Experiencia fantástica: I hired APOC and Payton worked with us to decorate our perfect day! She nailed everything and we are so grateful we chose her to execute our vision. She made everything seamless on our wedding day and helped the chaos become organized and helped me get my thoughts together when it felt like everything was happening so fast. She helped organize and communicate closer to the wedding date so that all the vendors and the layout and designs came together and helped them set up while we were able to relax and enjoy family that was in town visiting from PA for our destination wedding in Panama City. We are entirely grateful for her and Savannah.

Experiencia fantástica: We hired APOC and selected the "A Friend of the Bride" package. We chose the venue, sourced all our vendors, and then contracted with Payton 3 months before our wedding - She stepped-in and seamlessly took control! She immediately aligned with our vision, she ran with it, and she absolutely nailed it - We're so incredibly happy that we trusted Payton and were blessed with her expertise!! We live in Tampa, so Wakulla was a destination wedding and it was so effortless to collaborate with Payton from a distance; phone calls, emails, text messages...she was so prompt, so communicative, and so easy to follow / understand re: next steps and to-do's. Payton was incredibly proactive with reception layout options, day-of timelines, and buttoning-up final details with our vendors. Everything came together exactly as discussed and promised. When our families get together, it can be like "herding cats", but she took absolute and professional control of our rehearsal, making sure everyone know where and how to be, so when it came time for all of the day-of direction, everyone looked to her and followed her lead - It was AMAZING!! And finally...those tablescapes! Oh my gosh, the TABLESCAPES!! I've never seen such beautifully and tastefully detailed tables. The design was absolutely timeless and will still be breathtakingly gorgeous when looking at photos decades from now. Payton was our rock, our leader, our artist of the day and we couldn't be happier. We put so much intention and heart into planning every little detail; it takes an incredible amount of trust to transition ownership of that to someone else and Payton more than rose to the occasion - She met the day with even more passion than we could and contracting with her was the best decision we made!

We had such a fun time and received many compliments! You went far and above what I could've imagined! Payton was there from day one until the last of the clean up! She is well organized, structured, friendly and professional! Payton helped design our invitations, mailed them out, kept track of attendees, arranged for every vendor to show up and set up on time. Made amazing suggestions of things I would have never thought to have done! All we had to do was SHOW UP! Payton greeted us with our favorite beverages before the wedding! The boutonnieres/mother's corsage, my flower arrangements were delivered and helped us put everything on/how to carry. I'm STILL smiling from Saturday!! Experiencia fantástica: Oh my gosh, Payton has been a life-saver for our wedding. We originally planned on having her only as our day-of-event coordinator… until I realized how over my head I was! She quickly stepped up to help us with all the small details and contracts you don’t think about if you don’t plan weddings (spoiler: I don’t). She has the best contacts for vendors — our DJ and photographer were the best in Tallahassee. On the day of my wedding, she helped run everything, including making me a plate for dinner and got my husband and I drinks while taking many outdoor photos. She is genuinely *your* girl’s girl on your day. I was forever lucky I found her and retained her as our wedding planner. If I had to do it all over again, I would’ve hired her on the day I got engaged! Thank you, Payton!!
