Experiencia fantástica: Stag and Lily is IT!! What a pleasure and relief it was to have Nicole in my life throughout the past year! As a Type-A girl, I like to plan things “my way,” and wanted a coordinator that would allow me the space to plan our wedding according to our vision, but also provide much-needed direction and handle all of the nitty gritty details and logistics leading up to and on the big day. Nicole did exactly that! Along the way, Nicole provided a comprehensive site for us filled with guidance, planning documents, and timeline information. I was so incredibly prepared because of her and didn’t have to research a single thing on my own! She was also available for quick questions and check-ins leading up to her official “start time” three months before the wedding day, and that was such a relief! Nicole’s expertise is undeniable. She of course knows the industry inside and out, but also went above and beyond to help execute our vision. She was always ready find solutions to venue restrictions, flexible with scheduling meetings, available and willing to chat about DIY ideas, and quick to provide clarity around contracts and vendor terms. On our wedding day, Nicole had everything running like a well-oiled machine. She set up all of the DIY decor exactly as I had envisioned, and I actually couldn’t even tell you everything Nicole did for us because I was just relaxing, being a bride. I owe that to her! Nicole, Matt, and Hannah are so kind and spectacular - exceptional is their collective middle name. I could go on and on. The bottom line is, if you’re planning a wedding, you need to hire Stag and Lily!

We are so grateful that we chose Nicole as our full wedding planner. She did not miss a single detail and was able to calm my nerves and take so much off our plates to make our day all that it was. She made sure that we knew what was going on every step of the way and was VERY detailed in her documentation that we needed to fill out so that she could make our dream come to life. She is incredibly organized, detailed, and just genuinely kind through all of the work that she does. I could not imagine having spent hours reviewing contracts and having conversations with vendors while also attempting to do my full time job. Going beyond this, she clearly knows how to work well with vendors because we didn't encounter any issues along the way. I arrived to our wedding day feeling at ease and I know it's all because of the incredibly work that Nicole did.

She has worked with other family friends and others in my family for their weddings and all of us share our love for this incredible person. Nicole helped make everything run smoothly on the day of our wedding - and her organization, positivity, and easy-going personality made us rest assured that she had everything covered for our big day so all we had to do was enjoy it to the fullest. I want to note that during our wedding we had some conflicts due to studying for Boards, and Nicole worked around my study-schedule so seamlessly and I could never thank her enough for always working around our busy schedule to meet in the later evening hours as to not disrupt my study time. Nicole was both extremely knowledgeable and so kind to work with. She was always there to answer my questions and to offer advice leading up to the big day, and was especially helpful reminding me of details I didn’t even know to consider. On our actual wedding weekend, Nicole and her team ensured everything went smoothly so my husband and I could simply enjoy our entire day with each other, friends, and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow where do I begin… we hired Stag and Lily, (booked the “wedding management and coordination” package) and started working with Nicole 3 months out from our wedding date. As soon as her and I started chatting in the discovery call, I knew she was going to be the perfect fit :) she is down to earth and organized. The wedding management/coordination package is perfect for someone who wants to handle all of their vendor bookings and take care of the majority of the planning, but needs help for actually managing the day and few months leading up to that. (Think: finalizing contracts, bus timelines, vendor arrival and departures, hair/makeup schedule.. the list never ends) She provides you with every planning resource imaginable even if you aren’t using her for full planning. Our calls were always very productive and felt fun at the same time. We basically told her our vision and she was able to execute our timeline perfectly. The timeline creation in itself was worth the price of her whole package. I was initially thinking i could do it on my own, but ladies you need a professional, I promise! We had a few very sensitive and special elements baked into our day that Nicole and her husband handled so well. We trusted her fully on our wedding day didn’t have to spend any unnecessary energy worrying about logistics. I’ll recommend Stag and Lily to anyone I can! Thanks Nicole!

Experiencia fantástica: No wedding is perfect, although ours was pretty close, and I genuinely believe that was due to Nicole being our wedding coordinator. I cannot recommend her enough. Nicole may be the most organized person I’ve ever met and she made the planning process so easy. I felt prepared for everything because of all of the planning documents she provided. We had rain on our wedding day and Nicole was able to implement a rain plan that worked so well I did not I feel like I missed out on anything due to the weather. It was so nice to be able to enjoy my day, knowing everything was taken care of. I would work with Nicole again in a heartbeat and I hope I get the opportunity in the future.

She is FANTASTIC at what she does and everything was so smooth because of her. Weddings can be full of so many events and timelines, but she is intentional about making sure you enjoy your big day which matters so much. Highly, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: From the first moment that I spoke with Nicole, all the way thru the planning process, and then afterwards, she has been nothing but amazing. I booked Stag & Lily to help with Management and Coordination and it was literally the best money I spent for our wedding. We already knew mostly what we wanted and already had a vision for our day, we just needed someone to help us bring that vision to light and coordinate day of. Boy did I underestimate the amount of work and planning that was going to be necessary and how badly I needed Nicole! She was like a lighthouse on a stormy night; she kept me focused and guided me straight to where I needed to go. We spoke for about an hour early in the planning process to get to know each other and went over every aspect that I already had planned or had an idea of what I wanted. She then directed me to my personal planning page on her website that included a very daunting amount of spreadsheets but boy were those spreadsheets useful! Nicole’s spreadsheets are AMAZING and a Godsend! I slowly started chipping away filling out everything from “what if this happens on wedding day, how would you like me to proceed?”, to seating charts, to decor inventory. By the time the 3 month mark hit I had my spreadsheets filled out as best as I could and Nicole really guided me into home base. She took over communication with vendors, built us a custom timeline (that was like GOLD on wedding day), arrived at our venue and managed our day like a BOSS, and then stayed until after 1 am to pack everything up and load all of our personal decor. At one point on wedding day, the 2 flower girls got a little rambunctious waiting for their moment and one of them ripped their dress, literally front and center. Of course it had to happen about 20 minutes before we were supposed to walk down the aisle and Nicole rushed in with laser beam focus, quickly patched up the dress so no one would know and buzzed right out and back to her task at hand, just as quickly as she had shown up. Little moments like that truly show how prepared and experienced she was/is. Nicole and her team really took the stress out of wedding day and I trusted her 1 million %. From our first venue walk thru, to every phone call, text message, and email, she was nothing but friendly, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. To see her interact with all of our vendors and see the relationships that she has built with all of them over the years is a true testament to just how amazing she is at her job. Everyone seemed to trust and respect her and all of my vendors were genuinely happy to know that I had chosen Stag and Lily as my coordination team. If you’re thinking about hiring a team to help or trying to figure out if you even need a team, the answer is YES, you need a team and Stag and Lily Event Company will not disappoint.

Experiencia fantástica: As a detail-oriented person, I wanted someone to come in the last three months and serve as a day of director. Nicole was absolutely the best person for the job. First, during my initial calls trying to find the right planner, Nicole was a wealth of information. Before we even agreed to work together she was sharing tips about our venue, giving ideas and providing feedback on our concerns. I was absolutely sold. Nicole has a robust planning site and tools to keep you on track. I love a Google drive and her seating tool was a lifesaver. I was never concerned on forgetting something and she has helpful resources for every stage. The day of, was not exactly how I planned per the weather, but I trusted Nicole whole heartedly to make recommendations and execute. She did wonderful! My parents and I were thrilled to feel Nicole take on the pressure of getting things done and staying on time. I can’t recommend Nicole enough. I’m sad our time is over :)

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I are so grateful to have had Happy to Be Events help with our wedding. We didn't necessarily have a huge wedding but Happy to Be was so amazingly helpful with the logistics of it all. Meg was there to answer any questions I had. About a week or so before the wedding, Meg called and we went over everything and all the last minute details that never crossed my mind. I had not felt that calm and peaceful about the wedding planning as I did after we got off the phone. All the details fell into place after that phone call. Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did if Happy to Be Events hadn't been there. I cannot recommend their services enough!
