Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I went to Perfectly Planned Celebrations after she began to feel overwhelmed with the whole wedding and the proper planning required. After a quick hour meeting discussing her vision we knew that we found the right planner. Candida did an excellent job coordinating, planning, making phone calls, and even notified us that our original reception location over sold us and helped us cancel that contract. Candida and her team are excellent at what they do and are worth every penny spent. She was always available and always responded quickly if we have any questions or concerns.

We had the most perfect, and absolutely stunning wedding Oct 7th at our ranch in Catalina. When I first started to plan for our wedding, I had grandiose ideas, in thinking I could do all this by myself. I could plan, get in order, set up and take down, oh and food preparations I have a family full of chefs! My amazing matron of honor suggested to me to look into a wedding planner, she pointed out the reasons why, what was the main focus was me not getting stressed out or spread too thin and my magical day would be bloody awful. Considering that I looked on the Knot website and "found" Candida. From our very first meeting, I knew I MUST "have" her for our wedding. We clicked straight away. My vision and my dreams I explained, she saw it, felt it and provided it for me. The beautiful ceremony set up, the reception area, oh my the lighting, so romantic! One thing that stood out is how she went out of her way to make me happy and special. I found that very soothing and kind. Each of our guests mentioned it was the best wedding they ever attended! The vendors couldn't get over the "venue"! I found Candida on top of things. I did not feel at any time worried or concerned. I knew she was very capable, friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Candida. I can't say enough good things about her.

Being an older couple in our 70’s we may have had a different view of how we wanted things to go at our wedding and Candida just went right along with us without skipping a beat. She was an excellent resource for additional wedding services, handled all dealings with the venue and communicated when needed. She organized the rehearsal, quietly took care of a seating problem and made our day very special. Our flowers and table decor were just perfect!

Experiencia negativa: I contacted this wedding planner for help. We are up in the air right now, hoping for a short engagement as my fiance is being deployed soon. Well, Candida and I set up an appointment for yesterday, Monday 9/25, I specifically said "Ok, I'll see you at 5 pm". The day of, she claimed that we had never confirmed the appointment and made other appointments over mine. I don't know about you ladies but to me, that is a HUGE red flag. Not even being able to keep the consult-I wouldn't trust her with my wedding.

I'm not even sure where to start... my husband and I received an email just a few months before our wedding that our recommended decorator for our venue was moving on to other things. We talked to our coordinator, who suggested candida. So we contacted her and she immediately made an appointment time available to us since we are from out of town and wouldn't be back for awhile. When we sat down with her, I wasn't even sure what look I was going for with the venue and basically gave her "I like lanterns and candles" to work with. She took off with her creative skills and showed us several different items that could be used as centerpieces, and talked us through other details that we would have never even thought about. Through out the planning process she was so easy to work with and quickly responded to calls and emails. Needless to say our venue, tables, and ceremony turned out ABSOLUTELY beautiful. It was the most perfect look for us, and it was thanks to Candida. I also want to add that on the day of the wedding both my husband and I called on Candida to do random and last minute things for us. She was happy and excited to help out!! We loved working with Candida every step of the way!!

Experiencia positiva: Candida was great in helping us plan! Everything was great until the day of the wedding-. There was a mix up at the facility and our area for getting dressed had no curtains to hide from guest except a little wall, and no mirror for us to look into. When I asked her about it, she stated she didn't have time to do it and that I had to. I hired her to take care of those things so I could sit back and enjoy. But some of this was a result of the place changing management & a few mix ups which should have been worked out prior! Planning a wedding can be so overwhelming especially with so much information and ideas out there on the internet. Candida made it so easy and streamlined. She knew exactly what vendors would work perfect with our budget and with how we wanted our renewal to be. She was a great go between and took care of everything. The day of our renewal everything went so smoothly and I was able to enjoy my day because I didn't have a single care in the world. Experiencia negativa: We hired Candida to be at our wedding the day of only and she was the one thing people complained about at and after the wedding. She was great in our consultation and we liked her then, but the day of she was bad.. She was rude to our wedding party, our parents, our family members, the list goes on... I had multiple people come up to me (the bride) during our wedding asking who she was and why she is so rude. I guess the tables weren't set up correctly so when my aunt noticed another table that was needed and asked Candida for her help setting it up with her, Candida refused saying she wasn't being paid for that. During our reception she found my husband to tell him we ran out of ice. (Like he really wants to think about that at his wedding reception..) I had a special family ceremony cup that I gave to her for the dinner that was no where to be seen and was lost! Then she followed around our good looking dj for most of the night. I mean why are we paying over $1000?!! People complained about her our entire wedding weekend, which ended up to be an inside joke but still. The wedding budget portion spent with her was our worst choice. Overall, her being rude to our family and friends is getting her this one star. Being rude at a wedding is NOT acceptable.
