Specifically, Mia Patience, was the number one reason why my wedding journey/ wedding day was the most seamless and special day of my life!! Mia planned our October wedding in San Juan Capistrano and being that my husband and I are out-of-state, we never had a worry about having to plan a wedding from a few states away because Mia took care of it all!! From start to finish, she genuinely understood the vision for what I wanted in my wedding and her attention to detail and patience with me made this whole experience so enjoyable. There was never a point in the planning process where I had to worry because Mia took care of every single detail, was so incredibly organized, and went above and beyond my expectations! Experiencia fantástica: What can I say about the intertwined team other than spectacular? Kayleigh worked with me every step of the way planning a corporate event for over 600 people. She put up with me changing my mind every 5 minutes and did so with a smile on her face! She did an excellent job of being in continual communication with me and ensuring we got the best bang for our buck with each and every vendor we used. Our event went off without a hitch and everyone raved about how amazing our party was! 10 of 10 would recommend!

Our coordinator, Mia, was amazing and very communicative and responsive when helping me coordinate vendors 3 months leading up to the wedding. In addition, I appreciate all the thoughtful touches along the way, such as sending us a welcome/congratulations box when we signed to having little goodie bags for our wedding party and us during our rehearsal. Experiencia fantástica: It’s hard to find words for how awesome Katie and Intertwined Events were for us. We hired Katie as a full-service planner for our winter wedding in the Colorado mountains, and she totally delivered! Katie was such a pleasure to work with throughout the year that we planned—she was funny, thoughtful, sweet, and focused. She also took our vision for the wedding and found the best vendors to make that vision a reality. There were some communication issues with some vendors, and Katie navigated them like a pro. I’m sure it was incredibly frustrating, but she was always upbeat and positive with us, and we trusted her to get us through any bumps in the road. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but Katie and her team helped take so much of that stress away from us! Everything came together so beautifully for our welcome party, wedding, and Sunday brunch. It snowed the whole weekend, which I’m sure caused difficulties for deliveries and setup, but Katie and Amy gracefully handled everything so that the schedule ran smoothly. I am so grateful for all the hard work they put into not only designing our perfect cozy winter getaway, but also navigating tricky situations with other vendors and the weather. Being an Orange County based company, Intertwined Events does a lot of gorgeous SoCal weddings, but they can pull off anything. A snowy mountain wedding is pretty different from a sunny, coastal California one, but Katie totally nailed our vibes. Our family and friends still talk about how beautiful and cozy our wedding was. We even had venue staff comment to us how much our decor stood out to them. I honestly can’t thank Katie enough—our wedding was exactly what we dreamed of, and it was all down to her hard work. If you’re thinking about hiring them, whether your wedding is in Orange County or somewhere else, you will not be disappointed!! Hiring Katie was the best decision we could have made.

We were so grateful to have Intertwined as our planners, keeping everything moving on the ground while we were 8 hours ahead (usually sleeping!). I’m not very type A, which caught up with me in the weeks leading up to the wedding - but I knew not to stress because Kelsey had everything figured out and solved. I would message her - what about x, what about y? And the response was the same - don’t worry, already solved. They were also an incredible design resource and took my ideas and mood boards and honed it to make it a beautiful cohesive vision. We had many last minute changes, and Kelsey and her team knew exactly how to respond and role with the punches. When we first reached out to Intertwined, we had one year to plan, a vision, and no clue where to start. Kelsey is so kind and easy to get along with, and honestly made the process a breeze. Throughout the wedding planning process, friends and family would ask if we were stressed out, and we could honestly say “No!” knowing that we were in Kelsey’s capable hands. She had some of the best resources at her fingertips but was also open to our own. She didn't push anything we didn't want but also knew what we didn't know and was able to steer us in the right direction when we were unsure and needed a gentle push. She has an elevated taste level which is great to work with but can see move across the spectrum from simple to more elaborate. We created an event that was pretty elaborate and I wondered if she and Intertwined could really deliver our vision ... and she did! 10-fold!! Experiencia fantástica: My daughter (the bride) and I can not say enough fabulous things about Hayley and Intertwined Events. From day one, Hayley has been responsive, helpful, and organized. She made us feel like the center of her universe - as the big day approached we probably were - and she was always there for us, cheerful, creative, and supportive. My daughter and I were so relaxed and confident as the wedding day approached because we knew Hayley and her team could handle anything. In fact, a forecast for light rain in the early morning hours of the wedding day instead became a 1pm downpour. No one panicked, least of all Hayley. She calmly reviewed our Plan B or C options, and after some serious study of the clouds and sky, we stuck with our original plans and the outdoor ceremony was spectacular. Intertwined Events has close working relationships with many different vendors in every category, and we never felt pressured to work with any vendor in particular. As it was, the team we assembled was over-the-top fantastic, amazing, and professional. Side note - Intertwined Events never encouraged us to select the higher cost vendors, but thoughtfully presented the strengths of each. The final outcome? The compliments from guests were overwhelming. I hope Hayley knows how much we appreciate everything she did for us. We couldn't be more grateful, and we loved working with her.
