His team is always there to please - they always say "you point, we will place" and it's so great! I so appreciate their patience with last minute changes and going with the flow. SAP has been my go to for large events for years and years - they are wonderful!!!

Our wedding planner, Bonnie from Perfect Events, works with Stuart and suggested having him design the decor/flowers for my daughter's wedding. We did a very quick wedding (25 days from start to finish!) and didn't have our first meeting with Stuart until less than 2 weeks before the big day! Oh my goodness...phenomenal is an understatement! His vision is incredible and the execution was perfection! He listened to everything my daughter wanted and transformed her vision into something spectacular! The week of the wedding we had to add 6 more dinner tables (not 6 guests - 6 more tables!) and he reworked the entire floor plan to accommodate us. He even showed up during our cocktail hour to help transform the wedding space into reception space in a timely manner. It was more than we could ever dream of. His staff was kind and professional, his office space is stunning, and Stuart is an artist! Stuart Alexander Productions is a class act! A+

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful Creations for Beautiful Moments; Stuart and his team of magicians created one of the most beautiful Christmas Staffing Parties that we ever hosted in 2021 His Commercial Event Loft Space was spacious, interesting, and made all of our guests at ease and comfortable. The decor sparkled and our event is now THE Christmas party not to miss. Thank you Stuart for your creativity, elegance and attention to detail.

Experiencia negativa: I know someone who contacted this place and their customer service communication was extremely sub-par. Disgraceful. A message simply reading: "If your interested in fri or sun hmu otherwise your a bit late Thank you Stuart Alexander" The lack of spelling, punctuation and professionalism rates an F in my book! This should have read: "Thank you for your interest in our venue. We do have Friday or Sunday available. Please contact me to enquire about these dates. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Stuart Alexander"

Experiencia negativa: I had talked to Stuart over the phone to make plans to tour the Loft while I would briefly be in town for doctors appointments. He emailed me the form to fill out to follow protocol, which is totally fine and dandy. The afternoon of the tour my appointments were running late, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to make it in time for the 4pm tour slot. I sent him a message letting him know in advance (two hours. That’s on me), thanked him for his help so far, and even apologized for the late notice. The problem is the unprofessional rude message he sent me hours later. It was nasty, sarcastic, and completely unnecessary. I’m hoping he was just having a bad day.

Experiencia negativa: This perspective is coming from someone who was not emotionally invested and did not do direct business with him but know many people that have (more than 10). “Why are there not more bad reviews then?”, you might ask. While that can’t be answered in just one little Google review, one can only assume others are scared to speak up because hell hath no fury like a scorned Stuart. Which is why one can only assume there are not more honest reviews. Even the negative review was immediately discredited as false by the SA team, just as this one will probably be. After all, the internet provides a wealth of information (and trolls) but much of it goes unchecked and is often exaggerated or worse, totally fabricated. And let’s not forget that weddings and large events can be emotionally taxing, with clients sometimes looking to misdirect blame when things don’t go as they hoped or imagined, so why not point the finger at the event planner? This review, I can assure you, is not one of those. To be fair, my personal opinion is the creative work of the STP team is adequate. On the other side of the coin, many could argue the company’s design and decor is unoriginal/copy-paste/one-trick-pony style. But it’s the “everything else”, business ethics and practice that receives the one-star review and, with a very small amount of homework, you too can find out why. My recommendation is warning readers to do their due diligence and go the extra mile by checking references with other vendors about their industry experience with this company. If their response is minimal or offer little feedback, ask what they have heard from their cohorts or other clients perspectives. Even if money is no object for your event, the benefits may not outweigh the risks. There is the possibility of there being a lot of “support” following this review, along with lots of positive feedback. You know, to average out my one-star. But having opinions from others, good or bad, is exactly what this platform is intended for and to let others draw their own conclusions. My only intent is for others to tread lightly and hopefully save extra tears, money, stress or hurt that has been experienced from so many others with this company.

Experiencia fantástica: Stuart was amazing at helping my daughters ideas and developing a beautiful wedding reception that matched her personality and style. He always made himself available for meetings to help. He went above and beyond when he was decorating and included several things extra because it needed an extra touch that we hadn’t thought about. His hard work of taking an old brick building with huge beautiful windows and turning it into a beautiful wedding reception destination is stunning! If you like brick walls and large industrial windows with sheer curtains covering them and hard wood floors this is a beautiful place to be! Definitely recommend!!!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience! Not only was the owner unresponsive after delivering the wrong tent, his workers were just as unprofessional and rude! Will never work with them again and I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you would like a reliable, professional service.

Experiencia fantástica: Stuart Alexander was great to work with. He was very helpful and forthcoming with advice on all aspects of our wedding. He was very knowledgeable and honest with us. He gained our trust immediately and did not disappoint. We ended up renting his venue, The Loft DSM, because of the raw beauty, size, and added rental packages available to us. After very few meetings and a look at my Pinterest board, he went beyond my expectations while staying within my budget. He was easy to communicate with and answered questions in a timely manner. On the day of, his staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The venue and decorations were perfect. He even added a few last minute details I was not expecting.

Experiencia fantástica: Stuart went above and beyond for a recent event we hired him for. It was a golf tournament, we were sponsoring a hole and wanted to do a big cigar lounge. As always, Stuart's visions and work are dead on with what we were looking for. All of the golfers/guests were so amazed and shocked when they showed up on our hole. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful work, comfortable furniture and the tents which provided shelter from the rain and sun. We will definitely use Stuart again in the future. If you want to make a good, lasting impression - Stuart is your man!

Experiencia fantástica: Wow wow wow! Stuart made a boring reception venue into a MAGICAL one. We met with him four times leading up to my wedding day. One of the times he traveled to the reception venue so he could see it for himself. It was really nice to be able to pick out the exact linens, chairs, napkins, etc. Stuart definitely made my reception venue dreams come true. He and his team did the complete set up and tear down which totally took a load off of my family and allowed us to enjoy the day. Every penny that we spent was TOTALLY worth it.
