us enjoy our wedding even more! She handled our catering issue with ease (something I didn't find out until the following day). That alone would have ruined our wedding day, so I'm glad she was there to handle that. She also has no problem telling guests to put their phone away with a smile on her face. I have video proof of this and it lives rent free in my head. The second sentence that comes out of our mouth after we find out someone recently got engaged is that they need a day of coordinator from The Best Day Details. Fantastic experience: Best Day Details should be named "The very best, made my wedding everything I wanted it to be and more! Day details" !!! Have nothing but good things to say about Emily and her team at Best Day! From the very beginning, they answered any and all questions I had and made the wedding planning experience run smoothly. I even told Kelli once that she was like a therapist for brides. I truly felt so comfortable talking with Kelli and Emily and they gained my full trust from the very beginning. As a bride, mom, and teacher, the stress level was HIGH, but they took all of my stress and concerns away. I highly recommend any bride who is looking for help to reach out to them because they really the the BEST.

Fantastic experience: Molly was probably the most important part of our wedding day! She and Deanna were on top of every little detail every step of the way. I had no idea what I was doing and just kept buying random decor with no idea how any of it was going to work in the space or even look when all put together. Molly made me feel so comfortable with all of my decisions and I was BLOWN AWAY by how she managed to bring my vision to life when I didn’t even know what vision I had. To this day I still don’t know if anything went wrong day-of because they were so on top of everything. Please please please do yourself a favor and let Molly and/or Deanna coordinate for you, I promise you will not regret it!!

She made the planning process chill, reasonable, and go in a way that implemented my requests while also making valuable suggestions to make the big day run smoothly! She was a BIG help coordinating all the little details and checking in with me throughout the wedding day itself to make sure everything was going to plan. She did an incredible job setting up the reception just how I had described to her as well as contacting all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Fantastic experience: My experience with The Best Day Details was phenomenal. I worked with Abby, she was very detail oriented & communicative. We had three virtual meetings leading up to my wedding which made me feel confident that everything would go smoothly on my wedding day. We discussed timeline (down to every 5 min) so everything would be on schedule. We also discussed where all of my decor was going, like ALL of it. I was not stressed at all on the day, which was wonderful. Abby took care of communicating with all my vendors & also set up a lot of my decor. She was by my side leading up to the ceremony & she was the last person I saw before I left at the end of the night. She even took pictures of my husband & I dancing at the very end of the night with our Polaroid camera; which was so special. Fantastic experience: Consider this a love letter to Sydney S. Words will NEVER be enough to convey all that she did for us and how she made our day come to life. Sydney thought of things before they were even on our radar and is the absolute BEST at what she does. Each time we met with her was a dream, and we breathed a sigh of relief for the days following. On the day of the wedding, there was an unexpected issue with like a hundred of our candles not fitting the vases we bought. We would have never been able to tell based on how beautiful and perfect everything turned out. I don't know what kind of magic runs through her blood, but Sydney is the best of the best. She took literally all of the stress off of our plates and made it possible for us to stay in the moment and enjoy our day to the fullest. I cannot recommend Sydney enough, seriously. She is our girl for life <3333

Fantastic experience: We hired Molly W. with The Best Day Details, and it truly was the best decision I made in the entire planning process. From the very beginning, she was willing (and did) go above and beyond to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. I had a mix of rental items and personal items, along with various signage materials. At our rehearsal dinner, Molly volunteered to load everything up so we wouldn’t have to take it to the venue the next morning, which was such a huge help! She ran everything on the day of completely by herself after her assistant became sick, and it was all spectacular. The planning, the timeline, even making sure I was always fed and had something to drink throughout the day; every little detail was thought of. Afterward, she made sure everything was packed up and even dropped items back off at our hotel for us. I can’t express how absolutely wonderful she is. Molly truly loves what she does, and it shines through in every aspect of her work. She’s at the very top of my list for vendor recommendations! I even texted her the next day to say how sad I was that I wouldn’t get to work with her anymore. My parents summed it up best: “This is the best money we’ve spent for this wedding.” 10/10 experience!

Fantastic experience: Working with Sydney and The Best Day Details was simply . . . the best. We did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and could simply be in and enjoy the moment. We had our ceremony and reception at two separate locations — which can be a logistical challenge for planning and decorating. But everything at both the ceremony location and the reception was stunning and so organized! It was amazing to get to the ceremony to see the chairs, bows, flowers, and string quartet all magically there. And it was so fun to walk into the reception and see everything so perfect! About two months before our wedding, I realized I needed a day-of coordinator because I was feeling so overwhelmed trying to organize everything on my own — and that’s when I met Abby, and everything changed. Personally working in events and having both my mother and sister be in the industry and being major planners themselves, we were highly selective and picky when choosing who to work with for my wedding day. Working with Giana is, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made in our planning process. My husband and I had the perfect day and that is because of Giana. The vision I had was exceeded in reality because of Giana’s attention to detail, professionalism, and all around joyful personality. Any “chaos” or behind the scenes hiccups were managed and then some. I had no idea there were any glitches, small or large, and truly enjoyed the perfect day with my now husband. Picking our settings was a breeze and our guests loved this edition to our day! We are so grateful to have celebrated our magical day as a Best Day Details couple. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful wedding day. I’m still swooning over every memory and photo. Giana, you’re simply the best!

Fantastic experience: Day of coordinators are the unsung heros of the wedding day. You just have no idea how much work they do until you host a wedding yourself! We had Hannah as our lead coordinator and she did a fantastic job. The initial meeting we had was truly so crucial, we created a timeline together and Hannah made many recommendations, as I had no idea what time things need to happen for a wedding to run smoothly! Hannah is so relaxed and chill, everything I added or changed (and I was making changes up until the last minute) she said, yep that works, I can do that. We had a somewhat unique wedding venue at a summer camp, which means we were feeding our guests breakfast, lunch, and putting on a welcome mingle all in addition to the typical ceremony and reception! I was blown away that they were able to set up and orchestrate all of these things perfectly. If you're debating hiring a day of coordinator.... just do it, you will not regret it. Best Day Details pricing is an INCREDIBLE value for all the work they put in. Hannah and her team brought our vision to life, and I cannot thank them enough! I'm seriously so grateful this service and this company exists!

Fantastic experience: Hi!!! My name is Lexi Hansen! And we had Giana as our wedding coordinator she was beyond what I could have EVER imagined and prayed for as a wedding coordinator! Fantastic experience: Monica with Best Day Details is either a mind reader or a fairy godmother. Or maybe she’s both. All I know is I never could have accomplished my DIY wedding without her. I am somehow both completely neurotic with my vision and also laid back and she navigated that perfectly, and I have no idea how because I can’t even do that very well. Sydney her assistant is quite possibly the sweetest person I’ve ever spoken to and was such a hyper girl as I waited to walk down the aisle. Simply put - these two were INDISPENSABLE to our wedding. They handled it all, from the meetings two years in advance, to my countless emails and texts and questions leading up to the big day, to my changes of mind, and changes of plans and crazy ideas- she navigated it all with such grace and joy. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator just do it. And if you don’t- let this review be forever the voice in your mind saying “I told you so” when you’re stressed and regretting it on your big day! Trust!

Fantastic experience: Hiring Maggie as our day-of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first meeting, she exuded calm, organization, and a genuine excitement for our day that immediately put me at ease. We had three meetings with her leading up to the wedding, and by the time the weekend arrived, I already felt reassured that everything was in the best hands possible. What I didn’t realize was just how much she would go above and beyond when it came time to face the unexpected. When our transportation fell through and a bus didn’t pick up half of our guests, I barely had time to process the situation before Maggie was already on the phone with the company, troubleshooting and laying out backup plans. She handled it with such confidence and grace that what could have been a wedding-day nightmare became a minor blip I hardly had to think about. And when unexpected storms rolled in on our wedding day, Maggie worked seamlessly with the venue staff to reconfigure the space, moving tables under the tent to expand the dance floor indoors, ensuring guests stayed comfortable, and turning what could have felt like a setback into something that actually elevated the celebration. But Maggie didn’t just manage logistics, she literally put herself on the line for us. At one point when our photo booth wall started to topple, she jumped in without hesitation, physically bracing it to keep guests safe. We had a fairly non traditional venue (a summer camp) so not a ton of on site options for anything and a lot of DIY - it felt like there was an impossible amount of stuff to do day of but Molly literally just kept saying "no problem we've got it!" And she sure did!!! Everything went PERFECTLY! we got to hang out with our friends and do fun camp activities all day before the wedding because we literally didn't have to worry about a thing - and then got to go straight to bed at the end of the night knowing everything was cleaned up and packed and ready to go home. Fantastic experience: I cannot say how grateful I am for our wedding coordinators, Hannah and Kayla. My family and I were truly able to be present and enjoy every moment of my wedding in June 2025. I could finally shut off the “wedding planning” switch in my brain and trust Hannah and Kayla to carry out my vision…and they did! They went above and beyond my expectations from start to end. Based on Hannah’s experiences and expertise, she asked me questions throughout the process to keep me on track and to make sure I thought through the details. The pre-wedding meetings and the wedding planning website were so helpful in creating a timeline and organizing all of the vendors and details (centerpieces, favors, escort card table, guest book, etc.) Hannah and Kayla are kind, genuine, professional and hardworking. They paid attention to every detail and worked with the venue and all the vendors to ensure that the day was seamless and stress-free. At the end of the night, my dad (who has very high expectations) could not stop talking about how helpful and caring Hannah and Kayla were. Just to give you an idea, here are a few things they did: led the rehearsal, set up 20 cakes (1 on each table), set up the escort cards, picked up lunch, arranged a golf cart for my 98 year old grandmother, fixed the straps on my stepdaughter’s dress, organized alphabetically the favors, moved flowers from the ceremony to the reception, got drinks and food for my husband and I, unpacked/packed back up boxes filled with the decor. It seems like most wedding venues have some type of event planner/manager. Those people are only there to enforce the venue rules, supervise their team, and run the event from the venue’s perspective. It is absolutely necessary to have a wedding coordinator to ensure your vision is cared for and implemented. Best Day Details will make sure that happens. Also, we used the photo booth from Best Day Details. It was such a hit! All of the kids…and adults had a blast taking pictures all night.

Fantastic experience: As an event planner myself, I knew there would be no way for me to truly enjoy and be present in our day if I did not hire a day of coorrdinator! When I first met with Abby in our intro call, I knew I wanted to work with her. Our planning meetings were very detailed and even when I didn't know all of what we would have/do, Abby took it and ran with it. She was great at the rehearsal (even when its difficult having a Catholic ceremony because their coordinators like to try to have no other opinions). She helped us truly enjoy our day and even my dad was super happy I hired her :) All in all, great experience. Marissa also helped Abby day of for set-up and tear down!

Fantastic experience: Before we booked with The Best Day Details, we knew that a day of coordinator was a must. What we didn’t realize was that there was so much more that was provided outside of just the “day of”. Access to emails 24/7 and also helping us with details I never would have thought of. We worked with Sydney for our Detroit wedding and boy, I cannot recommend her enough! She was very persistent on follow ups with vendors and making sure the timeline ran as smooth as possible. There were some hiccups, but what wedding doesn’t have those? Our first meeting with Monica a year before the wedding day and all our meetings throughout the year kept us on track, made for a great running document to adhere to as well as all the little things that she helped with our planning (i.e. what every you place out be sure to have it anchored because any little whiff of wind will blow it away). The day of the wedding they kept everything on time, set up the whole tent area with all our beautiful work and ensured all vendors were set up and activities flowed well. Emily was worth her weight in gold (and then some). On the day of the wedding, I cannot accurately capture how much Emily and Skye (her fantastic intern) did for us because they were everywhere. Our bridal party and families loved having Kasey and her assistant to help us throughout the day, and they were our saving grace for setting up! Our venue only allowed a short set up period but you would have never known by seeing how phenomenal the reception vision came together. Everything she did for us truly took a weight off our shoulders and allowed us to be present and ENJOY in the biggest day of our lives. Fantastic experience: Working with The Best Day Details and Molly was one of the best wedding decisions we made while wedding planning. Molly was incredible to work with and so easy to talk to. She asked great questions to help figure out how we wanted the day to run and what we were most excited for. She helped with last minute changes the day of, direct family members, and communicated with other vendors. She was a great contact person and day of coordinator as she knew our vision and wishes for the day. Fantastic experience: Hannah did an amazing job at our "backyard" outdoor wedding! Without a venue and specific order of operations, small details can be forgotten - but she answered all of my detail oriented questions and made sure we remembered small things like trash bags and "dumping" stations. I needed someone who was calm, cool, and collected and she was just that! I trusted her fully with the entire day and cannot recommend Best Day Details enough. Truly an amazing group of woman who want the absolute best for you!

Fantastic experience: The Best Day was awesome! Emily connected us to our coordinator, Abby, who was incredible. Knowing she had our backs made the whole day less stressful. Abby was so kind, knowledgeable, positive, and energetic. She was prepared for anything--She literally busted out a sewing kit when my dress strap broke and sewed it back together right there on the spot. I am so grateful for all her hard work. I can't recommend The Best Day enough, especially Abby.

Fantastic experience: I cannot possibly recommend The Best Day Details and Emily specifically more highly. Emily is the reason we had a perfect wedding day. Even though it rained ridiculously hard she made it all work. I was hesitant to planning a wedding in Michigan when I live in California because I have no contacts in that area. I was also hesitant in having just a "day of" coordinator. I would disagree with that title. While Emily and her company are technically "day of", they really helped me plan the whole wedding (albeit mine was smaller--only 45 people). The several calls to get organized and the software that they utilize and share are invaluable and helped make the process not only smooth but enjoyable. Emily has an incredible personality. I was in awe at her running this thriving company while also coordinating and working at the weddings (and oh yes with a growing family!!). She is extremely hardworking, conscientious and smart. She is friendly and understanding and a joy to be around. She truly loves what she does and it shows. When the storm hit our venue just after our outdoor ceremony concluded and our guests were cocktailing in the "monsoon", she and her team whisked everyone into a dry area and then reset the entire reception in a covered area in less than 45 minutes. It was miraculous! Since she had the confidence to make it happen and a smile on her face, it made me enjoy the chaos and relax. Our new indoor venue looked gorgeous and the double rainbow came out to confirm that all was well in the world. Meanwhile Emily, soaking wet, was smiling ear to ear as she watched from the sidelines making sure we had the perfect wedding. Just for fun I will share a quote from a friend who heard it rained on our wedding day: "the wettest knots are the hardest to untie". If you have the chance to hire Emily or anyone on her staff you are crazy not to do so!

Fantastic experience: Everyone needs a Molly on their wedding day! From running the rehearsal run through, to setting up all the decor, to making sure everyone is where they need to be, Molly did it all. She listened to our vision and made it come true. The morning of the wedding I was able to sit back and enjoy getting ready with my friends while everything was set up perfectly! The whole day went off exactly how I had envisioned and Molly was the reason. At the end of the night I was able to get on the shuttle and enjoy our night without stressing about clean up. 100% recommend!!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is not enough to give Best Day Details. Where do I even begin?! Emily, Abbey, and Anna seriously put the best in Best Day Details. I could not have done my wedding without them, and don't know how other people do it without them. If you are looking for a coordinator these are your people!! From the beginning Emily was so easy to communicate with and helpful. There were so many details I had not even thought of that Emily helped my husband and I figure out. She is kind, funny, patient, personable, the list goes on. Any issue that came up Emily was on top of and solved it before I even knew it was an issue. My family is still talking about how amazing she is. Abbey is also the sweetest ever! She wants your day to be perfect and will do just about anything to make sure it is! She is calm, collected, organized, and was such a blessing to have on our wedding day. Emily, Abbey, and Anna set up our decor flawlessly and executed it exactly how I had in my head. The clean up process was even better. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding and never once worried about the decor getting put out/collected or the venue being cleaned properly at the end of the night. Emily, Abbey, and Best Day Details truly was the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Working with Deanna at Best Day was a huge help! She and her team helped flipped our ceremony to the reception as well as tear down the decor and put all of it in our cars giving us such an easy end to the night. All the decorations looked amazing and exactly what we talked about. She was so nice and professional. By the end of the night I felt like I had known her so much longer than just a few days. I would highly recommend her and this business for your wedding coordination and decor needs!

Fantastic experience: Emily, along with her assistants Deanna and Kelsey coordinated our wedding day, and they did a FANTASTIC job! They were working hard all day! They set up all my decor and brought my vision to life! They cleaned everything up at the end of the night so my family and friends didn’t have to lift a finger; they could just enjoy the day along with us. They allowed my husband and I to have a private moment together and eat some appetizers and have some drinks, and boy did they do a great job at guarding the door and making sure no one came to talk to us. My husband felt like we had personal bodyguards. They orchestrated so many small details throughout the day that I wasn’t even aware of. The day was so smooth because of them! Definitely hire a wedding coordinator from The Best Day Details to take away your stress!

Fantastic experience: Hiring a Day of Coordinator (Molly) from the Best Day Details was easily the best investment we made for our wedding. Our day wouldn’t have unfolded so beautifully if it weren’t for Molly!!! She created and executed our ENTIRE timeline which took SO much stress & pressure off of my shoulders! I literally didn’t leave the Bridal Suite nor did I answer one question ONCE all morning… It was so special to be able to be fully present with my girls as we got ready for the day Her and her assistant did all the set up and tear down of our decor for both ceremony and reception so that our families and friends could just enjoy instead of work our wedding! They made sure EVERYTHING ran smoothly start to finish!! I also want to mention that she was so helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding; willing to answer my questions, make any edits to my vision, and she also reached out to every vendor to confirm they’d be there. Fantastic experience: Our wedding truly would not have been the same without Best Day Details. Emily, the owner, responded right away and was very professional. Our coordinator, Maggie, made our dream wedding day a reality. Since our first meeting, Maggie was personable, organized, responsive, and made sure she really understood our vision for our wedding. When it rained (pretty much the whole day) on our wedding day, Maggie knew how excited we were to have our ceremony outside as planned. She checked in with me to always make sure I was ok, even just to offer a hug. She continuously checked the weather radar, coordinated with our venue, and made our dream come true. Fantastic experience: I am not sure I can properly express how incredibly grateful my husband and I are that we decided to not only hire a wedding coordinator for our day, but specifically Molly. She was without a doubt the backbone of our day. From the first meeting with Molly we knew she loved what she did and was genuinely excited for the opportunity to help us make our wedding day everything we had hoped for.
