Experiencia fantástica: We used At Your Side Planning’s month-of coordination service for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. About a year out, we booked with Diana, the owner, who hopped on a couple of calls with us, shared a super helpful timeline template for when to get things done, and gave us a fantastic list of vendor recommendations. Then, two months before the wedding (not just a month out like most services), Diana and Robin (our on-site coordinator) got fully caught up on where we were, helped us tackle last-minute to-do’s, reminded us of a few details we’d overlooked, and made sure every “t” was crossed and every “i” dotted. On our wedding weekend, Robin was simply amazing. She handled absolutely everything behind the scenes so we could stay present and enjoy the day. There were countless little things she did that we’ll never forget, but the biggest takeaway is this: because of her, we had a stress-free wedding. Our guests and even our other vendors kept telling us it was one of the most fun weddings they’d ever attended. We are so grateful for Diana and Robin’s expertise, warmth, and professionalism. Throughout the year, Diana and I met, she is so professional and poise; she can make you feel like a silly question is not and like you are in great hands. Her and her team are very respectful, sincere, honest, and kind women. Robin worked with us the month of and met with me various times before the wedding to get every detail down. (Things you totally would not remember or think about ) They have an incredibly well-oiled machine and really had no questions for me the day of the wedding. To be honest, I hardly saw both of them on the wedding day because I was just enjoying the day! They were working to make sure all things were set up, with the vendors, and behind the scenes in a way that you would think they worked for Disney haha! They worked with my restrictive venue, and some chaotic vendors that were not so professional... with so much grace and patience. Her vendor recommendations were 10/10; great work for a great price point. She had creative solutions and ideas, for our concerns like weather, layouts, placeards, etc. Both of them were very kind to our family and guests, as well as respectful. I already miss working and talking with them. These ladies are definitely the type of people you want to do a “group project” with!

Experiencia fantástica: Always quick to respond, professional and very easy going. We felt comfortable with Diana from our initial phone consultation and we never had to worry about anything. She was knowledgeable, straight to the point, and made us feel like we were in good hands. We went with the month of package, but wish we would’ve upgraded to a different package, starting prior than a month, after seeing what they were capable of and how much stress was taken off of our shoulders. Kendra was AMAZING. We were lagging with a bunch of decisions and while she reminded us what we still needed to figure out, she was never demanding, always understandings, and rolled with the punches. If we didn’t make a decision on something, she would come to our rescue. We didn’t know exactly how to design our welcome table or misc decor and she offered to arrange it all, which was such a big help. Her communication with our vendors was such a big help. Anything we needed, and I mean ANYTHING, Kendra made it happen. The wedding day couldn’t have gone any better and we really can’t imagine the day without them.

I have seriously never met anyone so good at and dedicated to their job. She was so attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and organized. It was like she was always one step ahead of me and solving problems before I even knew they existed. She could basically read my mind, she interpreted all my crazy wild ideas in a way that I didn't even know was possible. She made my wedding day literally perfect. This was probably the best experience I have ever had working with any company in my life, there is really no way that anyone could do better then what they did. They are AMAZING.

Experiencia fantástica: Diana and Kendra are amazing! Diana was helpful in the beginning stage helping us think of the design elements, she is a professional and an expert. Kendra is a blessing, so easy to work with! In the last few days before the wedding, she took so many things off my plate (laundering my bridesmaids robes, buying garnish for the bar). During the wedding she had a runner go out and get extra lash glue when I cried my falsies off. She was on point and soothing when I was in freakout mode. And to top it all off, my first wedding date was March 2020/delayed by COVID19, and they kept all the vendors in check and sticking with me to the final date. At Your Side Planning is 100% worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: I would rate At Your Side as a 10!! We hired At Your Side Wedding Planning to work with us on my daughter’s wedding at Morgan Run in Rancho Santa Fe. I was leery about hiring a wedding planner as I felt that I had done all the needed work and did not want to spend money unnecessarily, but my daughter insisted. Her insistence was partially fueled by her degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management and partially by the fact that we were on our THIRD wedding event director at the venue. After doing some research we decided on At Your Side and on the month of planning package. Right from the start we were given undivided attention and good advice. They reviewed all our vendor contracts and caught time discrepancies that I would have missed. The day of the rehearsal was my first face-to-face meeting with Kendra (our coordinator) as I reside in Sacramento and the venue was in San Diego. She was polite and professional, much as I expected. We had experienced a small set back as just a week before the wedding we had to find a new officiant. We found a very nice one however, he had his own ideas of how the ceremony should be conducted which were in opposition to what the bride and groom wanted. Despite my polite nudging in the direction we wanted, he was not getting it. Kendra spoke with him at the rehearsal and was able to be firm and unwavering in what he could and could not say. Every step of the way, Kendra was able to be assertive and get things done in a professional way which allowed me to relax and enjoy the event. Anytime an issue got brought up from the venue not cleaning out the fire pit as instructed or the DJ not playing the song that was requested, Kendra was our go-to girl! She quietly took care of all the table decorations, the cards and gifts and was prepared to handle any unruly guests (though it was not needed). She and her assistant transported the place cards and table décor from hotel room to ballroom and back. They also took care of securing the cards/gifts. I cannot say enough positive things about the service that I received. It was worth EVERY SINGLE Penny!!

She was easily accessible if we had any questions, made awesome referrals for vendors (photographers, florists, DJ, and rental companies) and she was quick on her feet if we ran into any issues! She made the entire planning process EXTREMELY easy even if me being a bridezilla made it harder than it needed to be! Diana was our main coordinator up to the wedding day and Kendra took the day of lead. At first we were concerned to have someone we never met take the day of lead especially since we had been working with Diana for months, actually more than a year.
