Experiencia negativa: I’m very disappointed with my experience with Prelude Events for my niece’s bridal shower. We booked the event months in advance and confirmed all final details 2 weeks before the date. Despite this, nothing was ready when we arrived. The décor we were promised wasn’t set up, the venue had not been cleaned after the previous event, and we ended up having to help get the space ready ourselves. This was embarrassing and completely unacceptable for a pre-planned, paid event. To make matters worse, I was told we would receive a credit for the inconvenience, yet no one has followed up. This was supposed to be a special day for our family, and the lack of preparation, professionalism, and communication was incredibly disappointing. I truly hope Prelude Events takes this feedback and improves their service and follow-through for future clients.

Experiencia fantástica: First time there. Outside of the bad parking in the back, it was a pretty nice event building. Inside had a nice ambiance and it was very intimate the way it should be for the event that I was going to.

Experiencia fantástica: First I’m gonna start off this review by thinking God, because he sent an Angel himself down to make other over flo on there beautiful day Mrs. Quian is beautiful inside and out her crew was amazing as well. Everyone was so knowledgeable about everything we needed to do, and she was with us every step of the way. She made our lives much less stressful, I can't imagine having planned our wedding without her. As for the wedding day, everything was perfect and went without a hitch! Highly recommend! Everything stayed on schedule thanks to her her amazing team. I Never had a wedding before, I now know how easy it is for things to run over, but not ours. All I had to worry about was having the time of my life because Mrs.Quian & team took care of everything and prompted each next step when it was needed. I really can't overemphasize how great everything was. We trusted Mrs. Quian and her team the result that we got I felt like I was in the sky with my husband dancing on air with beautiful angels all around us happy!!!!!!!! Our wedding was amazing I would like to thank Mrs.Quian and her team once again ♥️6/19/2021

Experiencia fantástica: Prelude Events did my wedding in June 2022 in IL. It was nothing short of amazing! Quian and her team are abundantly amazing! I was able to have the wedding of my dreams thanks to Prelude Events. They were so down to earth and felt like family. 10/10! We highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I see most reviews were given a year or more ago. Well they are far from 5 stars now! I signed with them at the end of 2020 for planning and design for my 2022 wedding. At that time they had a planner named Curtia who was amazing and she gave you a since of security. Well 2 months after I signed, Curtia left and that's when everything fell apart. I wouldn't hear from anyone for weeks at a time. I got passed around from the owner to someone else after I asked for a refund the first time. Then this person would disappear for a month or more at a time. After 9 months of this I had, had enough. Only 1 vendor was signed during the entire time I was signed with them. The photographer/videographer that I found and sent them the information. The owner claims they don't start planning a wedding until 1 year out, but this wasn't explained to me before I sent them $1800.00 back in Dec/Jan. Now here it is November and after agreeing to a refund on October 8th, the owner still hasn't issued it. This is sad and ridiculous! Be careful when signing anything with this company!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I begin?! I got married on September 5, 2020 and I must say that I’m still in awe! Quain and her team were extraordinary. I got engaged on July 24, 2019 and started looking for a wedding planner. One that I thought we would use didn't work out. So, months passed and I was at work and Dr. Browner walks in. I knew she recently got married so we literally started having a conversation during a meeting; whispering. Lol!! Can you imagine that! LOLOL!! Let's say that I’m glad we did. I got Quian's information; we connected and the rest is history. The initial plan was for a 250-300 guest list attendance, but COVID-19 showed up. I appreciate that Quain would call and she told me to just wait and see how things would play out; if we should change our date or stick to Sept. 5th. In Albany, GA COVID-19 really hit us hard, so at this point I was thinking that we probably would have to change, but Quian told me to just hold off, but ultimately it was my decision. We had to make a major adjustment in terms of the guest count to 30-35 people only. I was so nervous about everything on my wedding day until I arrived. I honestly don't have the words to describe how I felt. That morning I was emotional due to thinking about my family that couldn't attend and some close friends that I loss due to covid, but I had to shake myself. When I walked in my mouth dropped!!! Quian and her team; the entire prelude events staff was absolutely amazing!!!!! Every detail; the programs, the acrylics, the flowers; everything was drop dead gorgeous; CLASS A!!!!!! It was so intimate. I have had several inquiries about her from that day since. Every single detail she covered. And Mark was great too! I'm just so thankful for Quian and her staff. She has set a standard and left her mark in a new territory called Albany, GA! I am looking forward to working with her again!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Having Prelude Events Studio design and coordinate our wedding was the BEST decision we could have made. If you’re hesitating at all – don’t!We highly recommend Quian and her team to help you with your wedding planning/decorating/ coordinating needs. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful at times but knowing you have the right people involved who know the industry, have the expertise, and can connect you with other amazing people who are passionate about their craft – really helped put us at ease. We were referred to Prelude by a friend & after looking at her weddings and reviews on social media we were sold! Every wedding or event Prelude is a part of is sure to be a show stopper! With minimal direction, we gave Quian the opportunity to freely design and create what she felt would fulfill our needs and wants and she exceeded far of what we could have ever imagined. She included elements of surprise that we’ll cherish forever. We truly had our dream wedding! We’re almost 2 months in our marriage and the fact that our family and friends are still talking about how amazing our wedding was is a true testament to Prelude’s hard work and dedication. Many guests commented that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to: how beautiful the decor/ambiance was, delicious food, entertainment, how it felt extremely organized – an amazing overall experience. We can’t even begin to find the words to accurately thank Quian, and the Prelude Events staff enough for their time and efforts in ensuring our day was successful and special. They are really passionate about their work and we felt that they really went above & beyond our expectations. It was such a nice experience meeting you and having an incredible journey and day to look back on. We miss you! -The Andrews

I have had a stress-free experience. I am not a bride who wants to be in all the details, so I love this process. I highly recommend them to any bride (couple) who wants to do something out of the box. From one consultation with the planner, she was able to see what I envisioned for our big day. They are all so friendly and selfless. They have no issues with working with other vendors, and they will work with you. I highly recommend them! She made it snow at our wedding!!!!!!
