She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire year of which we had been planning, was always willing to answer any questions, and was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. Our wedding in particular had a large guest list and many vendors and she was able to keep track of all the details with ease. She worked with us and our parents with tons of patience. Her and her team worked for over 12 hours on the wedding day to ensure everything was in place, we were taken care of and most of all that we were able to have a good time and not worry about any of the details. I consider myself perfectionist, and she still exceeded all expectations of a wedding planner!

Her expertise, warmth, attention to detail, was beyond exceptional! We had a large wedding, 250 guests, many moving parts, everything went very smoothly due to Samantha’s organization. Samantha truly understood the vision we had and executed beyond what I could even dream of - sourcing the perfect vendors, working with them to get all of the details just right, and day-of ensuring everything went smoothly. And that’s really saying something considering it rained day-of and we had to move our ceremony indoors. Luckily, Samantha already had a contingency plan and had worked through this with our venue and vendors so it worked out beautifully. We had already found our venue when we hired a planner, so we only utilized the partial planning services - but it still truly felt like white glove service and I always knew Samantha was on top it - attentive, thoughtful, creative, and so, so kind and easy to work with. Samantha always thoughtfully took into account what I was thinking and feeling, ensuring that the entire day was unique to my partner and I, and fit our venue, personalities, and vision. Planning a wedding felt overwhelming when I first got engaged, but all of that went away once I started working with To Be Loved! Choosing Samantha and To Be Loved was the best decision I made during the planning process.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time planning a bid day event for such a large group of people within my sorority. I came to Samantha, with only a theme, a couple of ideas, and very short notice. Despite having such a short timeline she was able to help me bring my vision to life with her creative ideas and additions. She communicated very well and provided consistent updates to make sure we were both aware of every moving piece (which there were a lot of). Day of, she was so extremely helpful and very hands on when setting up which I greatly appreciated. Can not to begin to explain the stress she relieved me of when planning this event. It was perfect!!

Experiencia fantástica: Samantha with To Be Loved events is hands down the best wedding coordinator in all of Los Angeles!!! My venue (Los Robles Greens) required us to use a wedding coordinator and provided us with a few in the area. After speaking to Sam, I knew she was my person. Her attention to detail, communication style and amazing talent is just what I was looking for in someone to help plan our wedding. I work full time with a pretty busy schedule and Sam was always able to accommodate our schedule when we needed to meet with her for our monthly check ins. At all of our check ins Sam always made sure both myself and my fiancé were on the same page and everything was staying on track with our timeline. Even though we only had a partial planning package, it felt like a full planning package with how attentive Sam was throughout the entire planning process. With my planning package I got to have Sam help us find 2 vendors (a life saver since she would present us with 3-4 vendors and do all the heavy communication until we met with them for the first time!) Sam helped us find our photographer (perks of having connections is you know who the talented vendors are and can hook your couples us with people you love working with, which Sam did with XO&Fetti!!) and our florals. For our florals vendor Sam knew we wanted to save as much money as we could so she did tons of research and found us the best silk floral company in the industry (Something Borrowed Blooms). Because of Sam’s research we were able to save over $1,000 on florals and put that money towards something else in our budget. Throughout all of our planning process Sam would present us with digital mock ups for what our layout and décor would look like. And let me tell you this girl is SUPER talented in this department and I was shocked and giggly with excitement to see all our mock ups come to life on our wedding day just like she designed digitally. Leading up to our wedding day Sam and her team worked hard to make sure all our vendors knew all the tiny details and answered all of their questions. She would join in on all our final details meetings and help us when we didn’t know what to ask or how to answer a vendor question. On our wedding day Sam and her entire team helped to make sure our day went as smooth as it could. Sam even untied and retired all of our napkins to make sure the knot style we wanted was perfect for our guests (we had about 100 people so a lot of napkin magic Sam did). And let me tell you, having a STRESS-FREE wedding with almost little to no hiccups was exactly how my day went all thanks to To Be Loved Events entire team!!! My fiancé and I are both thrilled to be married, but also sad since now we won’t get to work with Sam anymore. We cannot thank Sam and her team enough for helping us throughout our entire planning process. In the beginning of our planning process Sam told me to think of your wedding planner as a gift to yourself. I am going to pass along this advice to all future couples and if you are on the fence to hire a wedding coordinator or not, do it. Best gift you can give yourself and fiancé on your wedding day is to have To be Loved Events as your coordinator!!! My fiancé and I love Sam and are so thankful for all her work helping us tie the knot in September.

I live in Texas but grew up in LA so I wanted the wedding to be in LA, Samantha made it happen for us. She found the perfect venue, coordinated a great day of timeline, sourced great vendors, and took care of all the details. Samantha has a calm, cool, and collected attitude that makes the planning process less stressful and more enjoyable. I truly don’t think I would’ve had such a memorable and special wedding without her help.
