From the month leading up to the big day, she made everything feel so much less stressful and truly thought of every detail. She handled all the vendors seamlessly and kept everyone perfectly on schedule. On the wedding day itself, she ran everything flawlessly, from setting up all my décor to making sure I actually took time to eat. I honestly don’t think I could have gotten married without her. Haley has such an eye for detail and made the wedding planning process so easy and enjoyable for us. Her organization, ideas, professionalism, and experience truly set her apart. I don't think one fully understands just how much detail and decisions go into planning a wedding, both big and small, but she was with us every step of the way. From recommending vendors, going with us to our caterer tasting, bringing our vision to life on our wedding day and everything in between. In addition to her professionalism she truly got to know us on a personal level outside of the vendor/client relationship. One thing that meant so much to us was her taking the time to be there with us for our civil ceremony in San Francisco, which was a few months before our wedding day. She didn't have to make the time to come out but it truly shows just how much she cares and it meant so much to us. Her and her team went above and beyond on our wedding day and helped us be fully present and care free. Even our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her team, which goes to show they don't only pay attention to how beautiful things look but paid attention to our guests experience overall as well. Experiencia fantástica: Working with Haley Nyal events is the best wedding decision we made! We opted for the partial planning package, with the "full takeover" at the 6-month mark prior to our wedding date. We were responsible for booking most of our vendors, but after takeover, Haley's team steps in and handles everything. Haley handles vendor and venue communication and meets monthly to make sure every detail is addressed. As a type-A person who just wanted to relax on my wedding day, it was incredibly freeing to entrust the day to a very capable team. Haley is invested in making sure the day is special and runs as smoothly as possible. She is meticulously detail-oriented and is a consumate professional. It's the small things, like bringing us a cocktail right after ceremony, running interference on sticky family situations, or checking in! On the day, Haley's team helped find our wedding rings that went missing 10 minutes prior to ceremony, fed us (VERY IMPORTANT) , and fixed our broken audio guestbook! We wanted to focus on guest experience, and Haley heard us loud and clear! Our guests commented on how warm the wedding coordination team was and how well timed everything was. We had some guests with disabilities that needed accomodating, and Haley's team was able to help, no matter if it was a food allergy or mobility concerns. It means a lot to us that everyone felt included. Also, it says a lot that our vendors had nothing but good things to say about Haley!

Experiencia fantástica: Haley made our night the easiest and most seamless event there could be for our wedding. Her and her staff were doting on not only us, but also our families--which we truly appreciated. Through the course of the entire day, neither of us had to worry or stress on anything happening as her and her team had it handled (which is a rare and pleasant thing for someone who is very type A like me). If anything had gone wrong (we don't think it did?), then we most certainly would not have known (or still don't know because she took care of it!). She allowed us to be present and enjoy every moment of the night. Her team was also amazing at setting up and loading out--for set up, we had multiple friends tell us that our wedding was one of the most beautiful ones they have ever been to--and though we weren't there at the end of the night, our families all shared how fast, quick and organized her team made load out. Haley was beyond amazing and everything we could have asked for the day of. We simply wanted to enjoy our wedding day without a care in the world, and she gave us that.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin? I am SO grateful to have had Haley and her team plan my April 2024 wedding in Winters. Not only was she familiar with the venue, the area, and the vendors who would be a good fit for the wedding, she worked super hard to make sure everything came out just as I had imagined it, and was such a delight to spend time with! Haley's full service package included regular check in meetings and extremely organized and thorough checklists and timelines to ensure every single detail came together. She was very on top of it and handled so many meetings and vendor contracts for me so I didn't have to worry about it. On the actual day of my wedding, I didn't lift a finger and no one bothered me with questions about logistics or set up- Haley and her team handled all of it! So much of it happened behind the scenes and I just got to enjoy my day and take it all in without the stress of coordinating the wedding vendors, decor, etc. For that, I am so so grateful. I've been lucky enough to be in many of my friends' weddings, and I have never seen one so organized and well handled. Anytime something came up, good or bad, Haley was ON IT. During the planning process Haley made everything less overwhelming, from helping me with large decisions such as choosing the best vendors to small decisions like seating layout and day of timeline, she was there for it all.
