Experiencia negativa: They don’t even deserve one star. Tammy refused to refund me after I informed her the wedding got cancelled. I lost thousands of dollars in a “deposit” that apparently she cannot give back and will keep as credit whatever that means. I really warn you all to stay away. She’s dishonest and has no integrity. She’s been ignoring my calls for months. If there’s any chance that your wedding is delayed or cancelled for any reason, this place is not safe for you

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I both know without the great help of tammy we would of been so stressed for our wedding. She was so helpful made everything super easy, completely went above and beyond to help us visualize and get the right venders. We wish we would have got her from day 1 of planning. We highly recommend her and she had really great prices trust us we had alot of time to check prices around the bay

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE STAY AWAY! Ann's Bridal is the worst place to entrust your wedding memories. We got married in Aug 2016 and we decided to go with Ann's bridal for almost everything including decorations, video, cake… We have paid thousands of dollars on time, but we still do not have our wedding video in our hands. The sad part is that we had a two-day wedding ceremony and both days were recorded by Ann's bridal. Ann is so quick to charge and so dishonest with her services. I cannot believe how Ann's Bridal have done us wrong at our special day. We have provided what was requested in order to produce our wedding video. Few months after our wedding, we delivered to Tammy pictures and invitation card in a flash card to be included in the final video. At Ann's Bridal, they also request customers to go over the master unedited copy and prepare a time log of the minutes that need to be excluded from the finished(edited) video. I went over the whole unedited video which took hours and put down the time log in a paper and handed it over to Tammy with the items listed above in a manila envelope. However, they denied that we gave them. Then later Tammy said she found documentation that she had received the packet. I still cringe on the thought that they might have lost the flash and the items we submitted. Per Ann’s request we also handed them a hard drive for them to give us the master copy of our second day video. Ann's Bridal not only did not provide a master edited copy of our wedding, they also have not hand us even unedited video of our second day wedding ceremony. We basically have no documented memory of our wedding day. The whole first and second year of our wedding we had chased Ann's by calling and going to her shop located at 414 E 12th st, Oakland CA several times. Most of these times we only met with Tammy. After a while Tammy told us that Ann had sold the business to her and she doesn’t know where and how to get hold of Ann. As far as we are concerned both Ann and Tammy are business partners. We have signed contract with “Ann Bridal” and paid the total fees. Ann was receiving our calls initially and promising she will give us our finalized wedding video; but then she stopped accepting our calls. We have been to Ann's Bridal and met with Tammy a million times to No avail. Tammy refused to take the responsibility and facilitate the communication in order to get hold of Ann or give us our video. Even though Ann's Bridal have destroyed the good memories and denied us the experience of watching our video on time, we will not stop doing everything we can in order to get our wedding video in our hands. But for anyone considering utilizing this company for their big day, learn from us and stay a thousand miles away. They are the worst business! Worst Experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Tammy did a fantastic job at decorating for my brother's wedding. The flower arrangements on the stage and table centerpieces were absolutely breathtaking. I had a great time planning with Tammy. She was very accommodating and listened to my requests which showed in her work that she paid attention to every detail. She is a very hard working women that delivered beyond our expectations. She works with your budget and is affordable. I definately would recommend Ann’s bridal to anyone getting married!

Experiencia fantástica: I believe I found the best value for my wedding decorations, and suit here at Ann’s bridal. They did fantastic work to have the wedding hall look outstanding with delicate decor and soft and beautiful colors. I had a great time planning with Tammy, she listened and understood what I was asking and delivered with her hardworking team. Everything looked perfect, the flowers, decorations, my suit rental, in fact many had complemented me saying I was the best dressed groom they had seen. Tammy is hardworking and does an excellent job. I believe the experience can be better at Ann’s bridal with improved communication when negotiating and answering questions. I received my invoice late and payed unexpected tax after negotiating a total, and some texts went unanswered. I’m happy to choose Ann’s bridal, I received a beautiful flower to complement my rental. Everything was affordable, I definately would recommend Ann’s bridal to anyone getting married!

Experiencia fantástica: The lady at this shop really made me feel welcome here, beautiful and well-organized. Small, but superb layout and if you want something she does not have, just ask! Pictures help A LOT!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved working with them. They did all my flowers and decorations for my wedding. They had fresh flowers and beautiful ideas. They were on time and made great efforts for my busy wedding schedule.

Experiencia negativa: The photographer pushes spectators and family members around and very bossy and rude when taking pictures and mainly gets in the way from the filmers of the wedding. Highly not recommended.

Experiencia negativa: I came from Canada to attend my aunts wedding and I witnessed the most horrible people, who are only after your money. They treat you nice in the begging and after you pay them thousands of dollar, they ruinn your wedding, so people please be careful do not be a victim like my aunt who's wedding picture was taken by an amature photographer who does not know what he is doing on top of it they also brought a wrong color set of flowers which was totally different from what my aunt ordered. This is the kind of business place that should be Shut down in my opinion. You will be buying pain from this people so once again becareful.
