Experiencia fantástica: Cassie was amazing. We used her for her coordination services and she went above and beyond with helping with the wedding. She kept things on time and did all the setting up and packing away of decor. She was very attentive making sure that we didn’t need anything throughout the night allowing for us and all our family and friends to not have to worry about cleaning up after the wedding. She even made sure that the guestbook was passed around and signed instead of just having it sit on the welcome table to only be seen by a select few people that stopped there. Any pictures and videos she took she added to our google photos album with our QR code allowing for us to reflect back on the day the day after the wedding. I am so glad she was a part of our day and my only regret is that we didn’t get a picture with her. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator or wedding planner just do it! It is the biggest stress relief you will have for the day especially if it is Cassie!

She was extremely attentive and responsive during the planning phase - she was always available to answer any questions we had, or to reach out to our vendors for clarification or last minute changes. She made our ceremony rehearsal go very smoothly, and everyone knew exactly what they needed to do. On the day of the event, she showed up early to make sure all of our decorations were set up exactly how we wanted, and made sure all the vendors were on the same page. I had many unforeseen circumstances that required us to reschedule or relocate our venue, and each time I was met with an incredible amount of grace and excellent communication. I was a covid bride and sadly had to postpone and she was with us every step of the way and helped us seamlessly transition our wedding to the following year. I had the full service package with Cassie and loved it!- would highly recommend this package for all your planning needs. Cassie was so graceful about allowing me to text her when I had spur of the moment thoughts and despite not expecting her to text me back after hours she always did. She was so kind and is very budget mindful which was helpful for us. She is super organized and has an amazing spreadsheet for your wedding details which gave me great peace of mind :) She made amazing recommendations for vendors too! It was nice that she had worked with the venue and some of the vendors a bunch. Her husband helped us out short notice for something throughout our wedding and he was such an amazing help! They are such a great team and truly I am very lucky I got her to help me for my wedding day! 10/10 would choose cassie as your wedding planner any day :)

Experiencia fantástica: Cassandra is a DREAM COORDINATOR. My husband and I first found a vrbo house for our wedding venue and were introduced to Cass through that venue. When the house didn’t work out (new city ordinance noise restrictions), Cass immediately helped us find a new venue and introduced us to an even BETTER location (The Vineyard House at JD Winery in Temecula). On top of introducing us to our dream location, she showed us a huge list of available vendors. Cass helped us plan our wedding every step of the way – it was obvious that she has years of experience and knowledge in her field. Every question I had, she immediately had an answer. The BEST thing about this incredible coordinator is her positive energy and unwavering dedication to make the bride and grooms wedding day as seamless and happy as possible. SHE DOES IT ALL!!! She calmed our nerves the day of and took charge of every little thing. Cass doesn’t just make sure that every detail of your big day is taken care of, she does it with ease and grace. She made our vision and dream for our wedding come true and was sooo positive, calm, and friendly. She even took the most beautiful behind the scenes pictures for us. I am forever grateful that she was there for us – she is a dream come true!!!

My husband and I got married at Winter White Barn in Temecula on Oct. 9th, 2021 and everything came out AMAZING! One thing that I keep on raving about is how easy the flow of the day went. My husband didn't understand why we needed a wedding planner until we met and talked about how she approaches wedding planning, design, and coordination. Experiencia fantástica: We used Classykayevents for my combined baby shower and 30th birthday. Despite this being an unconventional event, Alex and Cass were able to pull together all kinds of ideas and blend both events perfectly - better than I could have ever hoped for!!! It was truly a “Birthday Shower” that nobody had ever attended before but had the best time!!! Anyone can organize these events separately but I truly believe it takes an open mind, creativity, and great taste to pull off what they did for me. It was spectacular and I’m still receiving phone calls and texts from my guests saying what an amazing party it was. Their vendors delivered on time, even accommodating last minute changes without making a fuss, and the photo booth made the party extra awesome. I remember before my first phone conversation with Cassie I had written down a million questions and before the conversation was over they were all answered and I hadn't even asked the questions! I also felt the stress level go down the minute I booked them. From the get go I knew they had everything under control. It was the best decision I made to hire Classy Kay as my day of coordinator/s. They worked so well with my venue coordinator, as well as, my other vendors. Many of my friends pre-wedding kept saying to me "Prepare yourself for something to go wrong on your wedding day." Experiencia fantástica: I could sing Cassie's praises forever. Her and Silvanna are truly amazing. Silvanna was actually our main coordinator the day of our wedding, with her assistant Madison who was also wonderful. Silvanna thought of things that my (now) husband and I didn't think of. I felt like she was always five steps ahead of us in her planning. She dealt with our rambunctious bridal party so professionally. She made sure that my husband and I never needed anything. She handled every aspect of our decor and ensured we received everything at the end. She even loaded my mom's van up with all of our decor and gifts. She cleaned the bridal suite, brought me snacks when I was feeling a little nauseous before the ceremony (lol), helped bustle my dress, directed guests, acted as a liaison between the DJ, photographer and videographer, made sure everyone received their designated meal, I could go on and on. We even misplaced a few placecards and she took the names and their assigned seats and made sure each guest knew where they were sitting. Cassie runs a well oiled machine and it's obvious by who she has working for her. My husband and I said over and over throughout the night, how happy we were to have Silvanna. Nothing phased her and our wedding was literally PERFECT.

Experiencia fantástica: After weeks of trying to plan my own wedding, I realized that I needed some help. The stress was getting to me, and it just wasn't fun anymore. Cue Cassie! She was absolutely amazing. After just our first meeting, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Every conversation with her eased my mind as I pulled together my vision for the wedding (many crafts and grand ideas). I finally had the peace of mind that the day would go off without a hitch, and I knew I was in the best hands. Even my husband noticed my stress melting away, and agreed that Cassie's help was worth every penny just for that! We had our wedding (ceremony and reception) at our church, so we had to rent or bring in just about everything. On the night before the big day, I dropped off centerpieces and boxes upon boxes of decor for her to set up, and I left it all in her capable hands as I hurriedly told her my final ideas for each item. She seamlessly worked with her amazing vendors (our flowers were absolutely stunning!) and set up the ceremony, intermission, and reception areas perfectly, making sure every detail was in place, with everything I asked for and more! Our rehearsal ran so smoothly thanks to her--she even took great care with the 6 kiddos in our wedding party! I knew that with her help, the next day would be the fairy-tale wedding we had planned. On the big day, she was on top of EVERYTHING! She had our schedule down to a science and our ceremony was flawless. She had a smile on her face and had such a positive energy throughout the whole experience! After our gorgeous ceremony, walking into our reception was a dream! She even hand-delivered our plates of buffet food to us so we could just sit and enjoy those first moments of being married. I cannot thank Cassie enough for taking such good care of us and our guests! I highly recommend her services, especially if you're a DIY bride like me. The details can get so overwhelming but after a simple phone call with Cassie, everything was calm again, and I could actually start being excited about our day again. THE BEST DECISION I MADE FOR OUR WEDDING, HANDS DOWN!
