Handing everything over to Brook with complete confidence was the best feeling on such an emotional day! Flaire Wedding's software, especially the timeline, was incredibly helpful! Things got really busy the week of the wedding and Brooke kept this timeline up-to-date with every detail of the day. I texted the link to the bridal party, family and friends and they loved it because it gave them addresses and timelines at their fingertips, including any last minute changes! Brooke is such a sweet memory of mine on such a fabulous day! Hiring Flaire Weddings was the best wedding advice I got!

Experiencia fantástica: Brooke and her team are truly amazing. She checked in with me many times during the planning season. She gave recommendations for vendors and made sure I completed tasks along the way. I really liked her planning software and checklists! She came with me to the venue for a walk through before the big day and we had phone calls to go over details. She created a timeline for the day and did a lot of communication with vendors once the day got closer! On wedding day, Brooke wowed me. She had every detail set up perfectly, I got to sit back and relax. Everything was thought out, she even sealed the marriage license and kept it safe for us! I was always confident Brooke would do an outstanding job- but she actually blew me away.

Experiencia fantástica: Cassie's title should be magician. We were thrown a curve-ball by our initial venue and had to switch mere weeks from the wedding date. Cassie and Brooke worked with all the vendors including the rental company, caterer, transportation, band, and VIP-toilet-trailer, to turn our home into a beautiful wedding venue. Cassie's calm demeanor belies the hard work she's doing. She and her team worked for two days on site to create a romantic park ceremony and welcoming reception space for our 130+ guests. Experiencia fantástica: Brooke exceeded my expectations and was such a gem on our wedding day! She was very responsive leading up to the big day and reduced my stress in communicating with vendors to make sure everything was all set. On our wedding day she was extremely professional and positive. I didn’t have to worry about staying on schedule because she had it all handled and also made sure all decor and details were set up correctly. I was worried about still having our ceremony outside due to weather but she calmed all of my nerves and made sure everything went smoothly, and even had umbrellas in her car just in case we needed them! I also found the planning software that comes with the package very useful and helped keep me on track booking vendors and ordering decor and other necessary items. The Flaire Weddings team is worth the investment and I couldn’t recommend Brooke enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Cassie and Caroline were truly amazing. I can’t recommend them enough! I was able to thoroughly relax and enjoy my wedding day. I didn’t need to worry about a thing. At first I thought I didn’t need a wedding coordinator because we were having a “minimony” with 25 guests but I was mistaken! When I decided to hire Cassie & Caroline I felt so much better and relieved. Both were so organized, calm and had creative ideas. They are professionals that definitely know the wedding business! Experiencia fantástica: Caroline came highly recommended to us by our florist and was a huge asset to our wedding day! She worked with us for day of coordination and jumped right in about a month and a half out. We did most of the planning ourselves but she filled in the gaps and thought of all the little details we forgot. She was on phone calls with us and our vendors when finalizing plans, and confirmed with all of them leading up to our big day. Everything ran smoothly and I never once felt stressed! She kept track of everything at the reception and made a seamless change when our band had to be moved inside due to weather. I highly recommend Caroline and Flaire Weddings to anyone needing a coordinator for their special day!

I've worked with Cassandra and her team over and over, and there are so many great things I can say about her. From a wedding industry team, she's a great leader. Prior to the wedding day she sends out all the information we vendors need to have a smooth timeline and all be on the same page. For the day of, she and her team are there start to finish working from set up, making sure the entire day is running smooth, and then tear down. On ANY wedding day, there are normal hiccups, and Cassie is right there to handle everything. She's top of the line. Hire her so you can enjoy your big day and leave the stress to her.
