The AMW team was on top of everything from ensuring myself, the groom, and our parents were constantly taken care of with food and drinks. The decor and set up her team did was beyond words! We have had so many people tell us it was the most beautiful and well organized wedding they had been to. I would recommend Alexandra Madison Weddings to everyone!!

From the first call to the rehearsal and wedding day (and beyond), they went above and beyond to turn my dream wedding into a reality. They were especially amazing on our wedding day when it started raining (we had an outdoor ceremony space). They wiped down chairs for guests, brought umbrellas without me even thinking about it, and broke down/set up our entire cocktail hour space and tented reception area multiple times, flawlessly. I can't tell you how many people have told me that it was the best wedding and most fun ceremony they've ever been to, and I attribute most of that to AMW. Meredith, Parker, Lizi, Alexandra, and everyone I else worked with over the past year, thank you, from the bottom of my heart!! I can't imagine having done this or executed anything even close to this day without you. I wish I could give more stars!!

Experiencia fantástica: I used AMW as a partial planner. I had already booked big vendors myself (photo, video, band). They helped with SO many logistics on the 9+ months leading up to my wedding. We had calls with what action items I needed to do and they also had contacts in the linen/rentals space to help bridge that gap for me. They also ran my day flawlessly- my head planner and 3 assistants were there day of and kept everything on track. I dont know what I would have done without them!

From the time I booked Alexandra to the time I walked down the aisle every detail was taken care of. The whole staff was excellent to work with and very detail oriented. I have to give a shout-out especially to Helen. She was the lead planner for my wedding and I cannot thank her enough for all the planning and organizing she did for my wedding. She was VERY on top of every single detail the day of the wedding. She is the reason my wedding ran as smoothly as it did. The only thing I would do differently if I could do it all again, is use them from the very beginning as a full planning package. Experiencia fantástica: Our wedding was literally the best day of our lives and it was all because of this team right here. Alexandra and her team did an absolute incredible job and took my vision and ran with it. They made sure that myself and now husband had drinks and asked if we needed anything all night long. I literally felt like a queen. I booked them in 2019 for our June 6, 2021 wedding. Yes I am a perfectionist and I am so glad I picked this team. I 100% recommend them if you are looking for someone to do exactly what you envisioned for your big day. BRAVO!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: As a mother of the bride, I highly recommend Alexandra Madison weddings as your planner. They are excellent! March of 2020 due to COVID19 we changed wedding of 250 to 40 to 10 people Micro wedding reception. I would’ve given them 5 stars prior to all of that so if I could give 10 stars I would! Alexandra personally jumped into action and was patient and swift to handle all of the necessary changes. She put additional time and effort coordinating the changes with vendors and making our daughters wedding day and reception beautiful intimate and lovely.
