During the wedding weekend, her team handled everything seamlessly. We never felt a moment of stress or worry; they made the entire experience flow effortlessly. Their kindness, positivity, and fun energy made us feel so special and genuinely cared for. Neethu’s expertise and guidance during the planning stages were invaluable and played a huge role in how smooth and memorable the weekend was. Our families and guests had so many wonderful things to say about the flow of events and about Neethu and her team! Experiencia fantástica: We’re from New Jersey and had our wedding in Florida, and Neethu and her team were honestly amazing from start to finish. Her pricing was super reasonable, and she was so understanding of our crazy residency schedules — she even met with us at 9 PM on weeknights when that was the only time we were free. Since we didn’t know anything about Florida vendors, Neethu connected us with everyone we needed and helped us stay within budget. Most, if not all, of our guests were flying in from the New Jersey/New York/Philadelphia area. She also played an integral role in helping me with the decor for all of our events — Haldi and Sangeet at The Pinery and our wedding/reception at Bella Collina. She really listened to what I wanted/my vision and made sure everything turned out exactly how I pictured it. Everything exceeded expectations! Anytime I had a question, she was always available by text and super quick to respond. During the actual wedding weekend, she and her team stayed calm the whole time and let us just enjoy being the bride and groom. When it unexpectedly rained on our ceremony day, her team worked nonstop to dry off the chairs and set everything back up so we could still have the outdoor ceremony once the rain stopped. They truly saved the day. We loved working with Neethu and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Central Florida or doing a destination wedding at Bella Collina. We’ll miss our weekly meetings with her and are so glad we crossed paths with her!

Her attention to detail was unmatched, she even created a beautifully organized PDF with specific descriptions not just for me and my husband, but for our families and bridal party, making sure everyone knew exactly what to expect. When the wedding weekend arrived, Neethu and her team executed everything flawlessly. Joy and Marissa were by our side, catering to every possible need before we even realized we had one. Their level of care, professionalism, and dedication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I genuinely don’t think it will be possible to have another wedding in my family without Neethu and her InStyle Events team involved. They are simply the best, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Neethu was our “day-of” wedding coordinator for our wedding in November 2024 for 3 of our main events. Even though she was technically contracted to begin helping a few months out from the wedding, she would always check in on us during the planning process to make sure that we were on track with booking our vendors and that we weren’t overlooking anyone/anything. Whenever we had questions, she would always help us and guide us in the right direction. Planning a wedding is no joke and there are a lot of moving pieces, especially because our Indian wedding was at a separate venue rather than the same hotel where guests were staying. As we got closer to the events, communication ramped up even more to make sure everything was good to go and all the small details that we didn’t think of were covered and addressed. Her attention to detail is second to none (except maybe my wife’s), which was extremely important to us because my wife and I are both Type A people. When it looked like a hurricane was going to affect our events, she worked with us to help figure out a Plan B for our outside events and kept us updated and informed until we made the final call (which we kept Plan A in effect). Neethu and her entire team (Sammie, Bianca, and Tess) always made sure that we were good throughout all the events, which was extremely comforting, much needed, and very much appreciated! We hope to never be in need of Neethu’s wedding planning/coordinating services for ourselves again, but we would absolutely recommend her to family and friends!

Her passion and her attention to detail was something that we recognized early on. With her curated list of vendors, we were able to bring together a trusted team. She was flexible when I flew down to Tampa, making an effort to attend our vendor meetings when I was only there for a couple of days. She laid out exactly what information she needed from us. She made sure that we covered every detail, and a month out took responsibility for organization of our vendors. During the events we didn’t have to worry about anything, as Neethu and her team coordinated the set up of the venue, and vendor management. Everything stayed on schedule thanks to her. All we had to worry about was having a great time. Neethu & her team took care of everything and prompted each next step when it needed to happen. I really can't overemphasize how great that is. Experiencia fantástica: We first witnessed Neethu coordinate a family members wedding a little over a year ago and as soon as i popped the question to my now wife we knew we wanted Neethu as our coordinator. From the moment we booked InStyle Events and we started going through everything she would need. We knew our wedding would be a success. She checked in with us regularly, made sure to follow up with tasks that needed to be completed, and gave us great advise on the things we were unsure about. The attention to detail was impeccable, and nothing was left out. People always say planning a wedding is stressful but with Neethu, we were stress free. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I decided to escape the winter weather of the North and have our fusion Malayalee Hindu/Catholic wedding in Tampa! However we quickly realized having a destination wedding is much easier said than done. We found Neethu online and I spoke to her and a few other planners who specialized in Indian weddings but she was so approachable and laid back, it was an easy choice! She was also very knowledgeable in South Indian weddings, particularly an Indian Christian one, which is not easy to find as most planners seemed to only have experience with North Indian weddings. Throughout the process, communication was easy and super quick and she was our go to person for recommendations on various vendors as well as our liaison with them as she knows them all well. In the weeks leading up to our wedding especially, she was on top of every detail and in constant communication with us and reminding us about deadlines/bill payments/timelines. When the big days actually came, she was a wonderful and calming influence amongst the chaos and our nerves. I’m sure there may have been some behind the scenes drama that happened that we were blissfully unaware of that she handled for us. Some of our guests even commented on how great she was as she made sure guests were doing well and knew where to go for the various events. She ultimately helped manage a multi day wedding with ease while keeping us sane and making sure we still enjoyed ourselves. We are so happy we went with her!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a professional makeup artist and recently worked with Neethu as a wedding vendor for her bride. Even though I was keeping in touch with the bride, Neethu constantly kept me updated on everything from location, timing and even checked in to see how everything went after services were completed. Neethu is truly the BEST wedding planner as she wants the absolute best for her couples and it shows through her attentiveness. The day of the wedding she and her staff were absolutely amazing at making sure everything was running smooth. This is the first wedding in my family and I could not have done it without her! She is smart, friendly and kept me on track with timely reminders.
