Experiencia fantástica: Your Jubilee is such a FANTASTIC wedding planning team to work with. What drew my husband and I to them is their day of wedding support and the beautiful aesthetic they design. We had 3 other helpers the day of in addition to our planner herself for a 120 person wedding. This made the day go off UNHINGED (from ours eyes at least! :) ) and our guests noticed it too! We've since gotten so many compliments about how well the wedding flowed and how there were no hiccups. Our planner Shelby, was INCREDIBLE. She was super organized, friendly, and down to earth. She worked heavily behind the scenes and presented information in groupings, so that we wouldn't have to stress about constant emails back and forth. She thought of many details and aspects of wedding day and always had a contingency plan if something occurred. As someone who has put out spectacular design work, Shelby was still so understanding about our style choices. Could not recommend them more!

Communication in all phases from pre planning, planning, and day of. Providing detailed but easy to understand timelines etc. These sort of things put other vendors in position to deliver their best work which provides extra value to their clients.

Experiencia fantástica: Hiring Kayle at YJ as our full-service planner for our wedding was hand down the best decision we made. Plain and simple. My wife and I are both type A personalities and Kayle was the perfect match for us. We hired YJ almost 2 years prior to our wedding and during the entire process, Kayle was an incredible partner. She was always looking for solutions to issues, helped us be creative but realistic, and introduced us to our amazing team of vendors but always let us come to our decision without over-influencing. Kayle and the YJ team were always going the extra mile to make sure every detail was taken care of with an organization that we have never seen. There was not a single time during the whole process that Kayle made us feel like we were the bride/groomzilla. We can speak from experience and say it is not just Kayle who is an incredible planner at YJ. We had the opportunity to work with Shelby and others while our lead planner was out on maternity leave and everyone we worked with showed the same professionalism and quality that Kayle did. In the crunch time leading to the wedding, we threw more than a few curveballs at the YJ team but they did not skip a beat and were always super flexible! We really appreciated our lead planner's ability to stay cool, calm, and collected during this time. It made our stress levels very manageable during such a stressful time. Last but not least, the entire YJ team knocked it out of the park on the wedding day. Their small army made every worry melt away and made it the best day we could possibly imagine. Our guests raved about every detail and none of it would have been possible with Kayle and YJ!

I have worked with her numerous times and continue to get excited when my clients tell me they are using them. Last night was a large wedding at Heritage square, with so many personalized details and intricate and unique needs and they came through. So friendly, organized and efficient. I will continue to refer my clients to them every day!

Experiencia fantástica: Your Jubilee and our dedicated planner, Elaine, surpassed any expectations we had for our wedding. We used their full event planning and design service to help us from start to finish. The only regret we have is not staying engaged longer to have MORE time with the team! Elaine handled everything from contracts, pricing and vendor scheduling to design recommendations, day-of timeline creation and so much more! We never had to worry about a thing and the communication each day from Elaine was unmatched. I looked forward to our daily texts with updates or quick questions that she would communicate back to the vendors for us. We know she handled SO much more on the backend than I ever saw to keep things simple and allow me to enjoy the planning process. There were so many little details Elaine suggested that I would never have thought of that made a huge difference in the overall flow of the event and design aesthetic. Not only did she handle all the good, she also tackled a few vendor hiccups for us that I wouldn’t have wanted to do alone. Whatever we needed, we knew Elaine was on it! She was a light to our day and we will miss her so much! The best part about hiring Your Jubilee was the access to not only your dedicated planner but the resources of the whole team! If we had a question or needed recommendations on something unique, Elaine was able to source from the whole team to get what we needed. On the wedding day, we had over 5 team members on-site to make sure everything was running smoothly and we felt so taken care of the entire day. We were never left wondering “what’s next” or where we needed to be. We were completely unplugged and present the entire day because we had them guiding us. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect day and it would not have turned out the way it did had it not been for Elaine & the YJ team. While Elaine came into our lives as a "planner", she is now a friend for life and someone we will be forever grateful for! PRO TIP: Don’t get married without Your Jubilee

I had a long engagement and needed help with my destination wedding in Hawaii. I'm a type A person/bride. So finding planners that I could trust to work towards my vision and take the burden off of me was huge. Ashley and Meagan did that and then some. Meagan was my main planner with Ashley assisting. Meagan went above and beyond. Meagan is not only a meticulous planner who comes with so much knowledge and advice about all things weddings, but she also became so much more for me. Meagan relieved any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful insight that kept me and my husband on track and on budget. On the big day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about because Ashley and Meagan were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. Ashley took the reigns on our church ceremony and rehearsal day. Our church was not easy to deal with and Ashley took care of some of the hiccups that occurred like late transportation and a vendors poor attitude with such grace. My family doesn’t understand english very well and Ashley was so patient and organized during our family photos. I was so appreciative since it was one of my biggest stress factors. While I was saying my I do’s Meagan was making sure all details were set for reception. My wedding reception was absolutely perfect. The design we envisioned together by the Hawaii ocean side was everything I wanted and more! We shared so many laughs throughout the process, and all the while Your Jubilee made sure my dream destination wedding came to life. I couldn't have asked for better planners, and am so grateful that we picked Your Jubilee to help us throughout our wedding planning. They were my hype women when I had doubts, my confidants talking me down from wedding stressors, my straight shooters cutting through any external nonsense, and most importantly, my friends. Run don’t walk to Your Jubilee!

We hired Ashley Allan as our wedding planner for the full planning service package, and it was the best wedding decision we made. From the moment we met Ashley, we had high expectations, and Your Jubilee exceeded all of them with five-star service. Ashley helped us plan a three-day weekend with several events, including a golf tournament, a welcome party, the wedding ceremony/ reception, and a goodbye brunch. As the weekend progressed, each event was even more impressive than the next. All we had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy the party. Ashley and her amazing team of vendors helped transform our space for the welcome party and the venue for the ceremony/ reception into the vision of our dreams. Your Jubilee even helped us turn a ballroom at a luxury resort into a secret nightclub for dancing which blew our guests away because they didn't see it coming. In fact, multiple guests were so impressed that they asked me for Your Jubilee's contact information, and my sister even hired Ashley for her upcoming wedding because she was so thrilled with the service. From the initial outreach to YJ, they took the time to really get to know us as a couple, where we were in the wedding planning process, what we wanted out of our wedding day. They then matched us with Elaine. Elaine was always on top of all that was complete and what was yet to be done. She was responsive, and when I was feeling stressed and irrational, she helped bring me back down to reality. When the time of the wedding finally arrived, I cannot thank Elaine and her team enough for how amazing the day and night went! Experiencia fantástica: We had the pleasure of working with Kayle during our 8 weeks of planning leading up to the big day. Before she came on board, I was convinced I didn’t need a planner. I was so wrong. Kayle stepped in and quickly handled ALL vendor communications, scheduling, coordination, etc. and was super helpful with last minute design questions and needs. I swear I went into our wedding day (really the whole week) with 0 stress because I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The wedding went SO well - not one hiccup (at least that I know of!) Also a special shout-out to Maddy who was with me all wedding day for hair/makeup, vendor coordination between the hotel/venue, etc. I love this whole team!

Experiencia negativa: Not good at all, absolutely pathetic, rude and nasty if your budget doesnt meet their standards. These women are catty like and display very high school like behavior behind the scenes, etc.

Your Jubilee effortlessly coordinates the details and ensures your special day stays right on track. As a wedding photographer, I get to see a lot of weddings, but none as polished as a YJ wedding. This team seriously blew my mind with their creative talent and have been recommended to every bride I’ve worked with since.

I knew instantly after looking over their website they were the wedding planners of my dream. After meeting them, we vibed instantly and I had a huge sense of relief knowing that these wonderful girls were going to make my dream come true. Experiencia fantástica: I said over and over again during my wedding planning process “how do people do this without a planner?!”. Hiring Your Jubilee was the best decision I could have made. Meagan and Ashley are not only amazing people but amazing planners - they made my dream wedding come true and on a tight budget! Throughout the whole process, anytime I had a question they were quick and super thorough in their responses. With vendors, they knew what questions to ask (and would ask things that I hadn't even thought about). They also knew what vendors were trustworthy, good and worth your money. All the little details and ceremony/reception decor that I wouldn’t have even thought of or didn’t think mattered, they did and knew it would be impactful and help make my vision come to life. They had ideas on how I can save money but also told me where it was worth it to spend a little more. They didn’t steer me wrong the whole process. The timeline they created for us was SO thorough and detailed, that the day of I didn’t have to worry about how the day would go or if vendors knew what to do because I knew they had it under control and the whole day/night went flawlessly! Having a schedule, someone to setup and tare down, someone to help get you some appetizers after the ceremony so you don’t starve while taking pictures - it was amazing to not have to think about those things, so we could just have fun and enjoy our night! I can’t thank them enough for helping me put together my dream wedding. It was the best investment I made the whole wedding. If you are thinking about hiring a planner at all (which you should) - these are your gals! Even if it is just for day of coordination, you’ll feel the amazing impact of the YJ team.
