Leydis and Raquel were always making sure my husband and I were taken care of and that everything was running smoothly. Raquel made my wedding look like a dream and Leydis was the perfect day of coordinator! Everyone had something nice to say about this team and I am forever grateful ..thank you so much!

Everything from start to finish was perfect and just how I imagined. This time my mother used their services for her wedding based on my recommendation and I was reminded just how amazing they are. Raquel and Jose Salcedo, as well as the staff, are professional yet personable and friendly. They provided catering, staff, music and assisted me in the overall organization of my baby shower at Douglas Entrance Ballroom. Their attention to detail was stupendous which enabled me to be able to enjoy this special event in my life with my family and friends. The food was delicious and all of my guests raved about it. I would definitely recommend them for all of your event needs.

They didn't just do what we contracted them to do, they went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect and that we were having fun with our guests rather and worrying about the details. Experiencia fantástica: I feel like I got a lot more than I paid for! My wedding was in October 2012, I live in OK, I did not meet Jose and Raquel until an hour before my wedding. I took a huge risk not being able to see their work first hand, not being able to sample the food prior. I selected Exquisite Productions based on the reviews I read all over the internet and believe me, I read countless reviews of every catering company I contacted. I even made a chart with pros and cons and by far, they were it. I called maybe 7 caterers but I felt most comfortable with these guys. They were always available for me, they promptly responded to my emails and always answered my calls. Jose was upfront and offered tons of advice, needless to say, I placed my complete trust in them. Fast forward to my wedding day and I was blown away by how organized and how efficient they were. I wasted so much time planning how I wanted things to happen and when, but now thinking back, its all a blur, I don't even know how some things happened, I just know they happened and Raquel was responsible for it all. My florist keeps going on and on about how wonderful Exquisite Productions was to work with, he talks about how ingenious she is, he had a little problem, she had an idea, got on her radio and within seconds she got what she needed. This happened not once, not twice, but every time he needed something. I experienced it as well, she made sure I had nothing to do, nothing to think about, all I had to do is relax and enjoy my day. I had some decorations I wanted to add to the tables, they took them and went to work with them, everything was just beautiful. I thought I only hired a caterer, now I know I hired an event planner, caterer, entertainer, big sister, fire person everything in one! I thank God for the catering team of Exquisite Productions, the food was delicious, the ambiance was fantastic, I had a marvelous time. Thanks! The Sees
