Experiencia fantástica: Imagine, showing up at our High School reunion event, and everything was done, on time and beautiful ! It may have been one of her smaller events, but Mary Ellen puts herself into everything she creates ! There were some behind the scenes, of family that helped out, to make it seamless. This is just another event, where her husband Thomas, supports her unconditionally . If you have seen them work together, there is a sense of quite love and devotion. But then again, this is the core of my friend I have admired for over 40 years.

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Madeline for partial planning of our wedding and she went above and beyond our expectations to help make our dream wedding a reality! Madeline was dedicated, detailed and confident. She offered great solutions to our problems, helped keep us on track and met with us regularly to make sure that we were all set. Madeline's use of Aisle Planner truly kept us organized. When we had issues (as every wedding does) with vendors or availability or venue restraints, Madeline was supportive and offered great alternatives. Madeline truly has her finger on the pulse of event planning, she recommended two vendors to us (rentals and makeup) and they were honestly just the absolute best referrals, we ended up engaging both of them and were so happy she introduced us to them. When the time came, Madeline and Thomas were on site for multiple days helping us get set up and organized. When our day called for thunderstorms during the ceremony, Madeline helped brainstorm contingency plans. She even made us a champagne tower when the venue refused to stack the glasses. All in all, Madeline is a fantastic asset to any couple planning a wedding. She is supportive in all the right ways and offers thoughtful and helpful guidance while allowing the couple to lead the way. Madeline was a key component in making the wedding of our dreams and we could not have done it without her! We'd absolutely recommend her to anyone and hope to find a way to engage her in the future. We consider her more than just a planner, throughout our time working together she became a friend!

Experiencia fantástica: We had the pleasure to work with Madeline as our coordinator and we truly cannot speak more highly of her. From the beginning, she was the most attentive, active listener. After our first consultation call, she wrote up a proposal that contained small details spoke about that which I even forgot about, and is why we hired her in the first place. Fast forward to planning, she was great to work with and was so easy going. I couldn't have asked for anything better. On our wedding day, I felt like I only saw her for the most important moments that needed direction. This was amazing to me because I knew she was working so hard in the background, but also I knew and trusted everything was taken care of. There wasn't a single moment I regret or wish more from our wedding day and that is all due to Madeline and Thomas. I would hire Madeline again in a heartbeat. She was so on top of everything that needed to be done without being intrusive of our wedding day. On top of that, she was the sweetest and most caring. She made sure everything that we wished was accomplished. It truly was the most perfect wedding day I could have ever imagined. The BIGGEST thank you and highest recommendation!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We hired Madeline to help with our out of town beach wedding in Oxnard CA in April 2023. We were impressed with her knowledge of the area and what was needed or not needed to make our beach wedding dreams come true! The beach she suggested worked out perfectly for us. She had connections with the best florist, minister and photographer as well. Our flowers were AMAZING! Our photographer and his assistant were incredible. Our minister was extra special and she made our ceremony personal and beautiful. I would highly recommend Madeline to help coordinate your wedding!

Madeline is consistent and available for any questions and will always do her research to answer anything she doesn't know. She gave excellent vendor recommendations, decoration suggestions, handled the logistics of timing, vendor contact and arrival/setup/teardown/etc. She supported me and my husband and our vision (Lord of the Rings!) for the wedding. I can't express enough how grateful I am that she was the wedding planner/coordinator for the most important and memorable day of my life! Experiencia fantástica: We used Madeline for our daughter's wedding. She's the best! She kept everything on track, from coordinating venders and vender payments to being super helpful on the day! She was there from beginning to end! She listened to what the couple wanted, and was very accommodating . We would definitely use her again! She's crafty, so everything looked so nice!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the most gorgeous weddings I have ever been to! The space was completely transformed into a Parisian fairyland (my description) and it was magical. Candles, delicate lighting, a wish tree! So many beautiful and thoughtful details to keep guests of all ages engaged and having fun. Madeline truly thought of EVERYTHING and made the day so warm and special. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Madeline helped me create my magical winter dreamscape wedding I had envisioned, and did it with so much care and attention to detail. Madeline and her team listened to everything I wanted, did everything I asked, and set up an idyllic space all with a calm attitude and happy disposition. I’m a control freak, so it was going to be hard for me to hand the reins over to someone else. But I knew I couldn’t do it myself on my wedding day - and they did not let me down! They followed every request I had, and when we walked into our space, it was truly a dream come true. Madeline and her team clearly care about personal touch and making every detail count. Experiencia fantástica: I loved how I Love you Maddly Wedding and events took care of my wedding. I got to experience working directly with the owner Madeline. She was profession, caring and treated me like family. She checked up on me, calmed my nerves and had everything under control. My favorite memory with Madeline was wedding dress shopping. My mom and I were overwhelmed by the whole experience. Madeline walked into the dress shop with a clipboard in hand ready to take on the day. She gave us great suggestions and advice honest opinion and cheered with my family when I picked the dress. She made my wedding so magical. And decorated my venue exactly how I pictured it.
