We met at a bridal convention and in the sea of vendors, Trinity Events stood out with their beautiful display and friendly people. Most brides are thankful when their wedding day is over but I was immensely depressed because I knew we wouldn't have a monthly meeting with Amanda and her staff nor would we receive a weekly task checklist. This checklist was an extension of me, at some point. I am an Orthopedic Surgeon and thrive off a detailed and precise agenda. I completely relied on the task list to get me to the wedding day. To start, the amount extreme detail and dedication that went into our wedding will forever impress my husband and myself. We told the TE Team our preferences, budget, and our "style"... I'm going to say STYLE loosely because we didn't know what we were doing and completely defaulted to Amanda on every decision. She is, obviously, known for her prestigious designs, impeccable timelines, and extravagant weddings. Nervously, we told Amanda we wanted something more subtle and subdued. Guess what, our wedding day was beyond my wildest dreams. My husband and I walked in on our wedding day to see the most beautiful sight we had ever seen. We both cried tears of joy at the jaw-dropping venue she designed. Not to mention, we didn't have to rush or stress the entire day because her thorough timeline was precisely performed by her and the TE staff. The day was an out-of-body experience we will remember until we're 90 years old. Not to mention, our guests are still raving about our wedding. It's crazy to me that wedding planners form their business knowing they might only take on unreasonable clients. I was a Bridezilla and can confess, we are the worst type of people. I'll take a meniscus tear, stress fracture, or joint revision any day. This review doesn't touch the tip of the iceberg on explaining the amount of passion this woman dedicates to her clients. It is something to be admired! We have gained a friend for life! All of our friends have used Trinity Events and been blessed with the same experience. This company is incredibly spectacular. Amanda creates the magic behind every wedding and she does so with remarkable elegance!

Justin and I had the best wedding day that could not have been possible without Amanda and her amazing team including Austin, Natalya , Hayley , jasmine, raja, and karrington. Amanda helped to ensure everything ran smoothly and had an amazing sense of design/ aesthetic and made our ceremony and reception absolutely stunning. When I had a wardrobe malfunction with my dress they were able to sew it and fix it. Justin and I are beyond grateful and will recommend you for years to come to anyone we know getting married. Experiencia fantástica: Having Amanda and her team with us on our wedding day was by far the BEST decision we made! We found Amanda for day of coordination 10 months out from our wedding date. She immediately jumped in and helped us. With COVID putting our plans up in the air, she checked in with us weekly for support and advice. Fast forward to our wedding day (we continued as planned during the pandemic) and I could not have asked for more from the Trinity team. They helped with our rehearsal, decorating our reception space, and created and communicated our timeline with ALL of our vendors. I am a very type A person and stressing out is in my blood and I had ZERO stress the whole day of our wedding. Anywhere I looked, a team member from Trinity was there and ready to jump in and help. There were things that happened our wedding day that likely would have stressed me out, but Amanda and her team took care of everything and I had no idea there were hiccups until talking with guests the week after the wedding. I've recommended Amanda and her team to all my engaged friends. I only wish the Trinity team could keep me as organized and on track in my everyday life as well as they did on our wedding day! Amanda’s positivity, professional demeanor, and supportive presence are just a few of the many things that make Trinity Events so special. We fell into a couple large COVID bumps with our reception and Amanda stepped in early and supported us every step of the way. Amanda comes with a team who is with you from start to finish and does everything they can to make your day fun and memorable. Wish I could give this team 10 stars! I didn't have to worry about anything the day of and everything was on time and ran so smooth. Amanda has the amazing capability of creating your dream wedding no matter the budget and being able to envision what you want - she immediately picks up on your vision and runs with it. Her knowledge and connections with the wedding industry and Kansas City vendors (as well as other states/countries, as she does destination weddings) is second to none - which should not be understated or taken for granted - we were able to get vendors/deals we would NEVER have been able to without AMANDA. She made the entire wedding planning process a breeze and FUN. If you tell Amanda all your wants/needs/hopes for your wedding day, she will take it from there and make it all a reality. The wedding day itself - seeing her team in action and having them literally cater to you and your whole bridal party’s needs ALL DAY is out of this world. (Amanda picked me up from my house and drove me to my hair appointment. A member of her staff, Austin, drove and bought my husband a new black belt just hours before walking down the aisle, as well as making sure our coolers were filled with beer/spiked seltzers for the bus. More staff was steaming all the shawls for my bridesmaids. The list goes on and on. It was all truly unreal.) Our wedding would definitely not have run nearly as smooth NOR would it have been as much fun. My husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing. EVERYTHING was handled by Amanda and her fabulous set of sidekicks. If you are considering a wedding planner (which you absolutely should in order to enjoy the ENTIRE wedding process and have fun just being engaged) there is really no one else to choose. I too like Amanda am a very organized, hard charging person and thought I could handle things just fine. Well I am here to tell you, I am so glad to have made this decision. The full package purchase was worth every $. Amanda and her team made the months, weeks and days leading up to the big event so stress free and fun! Did I mention we had many laughing moments, (lots of hugs) I am writing this note the day after my daughters wedding. Still feeling the joy and excitement from the entire day, a day I did not want it to end! I want to sincerely thank Amanda and her entire team from Trinity Events from the bottom of my heart for making Emily and Cole's wedding day the most perfect day we could ever of imagined! The day started off with so much fun and joy, being with Emily and all of her friends the morning before the wedding (Hair/Makeup, etc.) was something I will always treasure. You and your staff made the start to what would be one of the most important days of Emily and my life, stress free and fun. Trinity Events had every detail worked out and even the little unexpected things that popped up were handled flawlessly. Amanda, the wedding Mass at the Cathedral was so beautiful and perfect in every way. This was not an easy task due to the unusual logistics for staging the wedding party and getting guests moved in quickly to the church. (Raining and small entry area at back of Cathedral) Did I mention that it rained all day and even heavy at times! But it was the most beautiful rain you had ever seen!! That all took a backseat because everything else was so perfect, we all forgot about the rain or did not even notice! Amanda and her team had everything handled to make certain we all arrived dry and fresh! When my husband and I entered the cocktail hour event at Union Station we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the area looked and how organized and how well Amanda and her team managed the large crowd of 350 guests. Amanda waited for my arrival and took my hand and guided me thru the draped off area to reveal the beautiful grand hall where the dinner and dancing would take place. (This was my first viewing , because as Amanda had assured me from the beginning, I need to feel like a guest the day and evening of the event and enjoy myself! ) I was at a loss of words. Such a beautiful site to see! And what a relief to know I did not need to worry about set up or dragging items to the event! Amanda, you and your team did an amazing job with all of the decor and set everything up flawlessly! It took my breath away! The tables were amazing. Beautiful!!! The menu selected with your guidance was excellent! You have a way of working with all of the vendors to ensure a smooth and perfect event, and we thank you for your extra efforts in this area. The wedding guests were so impressed! We continue to get the most sincere compliments. We will forever be grateful to you and your awesome team for making this most important day in our lives enjoyable (had so much fun dancing!!) and the most perfect we could ever of imagined! Experiencia fantástica: I have recently worked with Amanda twice for photoshoots to help promote her weddings. In the past, I have also worked as a caterer and have seen many weddings. With that being said, seeing her plan/prep weddings has been one of the best that I've been apart of. She is always very organized and I can definitely tell she knows what she is doing. Those two weddings that I modeled for were a tropical and a Christmas themed. Both were very beautiful and outstandingly put together. BOOK AMANDA!!!
